I came to this AT&T store after a less than pleasant experience from another one. Ed was very helpful, accomdating and nice! Ed helped us put on two screen protectors that another stored refused to do so, and Ed did not have any problem whatsoever. He was very energetic and eager to help, as well as welcoming us back to the store after voicing our opinion of the other store. He was very proficient and knew what he was doing.Thanks to Ed, our phones are now protected and look great!

Came in on a Wednesday and met some new staff on my visit. All of the new staff were very nice and helpful and had great knowledge. The new store manager had also given me his business card and said if I had any issues to reach him personally. (:

I was having troubles with my calls not going to voicemail,, I stopped in to this store on my way home from work and was pleasantly greeted immediately by eric.it didnt matter that it was near closing time he spent the necessary time to help me,and ultimately was able to resolve my voicemail concern.i found him to be very friendly and professional, I was very impressed with his service and knowledge,and I would highly recommend anyone needing any assistance to come in and see eric.

I came into the Palos Heights location with a bunch of issues with my tv, home phone and internet. I was being over charged and had a bunch of issues with almost all my boxes and remotes and the people on the phone were just no help. Eric assisted me and straightened absolutely everything out with all my services and bill. He went over and beyond for me which has never been done in my 20 something year experience with AT&T. Because of him I no longer in fear of resigning with AT&T due to past issues with customer care and the past customer service reps I’ve dealt with countless times. Very professional and courteous young man and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to shop ONLY there. At&t definitely needs more Erik’s!

Terrible customer service!!!! Went in on 9/8/2021 at 2:20pm. Associate Eric did not want to be there there. I went in to ask for trade in assistance and he did not want to help. Not only did he look unprofessional but also gave terrible service. I was with T-Mobile for nine years came to AT&T and receive terrible service

This place is terrible, what kind of manager has someone taking customers and disappearing for 20 minutes ignoring the employees questions for help what to do? Not the girls complete fault for keeping me in the store for an hour an half before they tell me need the phone unlocked to transfer my service with my same phone and number.But it’s not my job to know how to transfer my services without a problem. That’s there job to make it quick and easy to transfer my t mobile service to them. After an hour and a half to said I’m done, left had lost my t mobile service and no att.Had to go back to t mobile get my phone service back, wait forever to get a confirmation my phone has been unlocked and and then put in my att SIM card and supposedly everything should be fine.In short don’t come, retrain your people, hire new management with experience cause I have been in management and that managers skills in helping be a resource and training his employees. He needs to be retained or needs to find a new job that no one bothers him.

Just stopped in to get a new line added to my plan and was helped by a lovely young woman named Mayesha (probably not spelled right). She was an absolute charm to deal with, I basically stood there while her fingers worked thier magic and got my daughter set up with her new phone for her birthday and got me a better monthly rate on my whole plan. Made her whole life I swear. I appreciate this experience more than she could possibly understand. Her making this so easy made the world of difference for me. I had my two young kids with me and She was sweet and interactive with them and she didnt need to be. There were two other young men at the store as well who also stepped in when she needed help and they too were just the nicest. Anyway. Shop here. Go here. AT&T, can you guys give these people a raise??? Exceptional customer service.

Noah was a huge help. The other employees, not so much. Theyd much rather watch movies or stare at their phones. Ive been to this location numerous times and Ive ended up just leaving because theyre all so preoccupied.....not assisting customers!!! If youre going to this location, Id ask for Noah. Otherwise, find a store thats more customer friendly.

Mike at the Palos Heights store was very patient in helping us make plan changes and upgrade. He was friendly and informative without being pushy. I did not feel like I was under a constant upsell, which has been a turn off at other locations. Would go to this store again.

Compare to other AT&T retail stores this store is not good for promotions. I thought all AT&T stores were the same, but NO. The promotion of a trade in phone was the amount given for it, divided into 30 months and it would be applied to my bill.In this store, is 36 months. Just an additional six months to see the entire credit. First time I seek into deals and I was bad at it.I’ll take blame for not asking and assuming every store was the same.

Came here because the AT&T location on 103rd and Harlem for which I had an appointment scheduled was closed all day with no explanation. A man at this Palos Heights location named Brian was able to help me with all of my issues and provided me with information to questions I didnt even know I was going to ask. Bring your business here, you will not be disappointed.

Great location, greater employees. Erik Bartkowiak spend over 2 hours helping me fix connectivity issues with my iPhone, placing calls, troubleshooting, and eventually fixed it for me. He made me feel very welcome, especially during such uncertain times. Can’t thank him enough, and I will be traveling out of my way to come back to this location when I have another issue. Wonderful service.

We have had a great experience at this location. It took less than 30 min to buy a phone which is usually rare for the att store. We usually go to the crestwood location but the palos one is closer to us now. Great customer service and would recommend to everyone!

Terrible customer service, the manager was very rude to us and other customers while we were waiting for our phones to be activated. We were promised many things such as a credit to our account, free phone cases which we never received and waited over three hours in store and then were told we would have to come back the next day. The other workers were very nice, the manager has no customer service skills what so ever.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. The manager is so rude! I work in customer service so I am always patient with other fellow retail workers. The manager wanted to start an argument with me when there was nothing to argue about. He makes promises he doesnt keep and then lies about it. I will never recommend this store!

I had came in for a simple fix on my phone. Both Devon and Amit addressed my issue first, before converting me from Comcast to UVerse. Devon has exceptional customer service and respect. The store has a good team and a great manager to lead them.

Poor customer service, dont be fooled by the att logo, they are an authorized retailer. Do yourself a favor and go to the flagship store. Once they sell you a product and get their commission customer service ends....
