I had a really positive experience here yesterday! I had to bring my BMW in to get a few things checked out and everything was taken care of efficiently. Alex was my service advisor and he was super friendly, very professional, and just really wonderful to interact with. Definitely one of my least stressful car service appointments! Went for an oil change and other routine maintenance, (filters, etc). Car was running fine for the ride home, then the next few days I smelled burning coming from the engine bay. 5 days later I saw smoke, when the car cooled off I realized the oil cap was loose and oil was over flowing (so the tech did not put the lid on securely). I called and they were able to tow it from my house to service and they performed a cleaning, inspected for damage (none luckily) and paid for my Uber to the service center. Could have been worse, but at least they covered everything to clean up their mistake.

All I got say is they took their time to find the problem and made sure my car was in perfect working conditions.. I was scared reading the reviews here but you get what you pay for meaning you get the best service for your hard earned money.. you are paying dealer price for the best results.. 6 stars

Terrible service, communication and lack of visibility around pick up times. The kept our car for a week and when they told us it was ready, we picked up and noticed they never fully completed the job.This has been a terrible experience!

BMW wont honor the warranty on their enginesThey quoted me just under $15,000 to have the third engine installed.The engine in my car failed at less than two years old and 19,000 miles!BMW service center tells me theres no warranty coverage because they didnt perform the installation of the second engine.Heres the best part!The first engine driven by the original owner failed under load accelerating to get on the highway. Engine timing failureThe second engine driven by the third owner failed under load accelerating to get on the highway. Engine timing failureTwo engines driven by different people failed under identical driving conditions causing the same failure engine timing and there is no warranty coverage because it must be an installation problem.Are you kidding me !!!!!!!!!!!

I have been coming to this service center for a couple years now and they always manage to fit me in. Tom is a life saver and managed get my car fixed same day on short notice so I could make it to work the next day. The service is great, they are practicing all social distancing protocols and face masks.

If you notice I never post 1 star reviews, this is well deserved! Horrible customer service by Kay the service advisor. They promise the world when buying but service is a mess, full of contradiction and no return phone calls. Stay away!

I came in for an oil change. First trip there after my new car warranty expired. They changed the oil and then the service person came out and said I needed new tires and they were badly worn and uneven and dangerous. He had a quote all ready for me to approve and it could be done quickly. I questioned him as the tires were put on at another vendor 11,000 miles before and were guaranteed for 30,000 miles. He assured me they were badly worn. I went back to the seller and had them rotated and asked them how they were and he responded the back tires were worn more than the front but still had about 2/3 of tread remaining. As a follow up I wen to another repair shop and asked about the tires and their response was I had plenty of tread. I believe it was an upsell and not needed

I really like their services. Since I bought a used BMW X5, Ive become a regular to these guys.Its like Im constantly on a vacation that doesnt want to end, for which Im overpaying.It feels like each day Im living on eggshells, trying to guess whats next to go wrong with my BMW baby, and because of that I never get bored.Thank you, BMW for breaking my wallet and the will to move on in life.

They broke my head lite on the inside system pretending I don’t know anything about Bmw vehicles, I have my bimmer for around 7 years and I know exactly what Is wrong to my vehicle, all i wanted is change the H7 lamp because I don’t have the timeand turn into something horrible. The cuestión is why!!Don’t go there the bmw team are not that skillful related to bmw repairs they after you walled, and fells some sore offDishonest, the manager is a chimpanzee brain very careless about customers and don’t care raising his voice!And protect his employeesAlmost like the customer is the enemy! Wow!!DONT GO THERE!!!!!

I am a current x5m owner and I am new to the BMW family. They really care and they go the extra mile. Tom is great, they dont try to sell you what you dont need and they found a few things just before my warranty was up that I over looked. Great service center. Im glad I went with them after buying my BMW elsewhere.

Held my car over 24 hours for a simple oil change. Also didn’t offer me a loaner car due to the inconvenience. I called the maintenance department the next morning to speak with the service advisor handling my vehicle. Just to get no answer or voicemail message. Currently (28hrs) they still have my vehicle and I have not received back from them.

Got my annual inspection here. Staff was super nice and very down-to-earth. I waited in leather recliners, and free snacks, coffee, and drinks. Only took like a half an hour to finish, even though she said it could take up to two hours. I would have waited all day if they let me :^)

Ask for Dave Buchanan at the Centennial location. Ive had him for over 7 years. Ive had 3 different cars with him and he never disappoints me. Hes very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Hes also very prompt and follows up with his clients in a timely manner. Im completely satisfied with the level of customer service received and highly recommend him as your adviser.

I had a very positive experience at BMW service centre. Michael Gagnon was my service co-ordinator and he went above and beyond in providing us with service. Despite being heavily booked since morning, Michael signed us in fairly quickly, patiently listened to the concerns and proceeded with the paperwork. Michael is also very knowledgeable person and upon inquiring specific questions regarding my model, offered prompt answers and offered to look into that matter. I would highly recommend Michael at this Service centre.

The facility is nice and the waiting area has wifi some coffee etc (What you would normally expect) and a shop.When I went here the people werent too happy to service my car since there were a few items that were warranty defects. One was the sunroof which was a simple fix. The other the Software. unfortunately I was told there was nothing that could be done for the software, which is possible, but it would have been nice of them to update the software as I found out later that it has never been updated and was well overdue.

Bought my car about 40 days ago and there was already problems occurring. Was not happy going there and waiting over an hour. But during this process I went outside and talk to a gentlemen named Zachary Talbot. He talked over some cars with me and made the experience much more do able. Also went out of his way to get my car ready for me. He really saved the experience. Would highly recommend a raise for him. He would make a good salesman!

Fantastic service here - dropped my car off first thing on a Friday morning for engine work and both the diagnostics and work were done 6 hours later, not an easy task. Dave and Frank are extremely friendly and as far as service center waiting rooms go, this one is like Disney World - coffee, food, huge couches, tv, etc. My tire pressure sensor went off as I was leaving the lot and rather than run down the street to the nearest gas station for a quick blast of air, they were more than happy to slot me ahead of their service line up to do that when I asked. Even though theyre 30 minutes away, I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else

For a service center, the customer service here is sub-par at best, but always inconsistent. One of the first times I brought my car in for an oil change, I left without an engine cover because the technician didnt place it back on my vehicle. After I went back in for a subsequent repair and mentioned this to the service representative, he said we wouldnt have done that. Why on earth would anybody remove the engine cover themselves?! After much hemming and hawing, I got them to replace the part.It seems like every time I walk out of there, I find something new wrong with the car. I had the transfer case replaced and now hear an occasional rattling sound when driving on the highway. When I describe this to the service desk rep, David will look at me like he cannot comprehend what Im describing. Recently brought my car in for another service appointment and left with new scratches on my paint. When I said something before Id left, I was met with your car had those scratches when we took it in. Terrible service...never believed that Id long for a time when my warranty expired, but here I am, waiting the day when I dont need to bring my car to a service location that treats me, and it, without respect.

Rude service adviser. Did not make eye contact or acknowledge me until he slid the invoice over towards me with the keys on top. Freezing cold day and I had to find my car myself as he just pointed outside and said out there when I asked where my car was (pointed to several incorrect cars). Will not go back.

Was sent by the Vehicle Motor Assistance center to get something fixed there about getting a computer reprogrammed. The Dealer did not believe me. Told me that it is Nonsense. How could they not believe the Motor Vehicle Assistance center who represents the state? They left me frustrated.
