Very busy but greeted as you enter, your name is taken and written down so you are waited on in the order that you come in. Very orderly. Woody waited on us, we were not rushed and helped us with the items we went to purchase.

By far the worst Kay store around. No one can answer the phone and when they do, they just hang up on you. They tried to blame my fiancé for losing a diamond out of a ring when THEY lost it when getting resized. They also lied about how to get in touch with us when the ring was back from getting resized, along with a lot of other things. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Please go to a different Kay’s. If I would have know how bad the customer service was at this one, I would’ve drove the extra 20 minutes to a different one.

Ms. Donna has the best customers service ever. She is very professional and she is looking to help from ever angle. All the staff is great, but after working with her after shopping at Kays for years I dont want to go unless she is there. Her manger Chris is also a great help as well. I can go on and on with how pleased I am and how they worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. Even Chandler to worked hard to make sure I received exactly what I was looking for. I never do reviews, but I had too after dealing with such great people.

The staff is always friendly and good about greeting within a reasonable time frame. Donna is excellent at helping in anyway she can for a customer and her manager Victoria is good with keeping a friendly environment for customers and among the employees.
