Good but no fast you wait one hour to get fruit wow

This is a very clean place everything is fresh. Everyone is very nice and friendly. You can get samples of things. They have a grill and salsa bar.

This place is great. They have an amazing selection of ice cream, all of them delicious.Today was my 2nd visit to Helados and I took a chance that I stopped taking with many taco places and it turned out to be a good choice. I have unfortunately developed a bit of disappointment over the past in ordering pork carnitas. The reason being that many places have a nasty habit of serving large pieces of pork fat which should have been separated from the meat before serving. It is beyond gross biting into chunks of fat. That being said, the carnitas I had today were beautifully golden brown on the edges and it was evident that care was take to keep unnecessary fat out of the mix.

To crowded! They need to have a better system to take orders and pick up. 🙄

Appart from it being a small place they have great customer service. Always paying attention to their customers and, of course, the food is delicious. But its not just tacos and drinks, they have a full menu from ice cream to fruit cocktails and fruit drinks made at the store.

Awesome place for treats like shaved ice and popsicles. Speaking Spanish is an advantage but most items have bilingual signage. You can order online ahead of time. Popular location.

I enjoy coming here. I usually order the Cubana. It is huge and I can inky ever eat half. Beware, this has got to be the hottest 🔥 sandwich there is. Not spicy hot. Temperature hot 🌡. I burned my mouth biting into it. It is so good. I just wished they sold non spicy Cheetos and Fritos for those of us who hate spicy food. Either way everything weve had so far has been wonderful. I forgot to take pics of our food.

This place has the best delicious food and desserts. I ordered the carne asada fries and they were finger licking delicious. The nieves and aguas are soooooooo good. The staff is friendly and the place is kept clean. You can eat in or take out.

Wife & I found this cute place. We had Tortas de lomo en chile rojo con queso panela. We should of split one. Finished off with ice cream. We will be stopping back by if in the area.

Horrible experience! Ordered delivery through GrubHub. I didnt receive my chamoyada (my sole reason for ordering here) or the salad dressing for my less than appetizing salad that I wont be eating. The fried chicken looks like the only edible part. Tried calling several times but no one answered and their mailbox is full! Thanks for nothing.

One of my favorite spots to get a great treat. Ice-cream, popsicles both homemade and made with fresh fruits and juices. Theres something for everyone here. They also make great food like tacos, tortas and burritos. All reasonably priced. Worth going in and trying something new each time you visit.

This place is close to where I work.You can call in and pay when you get there. They have another location in kennewick.The ice cream is amazing.The drinks are great. Had food here tonight it was good. HOWEVER THEIR AGUA DE PINA WAS DISGUSTING IT TASTED LIKE ROTTEN PINEAPPLE. Also got a mango liquado gross. Asked the lady for something different she could care less. Thats the way it is she said. I will not be returning.

They now offer outdoor sitting which is great but they don’t have the staffing to wipe down table after someone has sat on them which is very unsanitary. They didn’t wipe down tables before the pandemic and they still don’t now. While I was waiting for my food I saw many people get up from one table and others go sit on the same table without it being wiped down. It very unsanitary and unsafe. They should just remove the outdoor seating if there not going to clean them or maybe they should actually start cleaning them.

These guys are kind of cheap. Its easy for them to say no if you request for a carrier tray for beverages. Their policy is carrier beverages for more than 1 beverage and this was said verbally. The lady told me about shortages in supplies and the cost of it. Please, those beverages carriers are made out of recicle paper! How much can the cost 1000 of them? These little details make the difference between a good customer driven service and a mediocre owner driven service.

First time here and I am impressed. Not only does the food look good but taste good as well. I am talking about the small details such as the grill marks on the burritos ! And the prices are veery reasonable. A burrito, torta, and large drink for 20 dollars. And it being homemade. Cant beat that. I want to come back and try more goodies.

We have a Michoacana similar to this one in Vegas but...This one is HUGE!! Felt like a little kid again. They make almost everything from scratch. Their drinks are AMAZING! I definitely recommend the strawberry lime and the pineapple mango. If your hungry they also have Mexican food. We also bought some candy from the store beside it with a AMAZING amount of variety of Candy and party supplies. Definitely a one stop all.

Everything is delicious. They have a great variety of options to choose from as well.

Super popular, great amounts of food lots of choices to pick from. Food was superb, authentic mexican food from a mexican himself. Not very big which might be a problem if youre going to stay at the restaurant, best to pick up instead.

It has a variety of ice cream with fresh fruit, fresh home made fruit juice strawberry, lime and chia seeds, maricuya plus other flavors. If you want some hot Mexican fast food this the place to go tacos, quesadillas, or tortas. Next door you will find different types of candy for your pinatas for your next birthday party.

We got two chocolate bananas and had to wait 15 minutes to get them and another 10 minutes for a Bionico. The bananas were completely black from the inside and was told that’s how they are and won’t get knew ones or a refund.

Ive looked for places that have actual good Mexicano food all around Pasco and this place was by far the best! Real authentic Mexican food with a great staff and EXCELLENT drinks! I would definitely recommend to Latinos Latinas that are feeling homesick!

I went to the store attached to the ice cream place. They have a wide variety of supplies which is nice but it is way overpriced. I was able to find the same items online for less than half the price.
