The people who works there are very nice. They are very quick to help. I came all the way from North Miami to go to that store.

I wish I could give 10 stars the customer service here is exceptional. I did not get the young lady name that help. But she was so helpful. I love my shaper. I highly recommend this place. You will not be dispointed.

I’m so happy I found this place I was riding Through the plaza after leave my dr appt and came across this amazing store went inside was assisted by Jessica she was so sweet and Maria I think that was her name she’s the tailor she’s the best, I was able to leave my Garment In return later that day and drop off two more garments and receive them the same day Jacqueline was also very helpful and knowledgeable thank you ladies for your great customer service. Had an extremely good experience. The sales woman helped me get the correct size faja post surgery. They also helped me fix my current faja which was too big at the legs with alterations on site. Customer service was exceptional!

Customer service is good but their fajas are horrible! I purchased a LARGE 2nd stage faja and its unbearable the material is not so stretchy and cheap. These stores and doctors know were desperate for perfect results and will say and sell anything.

Very rude sales person. Immediately said she didnt have my size without knowing it (I wear a 2x and they have it online) then I asked her about another shaper for a strapless dress and she asked me why would I wear a strapless dress ....as if this was her concern. This was a Pembroke Pines very disappointed! 😒

Super eager to make a sale since they sold me something that wasn’t my size at all! Of course i can’t return it and now I’m out the money. I’m assuming they didn’t have my size and they just sold me. I mean come on the xs body suit fits perfect and she swore the medium panty would fit. I should have known Thanks.

After giving birth having C section procedure left me feeling weird... after I went to faja y mas I tried the faja I felt so picked up! I felt really good!! The staffs help me a lot with finding the perfect size! She explain to me about the different type of tea and that one tea that help me a lot was the pineapple tea it help with bloating! Thank you Faja Y mas! I’ll be there again for another faja and tea!

Ive never experienced such poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Margarita, store manager, hung up the phone on me after I tried to express the concern I had with my faja. When I purchased my faja and tried it on in the store it seemed to be the correct fit when standing in the fitting room. After walking in it, the lace started to roll up and make a print in my pants. When I discovered this, I called the store and they suggested that I add a piece of lace to the lace that was already on the faja to add length and prevent it from rolling up. That solution left two lines that would show when wearing pants. I called Margarita to ask for a solution and she said she didnt want to help me because if she did, I would come back with more problems. She told me that my issue was my problem. Nice way to treat a first time customer.As the experts on fajas, the staff should be able to provide guidance (based on different body types) when a customer is looking to purchase a garment. I have big solid thighs and a small waistline. The recommendation should have been for me to get a garment that was mid thigh or three quarters to prevent the lace from rolling up. Instead they gladly accepted $130 of my money and was not willing to help provide a solution.There are other companies selling body shapers. Do not waste your time or money with these hoodlums.

I put one, I can not rate less, I was a customer of this store I was disappointed in their service, I bought a pair that was sold to me by Colombian and the cut is terrible, I went to change it and the only thing they offer me is the seamstress, I they lose as a customer I feel cheated

Very bad service the seamstress now tell me that she will only be in Hialeah, for they sold me a girdle and they offer me that they can fix it and when I need it to fix it they tell me that I have to go to Hialeah, I have to spend my queue time and 50 mins to hialeah. Very bad that I offer something that they will not maintain very bad service, and I never buy a belt here !!!
