I had to grab a present for my sister about ten minutes before closing. I knew exactly what i wanted and was heading to the section. It was 6:53 and they close at 7:00pm! The lady at the register rudely said “sorry girls were closed”. And then asked the other fo worker to go shut the doors. They don’t close for another seven minutes. There was one person at the register and others were still browsing around. I wouldn’t mind but the doors were wide open. I felt rudely shoved out the door, and have to intentions of returning. I wasn’t just a kid going in to look around then leave, I had a purpose of being there and intentions of making a purchase. Very rude.

At first I had a terrible experience with someone named Jennifer. I bought two jackets, one XL & one XXL. She scanned one jacket twice so when I went to return them both (since those who I gifted them to didn’t like the design) they had no records of me purchasing the XL. I had to go back to the store later on in the week after the holiday & explain the entire situation to two cashiers who were more than helpful. Both Kyle and Hailey were very understanding & made sure everything was all set. I applaud the both of them as they know how to take care of their customers!

Went in to check prices of winter jackets and was provided excellent service. Staff is very helpful and have good suggestions. Prices are high but the quality is really good. Located at the ground floor of the NS mall across the mini golf arcade.

(Look for mr. Kyle) My first time there. I went for information on their heavy winter coats since its my second winter and the customer service was superb thanks to Kyle. He really showed interest on helping me out. I was surprised that he is very knowledgeable, passionate and gave insight on everything while not forgetting of near by customers. Always strived to provide me for more than what I expected. Im very pleased for the experience.

Got an extra cold protecting set of gloves. Hard to find. Will be unfindable in a week or two, or hard to track down. Had to settle for mittens tears ago, finally got the gloves. Funny enough, years later, theyre the same price!

Holy cow, this company actually sells clothing made by slave children in Bangladesh. I used to LOVE The North Face. But even with their sale prices, how can I sleep at night knowing slaves kept me dry & warm on the slopes today?!? A sales clerk claimed this is true everywhere. But not so. Others like Patagonia are the opposite - they’re extremely responsible and don’t feed into abusive labor systems. Man, what a bummer. North face, I gotta say goodbye. And I hope others do too.

My go-to place for upscale winter gear! I own a couple of North Face jackets that have lasted me years upon years - the fleece never seems to pill, and the quality of anything else of purchased here has always been top notch.
