We have brought two of our vehicles in the past couple weeks with wonderful experiences with both. First, I brought in my 2006 Chevy Malibu Max that needed a new ac compressor. I have been waiting to get it fixed for over a year due to every shop in the area wanting to charge me an outrageous amount. The rest of the system was fine, it was only the ac compressor. I had bought the part online which was the same manufacturer part. No shop would even quote us because they wanted to use only their parts. I understand that bringing in your own part has its risks, and that’s the route I wanted to go. Brian was wonderful the entire time. He kept us updated on the status of the vehicle. I even had him fix the oil pan that was starting to leak. I finally can drive my car again with cold ac and runs like new. He had it done within a couple days and I’ve been driving it for over two weeks with no problems. This car maybe older but it’s mine. My grandmother gave it to me when she couldn’t drive anymore and it has sentimental value. It’s a great car and is still under 100,000 miles. Anything that needs maintenance from now on will go to this shop.

I made an appt with Adam for this morning. He wasnt there when I showed up. Someone in authority asked why I was there. I told him what the problem was. The first thing out of his mouth after I explained the AC was blowing wam air was that I had a leak.That was my problem he said. I told him I had already gauged the freon several times over the prior few days and that there was no leak. He told me was the mechanic, that he was too busy for me questioning him and to get the expletive off his lot. He insisted I had a leak before even hooking it up for a diagnostics test.. It never got that far. I left the business and went down the street to Discount Tire where they did an hr long diagnostic...no leak no problems..vacvumed and replaced my freon for 121.00. Make your own call about this place. This was my experience here and I will not return.

This shop is a scam. I went in there with a working AC system for which they stole my refrigerant. He then proceeded to tell me how my compressor was weak and how I needed all these repairs. I borrowed AC equipment from a friend and simply replaced the refrigerant they stole. The system is now ice cold and needed nothing. I originally went in there telling him it was blowing cold but felt it could possibly blow colder. I thought the addition of a small amount of refrigerant may have been beneficial. I am on vacation and was a automotive air conditioning specialist back north. A recap, he stole my refrigerant and tried to convince me of needing a compressor for which I knew to be a lie. I then left there and repaired it by simply replacing the refrigerant he stole. It has been a week or two now and it is still ice cold with no issues. My original request was to check the pressure and possibly add a small amount of refrigerant. BEWARE

I had a great experience...the team was knowledgeable and helpful and very honest with me about my options. I will definitely use them going forward for all of my truck’s needs.

Brian did a vintage air installation on my restored muscle car... they are butchers.... run like hell.... I paid him to get my car out of his shop.... I had to take it to another shop and pay Someone who actually knows what they’re doing fix the rigged shoddy workmanship waited a long time before leaving this review I don’t like leaving negative reviews but in this case I’m trying to help the next person not get screwed buy this hack

Talk to somebody yesterday about getting my AC checked today. They were supposed to open at 9:00 I waited until 9:30 and still no one showed up. Before I even went there I read the Google reviews and now I see how this place operates. Im kind of glad that they werent open at 9:00...... Think somebody was telling me something about that place bad juju would not recommend whatsoever

I told them simply what i want and they fixed something else that wasnt supposed to get fixed. Then when i spoke slowly he understood mind you the owner is a white hillbilly man. He fixed that problem which took longer than expected. He cursed me out and said this isnt worth my time hold on! Now i was stuck with a larger bill than normal. Lastly, i told him i will give you a 1 start rating and he told me he gets his ratings by family and friends so he doesnt care about my review.

My husband found this place this morning and he brought my Nissan Murrano to them and I am so pleased. There are a wonderful family owned shop. The mechanic Anthony was very professional and explained everything that I needed done to the truck. They are reasonably prices compared to others. I went back with him to pick it up and was pleased to get to meet the owner and his wife they are wonderful. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. I will definately go back for service whenever I need it.. Keep up the great work. You guys are awesome!!

Brian was very condescending and rude. Equipment missing from the back of our lawn service truck obviously used. Nothing we asked to be repaired on the vehicle was ever completed. Three weeks to repair a steering column is more than enough time. Especially when I was told it was completed. Another note: mileage was added to the vehicle and a half a tank of gas was used. Clearly the vehicle was used and driven without permission. We clearly stated no driving or use of the vehicle. Also no permission was given to use any of the equipment in the back of the vehicle.

Service was below average left windows down and out side of shop over night damaged front bumper while in for repair got car back and still needed repair no refund never again will I Put myself though that again

Updated review!I brought my truck to them because theyre relatively close to my job and they always seemed to shoot me straight and tell me what was up with my vehicle, no BS, which is what I look for in mechanics. Unfortunately, I have to say they let me down this last time I paid them around $300-$350 to replace my lower ball joints and figure out where the squeaking sound was coming from. After a week or so of having them do this, the squeak came back louder than ever. I attempted to give them a shot to fix it and thought, hey, things happen, lets give it another shot.On the day I took it back, they didnt know what they were doing and just shot me parts and whatnot to hopefully make the squeak go away but never really identifying the problem. Not only that, I had to wait around 10-15 min just for them to get it off the lift so I could go to class as they went on to the next customer and talking about seeing a new truck they bought. Dont get me wrong, I like these people. Theyre cool and down to earth but in regards to business and customer service this last time around, it really led me to stop doing business with them. One of their own mechanics questioned the A/C job they had done on my truck about two years ago, asking if it was okay for my A/C to smell like freon and they responded with yes. Isnt that dangerous?I took my truck to another auto shop and they told me they never did the lower ball joints and only greased them up. Imagine how dumb and played I felt when I realized this. Brian, Joanie and the other Brian, you guys are very cool and I appreciate your help when you actually did help me and figure out my problems with my truck but I dont think Ill be back after that.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR A/C FIXED! I basically came here to get my A/C fixed and they put a can of $5 A/C refrigerant in my car to make the A/C feel cool for the moment and then charged me $210. Literally 4 days after them giving me this horrible service my A/C was back to being broken again I went back there the next day to get them to fix it. I explained the problem to them the pretended that they were going to help me and they didnt they let my mother and I sit for 4 HOURS until we finally left because we were fed up. But I have a very big family and I am very popular so I will be spreading the word to every one I know to not come to your business to get any service from you.

If I could rate 0 stars I would . had an appointment at 8:30 was waiting outside the shop until 10 o’clock after calling they claim to have family emergency’s which should of have been addressed beforehand. Spent 2 hours waiting to get my AC installed . Just to tell me there was a leak on the part that I bought BRAND NEW & that also the ac belt had popped. Than after sitting another 30 minutes while he went to go buy a new belt. He goes to tell me the new one fits which was the same exact thing as the old one so how come the original one didn’t fit. Had to end up paying $300 and left the way I came with NO AC . if you’d like to keep your money in your pocket avoid coming here . These white trash will scam you out of your money and time . GOOD LUCK

Go at your own risk. Dont be fooled by the act put on by them. Ive had several dealings with them and I still dont have a vehicle that worked for more then 2 days after it was fixed Also very unprofessional in that they dont even call you and give you an update on your car even if its been there for a month. Then you will also get told someone tried to call you 20 times as uf were idiots and cant see who has or has not called our phones. The list goes on and on. Very disappointed each time and after 2 grand my car sits at home abd cant be used while I still make payments on it. Just terrible.

What an easy experience this has been. I was out of town and so my wife took her SUV and join and her husband took excellent care of her vehicle and ended up saving us about $200.

I really want to explain why Im rating like this. The people there have their hearts in the right place but I must be fair and let everyone know the truth that happened to me. I brought my truck into their shop to get a couple thousand of dollars done to it to keep it running. This is my only vehicle. While they fixed it me and my husband had to bike ride to work and the store... literally everywhere. Well some issues came up they said so they had to keep it longer, after a week they still had the issue, after two weeks they still had the issue and sent it to someone else, almost 3 weeks later I needed my truck back. I went in and it still wasnt done so they offered their personal vehicle to me the the day. When I went to pick my vehicle up the next day some of the things I had already paid for were still not done. Driving away I still had problems so I brought it back. I was promised a refund if not fixed by the next day. The next day came and it was still not fixed and shaking, but he told me I cannot get a refund. I now have a truck 2 weeks later that shuts off while Im driving and I had to get another vehicle because of this. The truck sits in my driveway now and I dont know what to do with it. The owner has tried to befriend us since then but I feel that my money was wasted and I threw months of my hard earned money away. I feel so wronged even after being patient. The peoples hearts are in the right place but their priorities are not in line. Im not trying to be mean Im just telling the truth I feel needs to be said.

Dont go here. I took my car for an oil change which is advertised as $15.95 on their website. Once the oil change was completed I was charged $40. The man also refused to give me a receipt. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional owner.

BE AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have never written an review before, but this time I needed to do it. The owner of this place is one of most unprofessional and rude person I have ever met! First of all, I called him to ask if I could bring my car to have its oil changed, and he told me to bring it. Then, when I arrived, he asked me to come back later. One hour later, after ignoring me couple times, finally I got someone to work on my car. Then, when this guys was driving my car on reverse, he ran over a big plate which was on the floor, damaging the bottom of the car. After that, the owner asked me two times to brig the car to be fixed, and both times when I arrived I was told that they couldnt work on my car. The second time the owner wasnt even there the time he asked me to come, and he didnt tell his mechanics anything about my car. It happened a month ago and Im still waiting a phone call from them.

Was hesitatedly recommended by CHS, who is next to them, to do some work on my service trucks. The girl in the office was very nice and professional. Although. Had two trucks repaired. One still has issues, but are minor. Other had new main seal put in and appeared to be ok, but charges were more the estimated. Also had a shift sensor put in transmission. After was installed they told me I would have to return and have the trans filter repalaced and installed even though it had already been paid for. Return twice in the early am and no one but a mechanic who could not speak English was there. Finally got the filter changed and that’s when I was told about the rear main seal. Everything would of been fine, but found Transmission was now leaking at pan. Found one bolt stripped out on left side and leaking on the right side. When it was mentioned, they pulled it in and ran a bead of calk around the outside edge. Which cased it to still leak.Everything seemed to cost more the quoted, and seemed to be done in a half ass way.Ended up taking my truck to another shop and they fixed the damaged bolt, the transmission issues, and the leak, along with a complete speed sensor kit, for less then then the cheap $60 shift sensor, and their half ass labor, and my many new leaks.Like I said, the girl in the office seems to be professional, and appears to try and care. The owner himself, doesn’t seem to care or follow up behind his employees work.

The owner of this shop is the moat unprofessional owner I have ever met. They dont give receipts, they dont answer calls once you drop off your car, and they do sketchy work. Everyone who works here is just rude and does not care about their line of work. Unreliable shop and even more unreliable owner.

I got my A/C condenser “replaced” in May and started experiencing issues with my ac about 2 months later they put freon in the car twice which lasted about 2 weeks max and then told me that they don’t remember fixing my car and didn’t have the receipt on file but will take my word for it so i asked if there was another issue with the ac and they once again said I would need to get my condenser replaced and wants to charge me $420 when I already paid $350 for the first “repair” I took my car to another place and they agreed it was the condenser and said that either they replaced my car with a faulty part or that they over torqued it and broke it
