I really like Dr. Lam she was very nice, detailed and I can see better then I have seen in years. I had been going to the same Optometrists for over 5 years for contact lens and my vision seems to have gotten worst so i decided to change and I am glad I did because script changed. John and Rhiannon was really nice and professional. Needless to say I not only got contacts I got glasses which I havent wore glasses in 20 yrs thats how comfortable they made me feel. I will definitely be going back next year.

I cant express how transparent, helpful, and professional everyone I encountered was! I havent had glasses for the last number of years and I had my eyes examined at another optometrist but Pearle Vision had the largest selection of frames (for my taste) I found compared to the other three locations I stopped into. I wish Id started with an exam there but Im certain my next exam will be here. Walid made the entire process easy and instilled confidence in my decisions. Buying glasses seems like a routine chore but going here made it feel easier and more casual.

Ive gone to the same eye doctor my entire life. When they closed, I found myself needing somewhere to go, and this was on my list of accepted places with my insurance. I am BEYOND happy that I chose them versus another place. Both times, I was greeted immediately, and helped immediately. They are very friendly, caring, efficient people. Every single person I encountered was very nice and helpful. I never thought I would enjoy going to the eye doctor, or picking out glasses, but it was a wonderful experience and I will recommend them to everyone.

My husband is disabled which makes it very difficult for him to get out. A nose piece broke off of his glasses. I went to 2 other optical stores that told me to go to the Eye Glass Hospital to have the piece welded on..because they COULD NOT help me to find a new frame. Attempted the welding which did not hold up. Christina at Pearle Vision Parma Ohio, was able to put him in a new frame without any difficulty. Service was great and all in the store were very friendly!

I have been coming to Pearle Vision for several years and will continue to do so for future exams and glasses. Everyone here is very professional and are experts in the business. Their customer service is top-notch, as was very evident when they helped me select a new pair glasses to wear when using the computer, a first for me. I was pleasantly surprised when the glasses were ready for pickup after only one week. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I initially liked my new glasses when I picked them up. But after wearing them for about a week or so, decided they looked too wide. Years ago, glasses came in more sizes, but not anymore. Also realized its best to take a picture as youself trying on different frames, then you can actually see what they look like on your face, which I did not do initially. After trying on more pairs at Pearle Vision, they ordered a new frame in a different color and also were able obtain a frame I had seen at another store as Pearle vision carried the same brand. I like the new frame much better and it was a smaller size which fit my narrow face much better.

I’ve been to many eye doctors in the 20 years I have worn glasses for. This place is hands down the best. Dr. Mahan is so pleasant and kind. The staff is so nice and helpful in picking out glasses/contacts that are right for you. I will never go anywhere else!

I just stopped in to ask a question about my old sunglasses ( two pair) and if they were still safe. The staff and Dr. Were very friendly and helped me immediately. I expected to be told my sunglasses were no good and Id have to buy a new pair. But thats not what happened. To my surprise they were very honest. One pair had a loss of UV protection worn off and shouldnt be worn but the other pair was fine. Never met such honest people. Walid Nasser was the gentleman who was so helpful explaining UV coatings and checked my glasses. Lucky I met him.

Apparently, if you walk in to this store and inquire about standard reading glasses you will be told that you are looking for cheaters, because you are cheating by not getting glasses with a prescription. Maybe dont try to make your customers feel bad. My previous visit also made me feel like a lower class individual, my mistake for trying again

Wonderful experience!! I flew in from out of town on a layover heading out of the country and realized I didn’t have my contacts. The staff at Pearle Vision, Rhiannon in particular, were incredibly kind and helpful. They helped me get a pair of contacts and even offered to stay late so I could be sure to pick them up. I am so grateful! They even included lens solution and a case. They turned a stressful experience into a pleasant one. Could not recommend them enough!

Mr Nasser was very helpful. When I explained that I really did not like the 1st pair of glasses about a week after I got them, he told me no problem and help he get another pair (at no extra cost). The 1st pair were too small and gave he a headache. Received the new bigger pair and so far they are good.

THE WORST QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Dont know how to do a basic eye exam.I went to their place 2-3 weeks ago for my annual eyes check and new contact lens as it was almost out. After getting my eyes checked, I did not receive the trial contact lens from their doctor as he said they were out of it. They went ahead help me order the whole year plan for my contact lens without knowing if the new prescription works well for me or not. When I tried my contact lens ordered from them, they were very blurred and 2 visions. I could not function normally with them. I called the place and even went back their several times, but they could not figure it out why. I complained and asked for money back but the manager there did not want to give it back to me. He said it is Nonrefundable for this profession... I spent almost $200 for my eyes exam. It did not work at all for me but you said NO for the refund?????I am sorry, but you guys dont even know how to do a basic and correct eyes exam to your client. They had to ask me for consulting my last year eye doctor from different place. Why cant your doctor do a good exam on the client?? Why do I have to pay lot of money then go back and forth just for fixing the contact lens????I was so disappointed about their Quality and Services. Terrible eyes doctor experience Ive had of my life!!!!!

These people worked with me until I have glasses I can see out of. I have never had glasses before that I could really see clear. I tell you, they are professional, but yet very nice and polite. All these years, I have been seeing out of glasses that really were not the correct line of vision. These guys are right on the money. Yes, they are a bit expensive, but dont rest until you can see like you did before you needed glasses. It is so nice to see again with out a struggle or to finding a sweet spot in the glasses.I like them so much I bought 2 pairs off them. Remember, you pay for what you get, and this people work to give you everything you need. I am sending everyone I know to this Pearl Vision Care.

My 98 yr old neighbor broke the stem of her glasses off. I brought it to your parma location and Walid skillfully repaired them, reshaped them for a better fit, cleaned them and refused any payment. This year I splurged and got prescription reading glasses and prescription sunglasses. We spent a little more on glasses this time to see if it can reduce some pain on my head from the eyeglass frame type. Glad I did. I feel relaxed in the car with sunglasses and can see the dashboard well. Walid suggested a different style of eyeglass arm that hugs my head rather than hold behind my ears, ( which causes pain on my skull/ears).
