Their service was excellent. We were without cooling for only a day and a half and their serviceman showed up and saved us from melting. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We will use them again if the need arises.

Reese proposed an excellent solution based on his extensive experience and knowledge in heating and cooling. He did a superb installation during these tough times with COVID-19 on our failing 20 year old HVAC system. Even when there was an unforeseen product backorder he worked around it and made sure were were comfortable with AC through that process and even came back at no charge to adjust air flow. When the product finally arrived he was quick to get it installed and truly a pleasure to deal with at every turn. I especially liked how he was understanding and conscientious with his COVID precautions because of my underlying health problems that put me at risk. I would highly recommend him and Climate Care to anyone.

This Companys quality can not be beat Im a former employee of close to 10 years Reeses knowledge and experience that he shared gave my family a future if your a local paysonite and have used another company like north Mechanical or h&h or now cross you should know the difference in quality Reese is a perfectionist to a fault his saying time was always you get one shot to install this system right thank you Reese and Deborah love you guys

Being a past customer I asked Reese (the owner) a simple question about the job he did. He said he would get back to me with an answer. Never happened, so ran into him a few weeks later and he was totally rude to me. He belittled me and dismissed me simply because he was busy.I would never do that to anyone and I dont recommend this person. I knew he did not have a great personality from working with him before but he is just a rude person.
