If youre going to change your hours for any extended period of time you should really have somebody updated online. Your store hours are listed online that youre open till 9 p.m. so I show up at 7 and find that your new temporary hours are 6 p.m. if youre going to close three hours earlier than it says online somebody needs to be in charge of updating that online.

Not a, “I don’t know.”I would think an Auto parts store would be more helpful with basic questions concerning what one needs to use with they’re car.There’s nothing wrong with telling your customers to get advice from someone who does know. Like your mechanicPlease train your personnel

Hours of operation are either inaccurate or nobody is here when they are supposed to be. Just still to Orileys or autozone for reliability

Was great but their website says they are open until 9:00 pm. Well they close at 8:00. I had been in earlier for a battery but had to attend an event for my daughter and would have stopped on my way to the event for a core return had I known they would be closed an hour earlier than wha their website says.Someone needs to go into their site and update their hours or stay open until 9:00.If I was traveling and had jumped off the fwy because it was close to the exit and it said they were open Id be a bit mad.

The representative at the counter was very informative and helpful. He gave me advice and made certain I was buying the right antifreeze for my vehicle. He wasnt just there to sell stuff, he was there to help and that makes all the difference.

I did a curbside pick up order and I made sure I was to the store before they close at 8 PM which is posted on the door and online. I got here at 7:45 and the place is locked up. Ugh 😫

Stephenie is awsome. She helped me find parts in 5 minutes. I had gone to every other auto parts store in Payson as I have been using those stores for years. I left all the other stores empty-handed one store in particular left me so frustrated Ill never go back after having to explain the difference in wheel bearings to the counter person. Advance Auto will now be my first stop

Car quest all over again. Just got off what seemed like the longest phone call of my life. Sales associate clearly doesnt have any sales or automotive history.
