I usually have really good experiences at this store, however, on this day I dealt with Randy, the “Manager”. I went into the store to get a replacement glass for my IPhone, which is under warranty. I gave Randy my phone number and he proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t an authorized user on the account (it is my father’s account) I let Randy know that I am an authorized user and he insisted that I wasn’t. Instead of Randy assisting me or suggest anything to help with the situation, he just stood there and was really rude to me. I called AT&T myself to help resolve the issue. Customer Service let me know that I had been removed as an authorized user, however, she said we could call my dad and he could authorize me to be an authorized user on the account. After all was said and done I went back into the store where another sales rep helped me while Randy stood near by looking at his cell phone. He did not say one word to me. I believe either my race or gender had something to do with the rudeness that I encountered with Randy. There is such a thing as reverse discrimination and gender discrimination. Randy has no business being a manager.

Chris was EXTREMELY useless, he would not assist my daughter and I with the transfer of her phone. He pretended to not know what he was doing. If he actually doesnt know what to do, probably not the best job for him. He and Uokyk both need retraining in customer service skills

I had a less than satisfactory experience coming in to this location to pick-up my new phone/upgrade from the process I had begun online for a promotion. This location wasnt my first choice but they thankfully had one Samsung Galaxy S21 left in stock.I was helped by a less than enthusiastic employee (receipt listed her name as Oyuky L). I get that not everyone has a sparkling personality, but lets just say Im surprised shes a sales representative. She rang me up and didnt bother to ask me if I needed any assistance with setting up my new phone or if I had any questions regarding my purchase or etc. Very odd, but I thought perhaps thats what happens when you place an online order. To make things less than stellar, because I had started the upgrade process online, she let me know I couldnt trade-in my old phone in-store and had to mail it in.I left the store with a certain feeling that the sales rep. just wanted to be done with our interaction as quickly as possible; she wasnt busy from what I could tell, the store was desolate and most sales reps. interact with their customers on a personable and helpful level because they care about their clients and their future business--not asking if your customer needs any further assistance, or offering any help was a sign she wanted to go back to whatever she was doing in the back-room and would not be helpful either if I ever had to come back*. Thankfully, she was somewhat helpful in letting me know that I could call customer service and cancel the mail-in process, which I did and I ended up (same day) taking my old iPhone to the other AT&T (corporate) store by the Antelope Valley Mall. Much better experience.Sadly, the new phone I got from THIS authorized retailer in review, started overheating immediately out-of-the-box and I was forced to come back to this sad location and be helped once again by less than enthusiastic, Oyuky.I was very concerned as to why my new phone was hot to the touch, especially while only using very basic apps. Even after changing the battery usage and changing it to a lower performance, it was still overheating. Oyuky basically told me to try updating the phone. I truly wanted to exchange the phone for another one, but was told theyre out of stock and there was nothing else she could do other than to take my number. Oyuky promised me she would call me the next day to inform me if they received a new shipment so I could do an exchange before the 14 days. I asked if there was anything else I could do (I had a hunch they wouldnt be getting any more s21s any time soon) because Im not trying to get stuck with a defected phone, but she INSISTED she would give me a call, regardless if they received a shipment or not....Its the next-day and I have yet to receive a call to update me. Thankfully, my phone has cooled down, BUT the thing I realized about her customer service and this location is that its very sub-par and mediocre at best. If you need a phone and dont mind the lack of support or service, than this location is for you. If you also dont mind if someone tells you they will call you, and doesnt, wow, well arent you the exact the customer this location caters to. Hats off to you :)I wont return here unless I have to and will not be doing future business with this particular location. I would rather have a more seamless, helpful and happier experience like the ones Ive had before. I recommend the AT&T location by the mall :)

I had a very poor experience with customer service at the AT&T store at Antelope Valley Mall, the one beside ColdStone Creamery. So I decided to give another store a try before I went home. So I visited the AT&T Store 3869 W Rancho Vista. The Reps at that store where professional, at the time there was no waiting. They were able to up date my plan, explain the difference between the new and old plan. They shared all the discounts available, and shared more money saving services. Check these guys out, they have a variety of accessaries available, if you have time, they will even put your accessaries together for you.

Randy and Sam were quite patient. They took the extra time to transfer EVERYTHING from my old to my new phone. All works just as it did before. Sam also ensured that my old phone was clear and recycled it for me!! Thanks Guys!

Randy was my sales rep today when I upgraded a phone today, he was extremely helpful with getting me into the right device as well as transferring all my data to my new phone. I was helped almost immediately when walking to the door and felt like I was in and out within 30 minutes. This will be my go to location going forward.

I had the best experience today with Bianka from Palmdale California she was so sweet and explained things for me to understand because I am not text savvy she was wonderful and a girl like that made me not want to change to another company. She spent hours with me and because of her I bought a new phone new it’s all new account she explains so many things that I didn’t understand and I think she deserves a raise because I’m not easy to deal with. I have short term memory problems and I have to write everything down and she was patient and understanding and sweet she’s amazing so thank you for having Bianka at the Palmdale California store on Rancho Vista Boulevard it’s Bianka Aguirre. Give that young woman a raise . This is my highest praise

I went today to this location to upgrade my daughter phone to iPhone. it is her 20th birthday, and she visiting from east coast. . We wasn’t able to upgrade phone, we found no cooperation at all. The young woman with a name Jennifer, she refused to provide her last name, was completely uncooperative and inattentive and had complete disregard to the fact that I have hearing disability . She was very annoyed with a fact that I couldn’t understand her and my daughter tried her best to assist in communication . She kept saying that she need my husband to be in present. I put my husband on the phone with her and he tried to provide her all additional information which she refused to take, saying that he need to call at&t. Finally, when I was completely frustrated with a fact that I can’t even login into my at&t account because all their lines apparently busy( the store was half empty, but security guard and others employees were playing with display devices non stop) she just suddenly jump out of her chair and asked me to leave, at thiat point security guard jump next to her and took a pose to attack me.. I never in my life was asked to leave any establishment. So, Before I left i asked her name and she reply Jennifer. So, for At&T .. we had a family account with you for last 2 years... we paid you around 4000 in a year. We were ready to upgrade and spend more money on you. However, you employees were completely uncooperative, rude, and violate ADA (American disability act). We went with my daughter to Best Buy. We got 2 iPhone X and we signed up with Verizon . Apparently, it could be done . Yes, we closed our account with AT&T and we will never comeback. AT&T need to teach their employee how to assist clients, not asking them to leave store and intimidate them. teach your employees to be more patience and actually help clients. Employees are in store to assist us - clients. We are clients coming to the store not to serve your RUDE and IGNORANT employees. So, if you like the idea that Jennifer will get upset with you for some strange reason.. and call security guard on you .. just because she lazy to pick up a phone and make a phone call or put little bit brain power( if she has any of course) and assist people with disability.. go ahead and visit this location.

I hate coming here. Sometimes I just have a question, and I realize they are busy. Ive worked many years in customer service and the least they can do is say hello, someone will be with you shortly when you walk in. Instead, I always stand there awkwardly waiting to see if theyll notice that Im there or acknowledge me at all. I just walked out of there after being ignored by both associates who have clearly seen me and made eye contact. So rude in my opinion. Places with low employee standards dont deserve my service. This is 3rd time this has happened at this location.

Terrible service. Called in about 8 Times, and when I went in I asked them if they were busy and they said no it was slow today so I asked why they didn’t answer the phones and they said they don’t answer them because customers tie them up with too many questions and they would have to come in anyways so they just wait for them to come in...... for real???
