Tried to drop off an iPad two days in a row during business hours. Nobody in the shop. Called the cell phone number on the door, no response and no voicemail. Tried calling the number on Google, nobody picked up and it went to voicemail without identifying anybody- had no idea who I was calling. I see the reviews about people not getting responses from the business after they dropped off their items, and I think I just got a taste of that. Unfortunately, I cannot risk working with a business that just might not bother ever getting back to me.

I spoke to the contact who was really nice and had us come in immediately. The prices were definitely higher than expected but we needed the phone that day. We dropped it off at 10:40am and was told to give them about 2 hours. After 4 hours, we called and texted with no answers so we drove up to the store to check in. The phone had not been touch and we were told to come back in an hour and a half. After 2 more hours the phone was done. The phone worked and looked great. He said there is a lifetime warranty on the phone parts but then was talking about maybe merging with Boost so Im worried how that will affect the warranty? We are happy with the phone but I hope in the future the customer service side gets better.

Derrick was kind, courteous and professional. He will get all of my business when I’m i need of cell or tablet repair. I feel a bigger chain would have ripped me off. Great small business located in our community.

Derek (the owner) charged me $250 to fix my phone only for it to not work when I got it back. The phone would not take a charge and he stopped responding to my emails/calls/texts. I took the phone to another phone repair shop (Cell Phone Doctor) and discovered that he gave me a defective battery. I would never step foot into this establishment again.

Friendly service. Appreciate that they stayed open during the pandemic, and were responsive to making an appointment for me. Appreciate all the work they are putting in to stay open and follow protocols during pandemic.

WARNING!!!! Only take your phone here if you have plans on never being able to use it again. I recently took my cell phone in here to get a cracked screen replaced. This is when the nightmare started. I drop my phone off and they tell me oh this is easy, you can wait on the couch while we do this. It will 30-45 minutes to fix Instead of sitting on a bed bug infested, 1920s couch I decided to go run an errand instead, thinking when I got done I could pick up my phone. About an hour later I come back to the store. Soon as I walk in I see my phone in 40 different pieces sitting on a desk and the guy looks at me and says umm...Im having some issues So much for an easy fix huh. He tells me to come back tomorrow, Sunday, at 2 pm and he will have it fixed. I show up the next day at 2 and nobody was even there, ghost town. So, I tried calling, no answer and no return call. Finally, I got a hold of this guy 4 days later, 4 days. He had my phone all week basically and did not call me or nothing. He miraculously shows up to the office Friday so I go to get my phone. Now, this is when he starts telling me that its a Samsung problem and that is why my phone doesnt work anymore. And, he didnt have the proper cord to charge it, blah blah blah. Any excuse he could think of he said. At this point I was about to explode. I take my phone there to get a cracked screen fixed and now the phone doesnt even turn on. And, this was a brand new phone basically. These guys are total scam artists. Save yourself the anger and frustration and do not go there. This is by far the worst so called business I have ever dealt with. One more thing, I took it to another repair shop and they said the mother board was fried and the wrong size screws were put back into the phone which damaged it even more. So, I had to go buy another cell phone because of the incompetence of this company. Buyer beware!!!!

My daughters new phone had the SIM card stuck in the slot. I called Direct Phone Repair for help. Not only were they able to help take the SIM card out, but he made sure the phone was working properly after installing it properly. They were very helpful and courteous. If you need your phone fixed, these guys are there for you!

STAY AWAY! I dropped my daughters iPad to get the screen repaired and he never gave it back. First he said it would be ready later that day, then it was the next day, then it was a couple days after that. See text messages attached. He eventually became radio silent. Doesnt answer calls or emails.

I would definitely recommend this place! Had accident crack a tablet that wasnt mine and took to them they fixed it that day! Derick the owner was very pleasant very nice explained everything to me on how it works how they do glass ect. Even sat an waited for tablet didnt take long at all Prices cant beat! My iPhone 6+ desperately needed a new battery. I use my phone for work so it was awesome to find a store that could replace the battery while I waited, it took about 20 minutes. Other places required an appointment and several wanted me to leave the phone for 2 hours. Service at DPR was great and the girl who manages the office was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

The staff is very helpful, however, they are very under staffed. I dropped off a desktop to test the power supply and motherboard as it wouldnt power on. They said due to a backlog, it might take up to two weeks. I dropped it off on Jan 25th and after Feb 8th I cannot get a response from them. They have had my desktop now for three months without any communication.

This place is awesome, I was in and out in 15 minutes and they had any and all the accessories that I could want for my iPhone. Not to mention the techs are very likable and knowledgeable. You cant beat there prices because they will price match with any other repair shop and plus they actually have a warranty unlike so many other places Ive been to that just push you out the door. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, very comfortable and affordable repair shop Ive ever been to. Thanks guys

Good service at a reasonable price. But they forgot to take the tape off the mic (internal) on my phone they repaired so had to go back and leave it there again. Also left a tablet there for repair and never heard back about for almost 8 weeks even though I reminded them on my return trip on getting my phone correctly fixed. Picked up the tablet and no apologies or effort to resolve. Owner is a good guy and they seem to know their stuff but lacking in a few areas.

This place is AWESOME!!! I called at 2:00 p.m on Sunday and was told to meet at the shop at 3:45!!!! My screen was broke and I was upset but now less than an hour after my appointment I am HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY! Customer service is THE BEST! The store is clean and comfortable! I will definitely let everyone know to come here with all phone needs! Thank you for putting your customers first even on a rainy Sunday!!! I love it here!

Derek and Matt are phone geniuses. Both young men are friendly and very attentive to their customers needs. I am not an electronics expert, they not only fixed my cell phone problem, (which the Verizon store said could not be fixed).. they were able to save information on my cell phone that I thought would be lost forever. They also took some time to teach me how to save and move files from one phone to another. I cannot recommend these two young men highly enough. The pricing was very, very reasonable for the labor and parts that had to be purchased. I would trust them with my cell phone, laptop, tablet. Derek quickly replaced my Samsung Galaxy 7 battery and did a wonderful job in explaining how phones and chargers work.

Ive been here twice and will continue to take my electronics here for repair. Ive taken 2 items in with broken screens, one Samsung phone and one iPad. After shopping around I found they had the cheapest repair prices in the area and both times my item was fixed and back to me in 24 hrs or less. Extremely pleased with the service here, no issues with either item after repair, both are still going strong.

What a fabulous hidden gem when it comes to cell phone repair! The staff couldnt be any nicer, professional, or informative! I felt very comfortable with their honesty and business regimen. They fixed my problem within an hour and I was up and running again. I would highly recommend DPR!

Couldnt recommend these guys enough! Every paces I called would have had to special order the parts for my phone but they had everything right there in the shop and were able to fix it that day. They did a fantastic job and really helped me out, couldnt be happier.

I cracked my iPhone 6s and needed to repair it. Other places I contacted estimated $20-$30 more than what I was charged at DPR and expected me to leave my phone with them overnight or all day. I searched google and found the listing for DPR (FYI: the number listed on google was incorrect so I went to their website to find the correct number). Derek Chenowith is the owner and just amazing! His customer service is refreshing. He was able to fix my screen in 15 minutes and he helped me put on the new tempered glass and phone case. If I EVER have any phone or tablet issues I will be going back. This is a service I do hope I won’t need, let’s be honest no one wants to need this service but if you do I would always recommend DPR.

Its FedEx fault the two people who work are cool and I understand what going on and thing that was happening its just the delivery was to late and I cant blame on them. They did there best to keep customer happy but they turn to be mad and upset I hope whoever shipped there part better be a better shipper

Cant say how much I appreciate the staff and there honesty. Ive been to 3 stores before I found this diamond in the rough it was worth the drive. first store I visited one wouldnt fix it the second had to order and it could take up to two weeks. The third fixed it that day but the next day the screen came up and broke as a result. I wont say what shop, but just days after the repair they wouldnt fix my device or even to offer any help. The funny thing is DPR took the time to explain why it happened and helped me understand not putting down the Other store but actually took the time to explain things to me. I have never seen such great customer service I would recommend them to anyone. The prices are great and the do quality work they even let me watch and explained every step. Even though it was over my head. But if anyone needs help dealing with any repairs this is the place. Thanks again Dpr greatest.

Fast and great service. My phone fell in the pool and then when I attempted to get it out of the case I wound up dropping like 5 feet and the screen got all cracked. I thought the phone would be unrepairable I showed up here from a friend the guy had me in and out in less than an hour and fixed my brand-new iPhone 6 from scratch for a great price.

They were so nice. They fixed my phone quickly and it works just like new. I highly recommend going to them for any repairs they are great.

Please don’t take any device to this place for repair. I dropped of a tablet with a broken screen and was told it would be done the next business day. Over 3 weeks later, it still was not fixed. I was given excuse after excuse. When I went in to check on it the last time, another gentleman was already in there complaining about how his son’s phone had taken over 2 months to “fix” and once he got it home it worked for a few days and then broke again. Please— spend the extra money taking your device somewhere legit. I’m out $250 and still have to keep this ugly clamp on it or the “new” screen won’t work! I wish I’d spent the extra $100 and gone to Apple— I’d have had it back in 2-3 DAYS (not weeks), and had it actually fixed. I’m filing a complaint with the State Attorney General and BBB to help others not get ripped off too.

Stopped by DPR to see about repairing an IPhone 5C. Mother had dropped hers and screen separated from the frame. The guy at the counter helped us immediately, talked through the process and what he was seeing. He buttoned it back up and fixed the problem within a few minutes. No charge and recommended we look into replacing the screen soon as the plastic tabs were broken and would lead to more issues. I had expected to pay a significant amount and am definitely pleased with the candor and upright focus on customer service. Definitely earned a repeat customer.

Daughter cracked her iPhone 5C, fixed same day and we had a new battery put into the phone too. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back for any future problems with any of our phones.

I was only able to get to the store an hour before it closed but they still offered to stay past their closing time so that I could walk out with my repaired phone rather than wait until another day. They were incredibly accommodating and phone looks brand new.

Awful experience, derek took 2 weeks to do nothing to fix my computer. Took it and left after 2 weeks in the same condition i left it in no fix or questions answered just a waste of time.

Direct Phone Repair is the only true option for getting your phone repaired. I cant say enough good things about these guys. Ive had some serious issues with multiple phones (my staff is always breaking something) and I wont go anywhere else at this point. Verizon is completely useless comparatively and theres nothing DPR cant do. They have even come in on holidays and after hours to help me. Really the best!

They were awesome I dropped my Samsung Edge I thought it was beyond repair. Looked like some shot it with a BBQ gun. They fixed my phone it looks brand new. They were very knowledgeable and polite. They told me things about the Edge I wish I had known before I bought it. Cant say enough good things about this place. They work on computers as well.

Very rude, forgot multiple parts to my phone (other reviews say same thing), multiple trips to store. Of course its all my fault and not theirs, im out hundreds of dollars and still a broken phone!

Great place to have things fixed. I took my phone in and they had it out the same day and I brought it in later in the day and they stayed extra just to complete my phone. The staff was curtious and they used genuine Samsung parts and explained the cost and what they were going to do to my phone before they started so their was no surprise charges at the end. I would highly recommend this place even if you have to take a little drive from somewhere a few more miles away. This is the second shop Ive been too and this shop is better then any in the Pasadena/Glen Burnie area.

Reasonable prices for fixing a 7 plus and 6s but the glass used must be so thin that it cracked 2 weeks later inside my pocket it cracked.....overall I would go back but I would like to know the glass used as both phones I had fixed less then a month ago are now broke again and had otter box case on both, guys are great but I think the glass is very very thin

This is a terrible establishment. I phoned before I went and got one price, and was promised that my phone would be fixed in an hour. They took over two and a half hours and increased price by $79.00 from the intial price. While I was there, I heard them do that multiple times to customers. Buyer beware!
