Picky Long Islander here. Best bagel I ever had outside the NYC metro area. Actually better than some of the places I dont care for by my house.

Great food, friendly staff! The lox bagel sandwich is amazing!!! Commercial joint across the street cant compare. Bagel boys has a variety of homemade cream cheese spreads that are marvelous! I suggest getting there early and buying some of everything. Your taste buds will thank you!

Still think one of best around. Has that magical NYC flavor.... decent spreads. Hate the Starbucks next door. Spend time and $$$ here. Support local!!!

Terrible customer service. Walked in, was never greeted or even ACKNOWLEDGED…stood at the counter and waited for nearly 8 minutes with not a single worded spoken to me. Clearly they were busy (with such bad service I’m not sure why) and yet not even a “hey, good morning, we are quite busy but I will be with you in a few moments.” Coming from someone that has been in food and hospitality for over 6 years I will not spend my money here. Bad service.

The food was good and service was pleasant. Unfortunately they didnt get our order correct so the bill was considerably higher. My partner is too nice to question them

This small bagle shop is one of the best. It is a local family owned business that always has great and unique bagles. The quality is very good and I never once had a bad bagle. The price is also very low and they are fast.

From Jersey and these are NY /NJ quality, the aroma was the first give away then the taste. Amazing 👏

This is one of my favorite place to get a bagel. The bagels are really good, and reasonably priced. My dad and I come here every weekend. I got a poppy seed bagel with egg ham and cheese this time around.

This is my go to place Saturday mornings for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The staff is great and can handle a steady flow of traffic at 6 AM. The egg everything bagels have salt on them. That is a game changer for anyone who likes everything bagels. Even with this COVID situation they operate smoothly. One time I tried to go to this place around 9 AM and it was completely packed. From now on we call our order in and swing through to pick it up. To the young woman who usually brings me up on Saturday morning thank you. Your service with a smile makes my day. See you next weekend!

Realized they were right around the corner so thought I would bring in something for the office. Varied selection on both bagels and shmears including all the usual favorites so was fairly confident it would be a success, but Bagel Guys knocked it out of the park. Rave reviews, especially the sweet cinnamon french toast spread.

The only reason I do not give it 4 stars is for the customer service. Like other reviewers, please do not go here and expect great and friendly customer service. You will definite get what we call straightforward deli counter service. This is more typical of up north deli shops (unless you become a regular customer and they know you by name). Otherwise, the food is good. We love the breakfast sandwiches. We go a couple times a month. We always take it to go because of what I mentioned above. I need to mention they have never said anything RUDE to us. They are just not friendly. We do not mind it as much since we order to go.

Great place and yes...you can get a pork roll egg and cheese for breakfast!!!

Hot fresh bagels.

Just had a triple play on a sesame bagel it was a fat and delicious breakfast sammy. The triple play is 3 eggs with bacon, ham, sausage, and cheese. With a side of breakfast potatoes. Oh yeah. Start my Sunday off right.

I am so glad I found a bagel that reminds me of NY and NJ. The fact that they have Pork roll is an added bonus. Nothing beats a Pork Roll, Egg and Cheese sandwich on an Egg Everything Bagel. If you havent had one, you are missing out on Greatness.

Masks required means masks required.Its a global pandemic. I stopped by to pick up my bagel order and there were four customers, all no masks and the staff did not seem to mind at all. A sign clearly indicating masks required on the door. I tried to signal to the staff and called no answer. Disappointing but Im just going to take my business elsewhere

My all time favorite stop on my way to work the bagels are amazing. I have not had anything i do not like yet. They are always friendly and it is a very clean place.

So first time I ever visited this place. I opened the door and walked in and the lady said we closed two minuets ago. I mean, first, can you say at least a nice hello, and second, could the staff actually lock the doors if they are not serving? I walked out and another woman walked in and she was served. I kinda dont get what happened, but Im not going back.

My son and I LOVE this place the bagels are awesome. Ive seen other reviews regarding the staff and agree they do need to be more friendly, but Im not going there to make friends. We go for their amazing bagels.

The opening review is deceiving i didnt feel like I was in a four star operation when I left first the second short girl blond was angry I felt her pain big time second they didnt have anything no food out of everything. I wont go back to bagel boys .

Edited to change rating - we decided to give them another visit and the food and customer service was significantly better, we have now been there numerous times and have recommended to family!We recently moved down from NY and decided to try this place out. I went on a Sunday morning and the employee definitely seemed overwhelmed with the rush and unhappy to be there. The quality of the food was definitely better than other places we’ve tried in the area.

We stopped by on our way down to Miami and we must say AMAZING bagels!!!!!! and customer service. Not to mention, we met the owner Frank who is truly an inspiration. Not only does he care about his staff, he cares about his product, quality and is proud of it .He also took time and explain the bagel cooking process to us, as how they boil their bagels as apposed to baked and we loved them!We would give 7stars if we could!! We own a marketing company in Miami so we deal with many owners and it is refreshing to meet someone like Frank and his staff and the passion for his brand.

Its a real NJ/ NY style bagel right here in Palm Harbor. The crunch is right. The topings are on the bottom too so you get that sesame flavor in each bite. Its right next to the Lucky Dill. Dont miss the driveway.

Been wanting to try this place for a long time. Usually go to St Pete for great bagels. I was looking forward to trying their whole wheat everything bagel. Staff friendly and apologetic that they were out of lox spread, so left hungry. No plans to return, I dont patronize businesses that dont mind their stock, and cause customers to be disappointed. (doubt management even cares since I dont see responses to other posts)

Pros: The owner is a nice dude, they give you double the amount of cream cheese as most other places, the prices are fair and last but not least, the actual bagels are wonderful, far superior than Einstein.Cons: I actually get uncomfortable going in now with how moody and unhappy the girls look, and act, that work there. They do not make you feel welcome or appreciated. Especially the short latin or mixed looking girl who wears the hat thing with the bun on the front. The girls seriously need to work on customer service and at least acting happy.Multiple other reviewers have also reported that the girls literally fight and they can be heard in the back. I have also experienced this firsthand and its insane. I was parked outside one time trying to eat my bagel and I was watching them fight, yell and make crazy hand motions because there were no customers in the store. Either fire them or make this stop please.

Overall the place is good. The staff was super friendly and professional. I was excited to enjoy a real bagel. My only concern was the lack of ingredients in the sandwich. I was hoping their would be more bacon on it then the smallamount it came with and possibly more cheese and egg.

Only other local bagel place that compares is in Dunedin, but this one definitely seems to have more variety and dope nova lox

Ive been going there for years. Great food & service But was upset that one of the staff had his mask half on & sometimes all the way down. Also nothing said to customers that walked in without masks. Wont be returning anytime soon

Very good bagels and really nice staff i was greeted by Joe and Brianna I got my food quickly and exactly the way I wanted it. Will definitely be back if not for the bagels then for the great service by the girls although the owner seemed a little on edge and rude. Kind of just lingers around its a bit uncomfortable. Anyway GREAT job

A great spot to enjoy an authentic New York bagel...not like the cheap, frozen, artificial bagels that everyone sells in Florida. This place is magical and the customer service is magnificent. I would give it 100 stars if possible.

You people dont know good bagels.Brought some home and they were dry and overcooked. No selection what so ever. If you want really good bagels, go to the outlet shopping area, Big Apple Bagels. Great New York style bagels.

Bagels are awesome. Locks and cream cheese all the way is the way to go. Service is very sweet. Plenty of chairs and tables to sit down. No gourmet hot coffee but does have a cold brew coffee machine that has a couple of good options.

I could of made a better bagel. It was barely toasted and overall just tasted bad. The workers are also rude and racist towards anyone that doesn’t speak English. Never coming back.

A little taste of New York. We go frequently to get our bagels AND bialys here. Took a lot of misses at others that claim to be like NY but this place hits the mark 100%. Friendly staff. Only suggestion is make MORE bialys. They run out fast
