I Love this starbucks its chill but they take pretty long and if there 1 tiny mistake they give you a refund +its very good coffee I suggest the hot or iced pumpkin spice latte its way to good I order large and that around 7.43$ but its worth it for the flavor bomb. Its very clean and more!

Its not bad here, their out chocolate cover espressos beans & they were out of them. I asked them to turn down the music, or put on some classical music on because I wanted too read and they refused.Tom Ethell life long customer😒

How can they make you wait 20 mins in line AND another 20 minutes for your drink to be handed to you?? I had to know on the window and interrupt them chatting away !! What a shame it is to have a Starbucks so close and yet so unprofessional!! They need to pick up the pace !!

Just gross. How do you not have a working soap in the bathroom dispenser for more than a month. After seeing the bathroom I no longer feel comfortable getting drinks here.

Consistently slow and on and off drink quality even before the pandemic. I go only because its close by. I understand being understaffed even now but over 20 minute wait and no line moving 2 times in a week ? I normally hate writing reviews like this but out of all the Starbucks Ive been to this one always seems to have problems.

I love Starbucks, but if you know you’re low on lids…why not get them before you run out? Ya know?! 😄

The slowest Starbucks I have been to.The worker was talking to her friends for like 10 or more minutes holding up the hole drive thru line. When we get there the drink was not even ready we waited another 10 min just for are drink then the lid popped off when she gave it to us never again.

Nicest people atthedrive in. No green tea. How is that even possible. Its summer. 😭🎋

After dealing with traffic for 2 hours, I stopped at Starbucks and there wasnt a line! I was so happy. Talked to the young girl at the window. Very pleasant visit.

Ordered two pumpkin spice lattes, both were delicious! Mike took our order and was such a sweetheart. Kept a conversation going while getting his job done - great worker! Overall great service and even better drinks.

There have been a few times that I stopped there and they have been closed. Not following there regular business hours.

I waited over 15 minutes just now in the car line for one drink as the curl being attended in front of me talked up the conversation with a girlfriend with no concern of the 5 cars waiting.

I like Starbucks but my past visit was bad. I ordered my drink on the app, but when I got it, it was wrong. I didnt have the time to go back and complain. Also, my coffee had two coffee beans in it. For what I paid, it was not worth it.

Ordered a nitro cold brew that spilled all over me when I went to take a sip. Discovered that they double cupped my drink because the inner cup was cracked. Really people? Just give me a new cup!

Poor service the last time I went. I sat by the order speaker for nearly 5 minutes with the window down in the rain because they werent ready to take my order yet. After they finally did take my order and when I got up to the window to pay, they had run out of 1 of the 2 items I ordered. Then the employee at the window who took my payment, was then on the phone with who seemed to be another employee and was complaining she had to stay later than scheduled. My latte was lukewarm to top it off.

The store hours never match the online hours. Waited in line for 15 mins and when I pulled up to order she told me they wete closed even though they had a huge line of cars. When we tried to tell her we’ve been in line for 10 minutes she just turned off the mic and stopped responding. I pulled up to order at 1:45pm. It shows online they’re suppose to be open until 2:00pm because of COVID.

Was very polite had a meeting. Was nice girls who took care if me. A week ago I visited orland was not... good s evice. So I had word manager was not too concerned. So good job Palos location will be back. I did say a special thanks leaving..

This is a nice Starbucks that is very cozy and clean. The baristas are usually really nice. They have delicious drinks and always get my order right.

My drink was not mixed all of the way and I had gotten sips of powder. A lot of coffee was on the lid and spilled all over my white shirt. I was very displeased with this service. The barista at the window was not very personable and seemed as though he had wanted to get me out as soon as possible even though they were not crowded. The overall experience was mediocre at best, I would recommend going to the Starbucks on 159th and Harlem. The sevice at that location is very pleasant.

I have been a customer at this Starbucks location for at least 5 years, it has consistently gotten slower, and slower in service. Today, my drive thru experience was 20 minutes from start to finish. Upon getting my order my coffee was incorrect and my breakfast sandwich was cold. Extremely disappointed.

They attend to your special needs and requests. So accommodating and pleasant. Drinks are delicious and desserts are fresh and tasty.

Says open till 9 they are closed at 3. I said ok its still 10 min till 3. Sorry we are closed. If your that lazy you cant serve people till you close your pathetic.

Disappointing, again. Long wait, wrong order. Not enough staff on duty. This is our local Starbucks and we want it to be successful, but there has been a steady decline in service and quality over the past several months.

Last 3x I have been there, they have messed my mobile order up. Today, I waited 15 minutes for Egg Bites just for them to tell me they didnt have them only after I inquired about my order due to the long wait. I go to Starbucks in multiple suburbs and in multiple locations in the city due to variety in my daily work commute and I have never had a Starbucks mess up as much as this one. Ill be hitting Starbucks in the city prior to my Palos Height commute from now on because my schedule does not allow me to make up for these types of errors.

I live 2 miles away and this store is the only Starbucks I pass on my commute. I put my mobile order in 5+mins between ordering and arriving at the store. Time after time again, there is a crowd of people standing at the end of the bar waiting for their drinks and they havent even started on my order yet. I have never had a problem with mobile ordering at other locations and dont mind waiting as long as its within the estimated ready time on the app. But after waiting 10+mins PAST the window on several occasions and not being able to cancel mobile orders due to wait time I can no longer justify ordering from this location in the mornings.

I echo other peoples comments here, speaking to how rude some of the people working here are, particularly their manager, short girl with glasses. She always seems flustered when she takes my order, apprehensive. No other Starbucks I frequent do I get this kind of treatment. The manager seems to have anger issues and doesnt like her job. Honestly it cant be that miserable to work for Starbucks, I hear they pay well and have good benefits.I counted at least 4 flies in the front lobby, some flying on me. I asked if they have a fly swatter. She said no, basically I had to deal with it (it is summer, or well, autumn and she cant control that. I get it but what are they doing about it? Going from past reviews, this seems to be a consistent problem here.I could continue complaining but for me the real issue is being made to feel patronized, as if Im not welcome here. I would recommend going a few more miles up the road to Starbucks Tinley Park on 159th and Harlem, my favorite location. Everyone is friendly and they make good drinks! Also I notice they try to keep organized, clean. I get it sometimes they get overwhelmed with customers, esp adolescents who can be messy.There are a few people here who are friendly, courteous and helpful. Other than that, Im not frequenting this particular location anymore.

Very friendly service. However the drivethru has become impossibly slow in recent months. I will sit multiple minutes without moving. Several times I have been forced to leave the line or be late to work. I expected this to get better after the location north of here opened, but it hasnt.

I love, luv Starbucks however I had never been in one that was in such poor condition- there were gnats/flies all over, There seemed to be a concentration in the ladies room, I still attempted to order but stood a full 2 minutes w/o being acknowledged I finally walked out after I saw a gnat fly in the dessert case. Never seen anything like it in Starbucks.

Nice Place

This is my local Starbucks. They are really quick and always helpful. Ive been into the store many many times and it is always clean and well stocked with mugs and treats. There is also plenty of tables to sit at and do work or have a meeting.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would.I came here yesterday afternoon in a hurry, so I went to the drive thru. Once taking my order, we waited 15 minutes (we counted) until we got to one car in front of us and I lost my patience. The girl at the counter was leaning over and just chit chatting to the driver of the car, not a care in the world that there was a huge line behind her. 15 minutes and I couldnt get my simple, overpriced coffee. ABSURD.

They make my coffee right but theres days where the drive thru line just doesnt want to move. Some workers are nice the others barely say anything to you.

Was waiting in the drive through line for 30 mins and still didn’t order. Just left! Need to hire more people and make the drive through more faster!

I come here every Saturday and today when I went to order my iced caramel macchiato, I was very dissappointed. This starbucks is quite busy, so I didnt mind the wait... but when I got my caramel macchiato with coconut milk, the drink literally had an after taste of burnt rubber and was very sour. I thought I was goin crazy, but my sister tried it and she said the same thing. My sisters drink on the other hand was just straight up cold milk. Dont remember the girls names making the coffee, but they were both very confused as to what was going on and rulled their eyes...debating if Ill be stopping by here next week.

I ordered a vanilla latte and it was by far the most disgusting latte I have ever tasted. Something tasted horribly wrong. It had an extremely bitter taste. Buying that drink was like throwing five dollars in the garbage.. Been going here for years but will no longer be a customer.

I love this Starbucks cuz it’s not super crowded, always quiet and the staff is pretty cool. Really easy to park your car cuz their parking lot is decent size and has available spots every time. Good service!

This is the only Starbucks I’ve been to that has been consistently bad. If you get a hot beverage, it tastes burnt. If you get a cold drink, it tastes like little more than water.

I was very devoted to my local Dunkin until I decided to try this one day. I am absolutely obsessed. The staff are so nice and helpful no matter who is working. The fraps are definitely worth a try if youre unsure about their coffee because it is very strong.

Took my wife here for early morning Starbucks, hands down funny guys, friendly, and fast. I will return.

Fairly typical for a Starbucks. The location is meh with almost next to nothing nearby. Its clearly meant for the drive through market so expect a long line around the building.
