I miss going to this place ! Before I moved for college I would go with my parents and friends a lot to get some Gelato. All the flavors are delicious especially their cappuccino flavor! I also recommend trying their shakes!

It’s like traveling to Italy for a moment.The quality of the ice cream is excellent. They have a variety of flavors and I love that they sell different size of containers to take home.You can drink a coffee, eat waffles or ice cream.When I want a treat, I came to this place!

I went there to get some crepes, it was 9:20pm and the were supposedly closing at 10pm and the girls literally laughed in my face and told me they were not making my order because they were about to close and that crepes “take a lot of time to make and the machine was already turned off”. My question is, why is the machine turned off 40 minutes before closing? Honestly I felt disrespected, definitely not coming back.

I was over charged and rung up for something I did not order, after I repeated my order more than 3 times and was very assertive. 2 small cones with 1 scoop each = over $10 ? When I brought it up to the employee on why the price was more than what was on the price menu by the door she said oh no thats not correct pricing .. and then removed that menu with the prices by the door. I took a photo of the menu pricing I was ordering by prior to the girls taking it down. Both employees were not helpful and did not even apologize for the misunderstanding as they had friends there hanging out at the tables. Why would you have the wrong pricing visible for customers to begin with? The parlor itself is cute & the gelato is great, I love bringing the kids here after the movies. However, as a local and loyal customer I was not too happy with my experience yesterday.

Cute place in a busy strip mall with plenty of parking. Some seating available outdoors. The Gelato was super smooth and creamy. I had the Nutella brownie with ice cream but probably wouldnt order it again as the brownie overpowered the Gelato & who wants that? The Gelato ATM is hilarious and open 24 hours and that is cool!

This is the #1 place to go for homemade gelato. Its as delicious as what we had in Italy. Multiple flavors to choose from but I missed my usual coffee flavor this time. They also have pastries and beverages.The place is clean and adorably decorated. If its after hours they have a machine to serve you outdoors.

A nice Gelateria that had been in this location many years.We used to go to a movie and then had an ice cream.The ice cream taste like you are eating real Italian ice cream.They have many options to choose from. They are all good.We had tried the ice cream so far but everything good

I love this place, one of the best gelatos that I’ve tried, my favorites are Nociatella, Coco, pistachio and halzenut. You must try those flavors, you won’t regret it.

First time here and will definitely be back again. Staff was very courteous and helpful and more than willing to provide samples of the different flavors of gelato. There were a whole lot of Italian gellato flavors to choose from. The names give it a very authentic feel(Caution for vegetarians to stay away from vanilla since it may contain eggs.)I loved the nociotella and pistachio.The cups look small but they really pack in a lot of gelato in them (thats a plus). Prices are very reasonable for the cups and also for the take home containers.They also have a lot of dessert items likes crepes with Nutella.The environment inside was small, cozy and very welcoming. There is a 24 hour gelato atm that dispenses gelato anytime of day or night.I would definitely be going back with the family again.

I still remember me waiting for a ride at the west fork plaza after watching a movie and walking in to this new place Ive never seen before (I practically lived in the regal teather every weekend). There were only two folks behind the counter which they later revealed to be the owners.I saw many delicious flavors but the one that really caught my attention was passion fruit, I been living in Florida for many years and I got used to eating passion fruit ice-cream in my country (Dominican Republic) so finally being able to do so once again brought me genuine joy!. I spoke briefly to the owners about how happy I was knowing that this place was here and that Ill be coming back again and again.Moved a bit farther south and I still bring all my friends and loved ones to this fantastic place. Even when we are not watching a movie I cant help myself to have at least one scoop of the most amazing gelato ever. I hold great memories and laughs with many people Ive come across with and have taken them here.Here are some pros and cons:+Great location ( placed in a plaza with a movie teather, pharmacy, local restaurants, supermarket, etc) so you can cool off after any activity.+Superb service (I was attended by the owners more than a few times before the new crew came in, but they all have treated me nothing less than amazing)+Good portions+Flavor Variety (so much deliciousness in one place)+Food quality (pure flavor)+Opened till late on weekends (for late night cravings)+Added a quick buy machine outside+Near 3-5 mins of I-75+/- only one location in SFL (as far as I know)+/- gets super packed at night in weekends+/- Machine outside has only default flavors (thats why you need to get inside for the real deal 😊)Yeah, I have no cons to speak of as every visit has been a delight. Overall great place to have your sweet cravings fulfilled.Until next time!

So this is my second favorite place I have gotten gelato. The ingredients are fresh, presentation is nice, and the gelato is so creamy and delicious. They even have a gelato ATM. Its perfect for a treat after dinner at a local place or after a movie down the walkway.The owner graduated from Gelato University as well. That should say plenty!(My favorite gelato is a place in the downstairs food court of the Dubai Mall near At The Top Burj Khalifa

Unbelievable that I read so many positive reviews. We walked in with such high expectations. Asked for a waffle bowl, which is a 3 scoop serving, asked where the rest was and was told that this was all 3 and the “large” scoop. Simultaneously I watch the other scooper/barista fill traditional cups at size; small, medium, large and they are not just filled but both packed and overfilled. So, scoops completely differ depending on either whom or the container to which they are served. It’s a rip off, in my personal opinion. I didn’t even have them portion the second order. We won’t be back to recommend. Also, I have pictures which it didn’t let me post, but scroll down to the waffle bowl photos below, then picture a bowl when you that you can see right to the bottom and nothing that shows edges over the top, didn’t even partially fill even half the bowl!

Nice and cozy real Italian ice cream and crepe place. We ordered the nutella crepe with strawberries and bananas and we absolutely loved it. I shared with 2 other people it was a huge portion. Looking forward coming back soon.

This place is so good! I love their ice cream!! The staff are really nice and really nice with giving out the samples to taste. I always have a hard time figuring out which ice cream to get because several are really good and Im not a big fan of ice cream! The coffee is also very delicious. I highly recommend this place as a dessert stop.

I ate ice cream in many places around the world. This place is by far the best. The owners actually buy the fruits from Costco and they make the ice cream in house with REAL fruits. Absolutely amazing natural flavors. My personal favorites : Coconut, Hazelnuts, Pistachio (which is by far the best Ive ever tried). Plus the prices are great, too. I go there as often as I can and I bring as many friends as I can as I absolutely love the place (and I am not business partner or to get any material benefits from this)

The gelato is delicious and seems to be high quality. My favorite is the sweet cream flavor. Many menu items are in Italian, so theyre hard to understand. This makes you have to ask a lot of questions. Also quite pricey.

Not a good one since I got a birthday ice cream from the display, for my wife thinking she was going to love it but my surprise she say that it tasted like old the cookie and the ice cream like plastic, anyways this wasnt all, we came back to the store and some one with an attitude think is the owner with no customer service, didnt offer us an exchange or sorry would you like something else, NO just making excuses of the ice cream, I didnt know that if you buy something and you dont like it you have to eat It. .... not in this country. ...my advice from business owner to a business owner ...THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. .. my experience was good, when my kids were the ones going there 3 time per week, but coming out there and experience the poor customer service from an adult, you should learn from the teens working in your place, the have more manners, by taking all that cash and giving us the money back an walking away show lack of respect for your clients, and we dont treat our clients like that, when they need to return or change something.

A truly Italian experience. Delicious crepes and gelatos, Italian pastries, decadent deserts (tiramisu was our favorite) and Nutella on almost everything. If youre coming to watch a movie at the nearby theater, or just in the area, drop in. Its absolutely worth the visit.

First time i came to this place i fell in love.I had the nutella fruit crepe with icecream. It was to die for. I immediately told them that i loved this place and i will be coming back again. Crepe and fruit were fresh. Today i am enjoying another crepe with nutella and fruit and a small latte.. coffee is amazing the customer service is amazing the employees and even the atmosphere is amazing... i recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great coffee crepes and just a hangout spot. The hours are awesome.. highly recommend this place!!!! 10 stars if i could!!!!

Used to visit this place twice a week, Cuban wife cutting fresh fruits, Italian husband making those delicious gelato, unfortunately today Sunday Jan 15 2017, after a year out of town got there, looking for those dreaming frozen fruits, a friendly guy came to the rescue after a young fat girl rudely told me I dont speak Italian this is America.,... Well the strawberry gelato wasnt what I used to get, kindly the guy offer to exchange it, the lemon was decent but not as I remember. Definitely not driving back that way.

I have been coming here since 2010. one of my favorite local spots to go to when my sweet tooth kicks in. it has a very authentic italian vibe to it & it translates into their gelato. the quality is superb. i imagine this is as close as it gets to getting gelato as if it came straight from an italian neighborhood. it’s so creamy without being heavy. they have so many flavors to choose from, you’ll just have to come back for more. their crepes & cappuccinos are also great. i cannot recommend it enough.

Everyone there is always nice and accommodating, offering sample tastes of the gelato before you decide which one you would like. They are in a prime location next to a movie theater. You can stop in before the movie or after, or both and enjoy some great gelato. And now they have a Gelato ATM, this is a great innovation that they have. It is the unique store that has a gelato atm. So funny. Store closed when you leave the movie? No worries, just get Gelato fix from the ATM. The owners are lovely, they best own gelatos ever. The new flavoured cones are superb, we can choose diferents colors such chocolate cone, red velver cone, green tea cone. I never saw those flavoured cones! Comgrats team
