The place to go for all your automotive or any mechanical needs. All the guys that work here especially this location are awesome, very knowledgeable and will take care of you. The prices are always way cheaper than list price which is icing on the cake for me

They had the best price for my truck battery. But i also needed a A/C fan belt and they tried to tell me i needed a ac clutch without even looking at my truck. That part costs $113. I guess they think a women wouldnt know the difference. NOT!

Riebes has an interesting arrangement going on around here. They have supplier deals with a lot of the local mechanics, who naturally appreciate that all their parts are guaranteed. But Riebes generosity comes from usually being well over twice the price of any other supplier, and often for the same or lesser quality. Which means the mechanic gets his guarantee no matter what, while the higher cost just gets passed onto the customer.And since this wholesale setup provides so much of their revenue, they can also afford to not only be uncompetitive in their retail stores (compared to AutoZone and the like), but the kinda clerks they tend to hire for their service counters often reflect that same sorta attitude towards retail customers (aka, t.s. if you dont like it).

The Paradise NAPA AUTO PARTS store is a wholesale/retail. the sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Ive shopped there for over a decade. when its gotta be OEM grade typically they will have it. and If they dont, usually they can get it in a few hours.

Never show up on a Emergency basis here. I understand the policy of the store opens at 9am, but I also understand that an employee CAN decide to go out of there way to help a customer in a Emergency situation! When you have to leave your trailer on the side of the road cause you have to go back to the auto parts store because they sold you the wrong size bearings. Then you show up 20 minutes to 9am and a employee shows up and its ONLY a quick exchange on an item and states oh well 9am cant help you until then.... When the day before the same employee was so rude to a different customer that he actually walked out on him and stated, I will just get my parts somewhere else! Just a heads up to the owner cause if this was my store I definitely would want to know whats going on in my store. Thanks and God Bless

Napa did I tell you Im from Napa California the wine country on my God we got something in common but anyways so what I gotta say to you to day ease 5 stars for you these people know what theyre doing with customer service help she had AM pull their cellphones other ponzi they even talk to you like it theyve known you for 10 years so we need help with a car go to Napa could you know why the Napa industry will never ever ever ever ever give you nothing but 5 stars so I do you will have great day I recommend this place 5 10 15 stars may be 20 we know what you guys get new stars giving them that given

Pretty good experience here, one of the few places I can find so older parts and have them a few hours later instead of having to wait all week long. Tons of fluids here too for fair prices but the specialty tools I was looking for here were not.

After 15 years of working in the auto repair industry i can assure you that Riebes Auto Parts is one of the best places to buy aftermarket auto parts. Over the years I have developed a close relationship with them and have found they are willing to go the extra distance for their customers.

I have never been to wayn guitars by the way I have tried to find it a few times in Paradise but I know they make quality guitars really nice stuff maybe someday Ill buy one off of them

This is the most expensive Napa Auto Parts I have ever been to. Yesterday I bought an oil filter and it was $18.50. And it was just some generic Napa brand too. I could get one less from the dealer. And before that I bought some wiper blades and they were $15 each ($30 for the pair). Apparently everything is full retail price or more. If these basic parts are this expensive I can only imagine how expensive everything else is.
