Just another company that makes promises and does not deliver. Ordered almost $2000 and they promised to deliver the 3000 plus pounds of grass, dirt and nails on my property. But they just left all the product next to the street and the owner told me not his problem that is how they do business. I suggest not doing business with this company! They will not call you back just will take your money and run.

Great showroom to see side-by-side comparisons, which makes it easier to decide which turf to pick. Andy McAnally provided name of contractor who could install and within a week and a half from start to finish have a beautiful new look. Had installed off patio which doesnt get alot of sun and no irrigation since I didnt want sprinklers spraying on surrounding walls and planters. Gives the patio area a cool refreshing look. Andy made himself easily accessible through the whole process. Highly recommend ATS.

Andy and Nyle are very quick to respond when asking for a quote and super easy to do business with. They made the deciding and purchasing of my artificial turf very easy and enjoyable. If I decide to put more in they will be my one and only choice.

To all buyers check the product at time of delivery, for damage turfI order 900 sq feet and started the work at my client home, about two hundred sq feet was damage, I ask for material refund and they agreed to refund, and after few days trying to contact them I got a call from the main office in Temecula if want the refund I need to bring damage turf all the way to Temecula, not fair when I purchase from the store in palm desert, with all these I run short 300 sq feet of turf and lost at this job.Artificial turf source 👎👎👎👎

I have purchased turf before but never have i had such amazing and complete customer service.they called when they said they were going to call, they delivered it when they said they were going to deliver it and dropped it off exactly where i had asked. They matched the best price i could find and then delivered it for free!
