Was looking for school uniforms. Unfortunately, they didnt have any in the store. Ordered online though, we are good to go!

We love that is never packed, and we can usually find great deals on kids clothing. Well stocked and organized, though its hard to find help when you need it.

We were not able to find any uniform pants or polos for my sons. Granted we were a bit late in the game, but usually they have so much more selection and options.

Nice place for casual clothes, for him, for her, for teenagers, for toddlers and for babies. Good value and sometimes great specials. From t shirts to jackets and dresses, shoes and sandals, here you can buy a great selection of clothing. Convenient hours and good return policies.

Went in for a return. The music played at a decent tone and there were sufficient cashiers at the register. I was in and out within 10 min.

Great deals! Bought a t-shirt for the 4th of July and patriotic slide sandals for $8.56 total.

Everything fit great and the staff was very helpful

The customer service was very lacking. The employees seemed more interested in flirting amongst themselves rather than picking up the store or helping customers. I went 4 times to the register to find help or ask a question.

Love their clothes. I like their jeans, they have it all, shorts, skinny, high, super skinny. I didnt find swinsuit.

Old Navy is currently hiring. Low foot traffic inside store. The store is congested with clothing with little room to maneuver. However, they half off promotion going on.

Customer service is great. Needs to have more baby boys clothing. Majority of items are for women or girls. They do have nice stuff though and sale prices are somewhat ok

This location has changed its like A Ross store were Theres clothes & shoes all over the place on the floor, I went in to validate a coupon that I had and was taken by surprise of what I saw from my previous visits there, I like this location its near my residence, but if this is the way I gotta shop I might have to reconsider, Managment Need To Set Standards and this is in June could you imagine the holidays.

This Old Navy has issues with being very disorganized, as you can see on the pictures, the clothes is all over the floor, folding carts left all around the store like if people are going to fold the clothes, but none of them had anyone folding. The place was not even full of people nor was it a day of a huge sale, where maybe one could understand the huge mess. This is just poor store management.

Feel like sort of shady tactics on black friday.. says 50% off, but the real fact is that a regular item of $35, was?inflated to $59, at the end sold by $30. so not real 50% off.

NOTE: If the store doesnt have the color or size of a particular item(s) you want, you can order it and have it shipped to your home for free, or you can have an associate locate the nearest store that has the item(s) in stock.It was a bit of a wait at the check out line, but the cashiers valued each customers time and tried to process each transaction as quickly as possible.

Store was clean for the most part and the line went fast.

This weekend they had an awesome sale. I got like 8 different items for about 30.00. The lowest price I paid was .68 for a cute gray shirt. I bought everything clearance, which was 50% off red tag, plus no tax weekend. Overall great deals.

I went to get a pair of shoes same as the ones I bought there a few months ago.I wanted them because they are very affordable and comfortable as well. They didnt have my size, and the person who helped me was very nice, and suggested me to order them online with the person at the register, all the personnel at the store was very helpful.I did order my shoes, now I looking forward to get it.👍

Its hard to tell who works there, because theres no one wearing a uniform. And no one ever around to help. They ran out of the sizes i needed for my son, but i was able to order it at the register so that was good. Overall it was a okay visit.

They changed their pants cut. Not what it used to be. I dont know why they change the pants cut. Gear toward young teens. Jeans are still good

This store is a mess and the lines are always crazy long! Today when I was called to the register the cashier (I think her name was Shakira but with an odd spelling) didn’t greet me (even though I said “hi” to her) and never said a word to me until she told me my total. After I paid she handed me my bag and receipt. No “thank you” no “have a nice day” no nothing. The management in this store need to make training their employees good customer service a priority. From now on I will only be shopping online as to not reward a store for mediocre service.

Staff was very helpful escorting me to the items I was looking for. I didnt have my Old Navy credit card so they found my name in the system quicklyto make my purchase after showing my ID of course. Prices were marked down as advertised. Great experience. Ill be back.

Store is messy and there is no internet access (wifi or mobile) so I couldnt access my rewards. It has happened before too Sonia wasnt just a one time problem.

Only ran into one rude employee. But another polite young lady there made up for that. And I found my plus sized jeans very easily, which is usually a big task for me

Im a Old Navy fan, they sell the best tank tops at the most reasonable prices. I still think though, they need to operate from stores with more square footage.

I love their clothes. This year I bought matching shirts for me and my husband. They have great prices. Lines are usually long as well on the weekends, but the wait is not more than 5 minutes.

Unfortunately I cant give zero star to them as the minimum requirement is 1 star but i would recommend not to visit this store (Pembroke Gardens) at all. The issue is not with the Old Navy, the collection is good, but the store staff is illiterate. They dont know what they are selling and mind it they will give all good excuses to sell the stuff. I was told that they have a new type of credit card which will behave more like a reward card and will give early access to me to store/online discounts. When I asked whether this is make a hard check on my credit, they replied no. It is a soft check. Not one employee but 4 of them including their manager. And it was a Hard check. This was an unnecessary hard check to my credit history as i was not in need of any credit card. Be-aware...!! They will tell all lies to sell any product.

Horrible!!! They store isnt labeled right. Everyone gets to the counter and says no the placard said this. It took me 45 minutes to be checked out. Never will return there again!!

Been to this location many times. No complaints other than every once and a while the checkout line is horrendous (makes sense when you see how much items need to be rung up per customer).

Talk about terrible customer service! And wow the bathroom was even worse. Won’t shop here I’d rather shop online from now on. That’s how we close stores and people lose jobs. wake up folks let’s hire people That are helpful and friendly.

This Old Navy is so disrespectful and discriminative. I walked into this location(Pembroke Gardens) at 9:48 and was shopping before they closed at 10:00. Then an employee walked up to my mother and I at 9:54 saying they were closed and we could not purchase anything. Please note that she passed many other customers before coming to us as they were picking things up. Also note that we passed many other sales associates welcoming us and asking if we needed any help. If you can, do not patronize this Old Navy location. There are other locations that will be happy to serve you.

Dont do the buy online pick up at store youll spend the same amount of time as if you go buy and pay. Because despite of what they advertise you will have to do the line, they dont have a special line for pickups. Maybe thwy are too new in this because the cashier didnt know how to pull out my order. Certainly not a good experience...
