Great service. Always go the extra mile. Went to Lowe’s and go no help. Walked in and they were very helpful and got me what I needed. If they didn’t have it they will usually find it for you somewhere else.

They would have received five stars but I believe they once purposefully overcharged me for one item that I later bought 6 of for the same price on e-bay.

Great little hometown hardware store! Decent selection, some prices are a little high, but its more than worth it sometimes!

I keep running back here for a keychain. I have been updating the same one for about 10 years, that is once it wears out. I have found myself running in to buy many odds and ends. From something to hang a picture to a bale of hay. Its close to home and I can find it easily. Ill probably stop by again when my surge protector wears out. Its always something. What next, a snow shovel? You never know.

I was having a hard time finding the hardware to fix some furniture, and I had no luck at the other home repair department stores. I came to Parks Hardware, and Zack helped me find exactly what I wanted. He even did a custom cut on the bolts for me. The next day, I came back and Zack gave me some more helpful advice to complete my project. Well done! Im sorry if I misspelled your name, Zack...great job!

Went looking for plumbing supplies. Found all but a cutoff valve. They normally stock it, but were out. They stock a lot of replacement parts, which allows quick,cheap repairs, but they sometimes run out of a rare or very popular item.

They know were everything is and very helpful

Dont like,because back in 1972 I worked rhere.I had a brand new VW Bug.Rhe owner of the store backed into it and never told me.I found out about it .Called cops.Afterward I was fired by him.
