I was not impressed by that store due too low than average customer service. The new collection was not really nice. I have found some models but the sizes do not match either American or European sizes, they are smaller.

Julia was extremely patient and helpful throughout my time there. Their great service doesn’t goes unnoticed!

The Zara Pasadena store was clean and well organized. This is a great location to shop!

I totally understand that their fitting rooms are closed, but return shouldn’t be that frustrating.

The store itself is always a bit crazy with people rifling through displays trying to find styles/ sizes that work for them, so just the general shopping process can be challenging. Admittedly, the clothes are pretty cool, but store and customer service have definite room for improvement.

Poor customer service. Employees have demeaning and rude attitudes towards customers. Clothes on the floor, poor/ low stock. If the prices weren’t enough of a slap the staff will finish the job. I won’t be back

Why bother having a 45% off black friday sale plastered all over your store when none of the items worth buying are actually on sale? Feels like a scam to get me in the door. This is why I will never come back. Good job, you have turned an opportunity to gain customers into permanently losing them. This is a feat!

I will not buy zara products in the future. Poor after-sales service. I bought a pair of shoes on the website and sent in a completely different item. Online writing can be refunded in store. I drove a long way to the store. I paid the parking fee. The store staff told me I couldnt return them. Go back and call because its a different item. Buy a pair of shoes and waste a lot of time dealing with them. be beneath。

Nice items on sale. Reasonably priced and fairly good quality products. The design is also very chic. Employees are friendly and store has a nice and simple ambiance which is easy to navigate. Very accessible location.

The staff is friendly and nice. Bigger selection for women than men but the size of the mens department is decent. I tend to find some good one of a kind pieces there.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Zaras business hour is currently 12-5pm. I was refused of entry upon arrival at 4:58pm. There were handful of customers inside shopping around. This is how zara treat its customer. NEVER SHOP AT ZARA EVER AGAIN!

I purchased a jacket today and they left the alarm sensor on the jacket. Upon my exit, the alarm did not activate. I live 60 miles from the Pasadena location. I did not notice the sensor since the jacket was covered by a garment bag. One would assume they know how to do their job. Evidently not. Now I am required to spend approximately 3 hours of my additional time to jerk around with their mistake. Done with Zara Pasadena.

At the Pasadena store, a few of the cashiers and the head of the cashiers definitely have attitude problems. You cant even speak when you know they have the wrong item in their hand to scan. They have no patients and get easily offended. Please teach them not to take things personally and treat it as a job they were hired to do. And actually listen to what the customer says rather than, shutting their ears off. TRAIN ALLLL YOUR STAFF please.

Sad that since theyve exploded, both the quality and the style have suffered. Its rare that I find anything unique or fun here anymore. 😒

Really good place, but some of the clothes wasnt strikingly interesting. Staff was decent, but certainly not the most friendliest. I feel like they could improve by engaging into the customers more welcoming and be more in tuned.

Nice cloths! But the team working over there is not helpful at the register. The personal telephone was more interesting than people who needs to pay. We left the store after standing in the row for a while. Well order online...

Zara in Pasadena has a pretty good selection of clothes for men. The store is clean and the staff was ok. :) Other than that it always depends on what week you go in to find what you are looking for because thats how Zara works.

ZERO if it was an option. I will NEVER shop here again. Start to finish this has been the WORST retail experience, well, ever. Heres the deal: I purchased a jacket for my daughter. #1At the register, the cashier stuffed, no folded, the jacket ($219.40) into a paperbag that ripped, handed it to me with, sorry about that. #2Before leaving, I noticed there was no receipt in the bag. #3Back in a long line reaching the door and said I didnt get a receipt which they couldnt find. NOTE: I hadnt left the store yet. Cashier assured me it would be no problem to get the record if needed for a return. FAST FORWARD: daughter didnt like the jacket, tried to return with a copy of my credit card billing showing exact purchase price for ONE coat. They wouldnt accept this. Advised calling customer service. No help there. Strict policy of NO RETURNS without a receipt which I advised of above situation. NO help, TONS of attitude and a Not My Problem mentality - in the store, at customer service when I asked if I dcould speak to a manager they asked what the problem was. Again. After speaking with Jose for 10 minutes about this. Saying, I need to write a reason, to me asking if I needed to go over this again, he said, I still need a reason. I have all the information they need to process a return, but they will not do it because they dont want to miss this sale of ONE coat. In exchange for this, I will NEVER shop at Zara again. Not in Pasadena where this took place, NOT anywhere. I have never written a review before, but this is infuriating and made me take to the keyboard. With SO many options for shopping, just dont walk in that door. I did saying, I wanted to give them a try. Normally, I would go to ANTHROPOLOGY, BANANA REPUBLIC, MADEWELL, NORDSTROM, etc. MUCH better options. Zara employees are rude, 5 out of 5 anyway, and the store policy is ridiculous in an age when most stores are happy to help customers. When I say never, I mean never. There are too many options to put up with their attitudes and customer NONservice.

I Love shopping at ZARA...I always find something to purchase. I enjoy dropping by different locations because they all have a little different vibe! 😉

I love that the clothes fit my small physique but sometimes the quality is not that great. I got 2 jackets that ripped inside and I have to get it repaired. Sale is great if you chanced upon it.

I feel like this is like a glorified H&M when it comes to style and quality. If you want style this place is up to date with fashion trends, but if you want quality then you should start shipping at non fast fashion stores.

WARNING! To all PARENTS... DO NOT SHOP at ZARA!!! “Tap tap no pass backs” is the return policy at Zara. If you’re like me, you buy clothes for your kids and return ones that don’t fit correctly. I shopped at zara and brought back only those items that didn’t fit my son. Tags still on, perfect condition, in the same bag in which they were purchased, 1 1/2 week later, same credit card...NO RETURN! NO EXCHANGE!!! I had saved the wrong receipt, the receipt from my purchase of shirts for myself. I spent over $500 that day! Zara’s policy? NO RETURNS and NO STORE CREDIT without receipt!!! Now I’m stuck with brand new pants that don’t fit anyone in the house and I’m out $100! I use credit for a reason, it’s easier, there’s a record in my account of all purchases, and I don’t have to keep track of paper! Buyer beware at Zara - save that receipt or you’re stuck with that item FOREVER! No thanks! I’ll shop somewhere else That likes their merchandise enough to take it back.

I dont think any of the ZARA stores provide good customer service, like their so cool they work at Zara, so they dont know how to be nice or even know how provide good customer service. The one at the Grove is the worst. Why is that ZARA employees?

First time I went there the cashiers personal phone was more important than the customer. The second time I went there, the two cashiers began talking in Spanish in front of me and I felt very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional employees. Also, I will NEVER shop Zara again as I have just found out from various news sites that the brand does not pay the people who make the clothing. The factory workers have been slipping notes into clothes asking buyers for help. Now I feel sick wearing anything from Zara.

This store tends to cater more to its female patrons than its male patrons, but the service is attentive and the workers do a pretty good job of keeping the racks organized and well-presented.

The store is clean and neat. Checkout could be slow at times. As for Zara style, I am not a fan of mass produced cloth, but thats purely subjective and personal.
