This is a HUGE Target.It has nice game selection.Doesnt have much of a selection of movies.Book selections not good.Lots of toys but they are over pricedBest part pf the visit to this Target was i got to talk to a rep from Nintendo..which was awesome. She was very helpful and knowledgable.

Probally no one will care about this post. But I spent 30mins just standing there just to be ignored in gaming section. I was waiting patiently while the clerk female with blonde hair was helping a couple with a tv. They did not know what they were looking for and she had no idea what tv was different from another. As i was waiting, another customer came up to the counter and waited across from me. They greeted her but apologized for the to her. No big deal, my issue is imediatly after the a young male clerk came back from break he then helped the customers with the tv AND SHE WENT TO LUNCH! This is why i do most of my purchases online… It use to be and easy decision to decide between Walmart vs Target. Now i wont shop at either in Palm Coast.

WOW this place is HUGE and has EVERYTHING. Store was very clean. You could eat off the floors and they shinny. Has a pizza hut and starbucks inside. Full grocery store and your normal target with even more stuf. The bath rooms were clean and nice looking. The isles were neat and well stocked. Hands down best target i have ever been in.

I love Target. Very clean...staff makes it a joy to come here. Prices U find are lots of times lower than the other store. Check out is quick.

Good Target Circle deal for Gluten Free Bread - Canyon Bakehouse

I am 80 years old and ordered a few items online to pick up at store in 2 hours. When I arrived in the parking space for picking up orders, the rain came tumbling down, you couldnt see out of the window. I tried to find the target symbol on my phone, but, didnt know how, as I dont use it that much. A lady was walking in the rain and delivering something to the car next to me. I opened my window and asked for help. This Target employee not only showed me how to get the Target symbol on my phone, but she also went into the store and returned with my order. She was the nicest person and very patient with me.

The best part of this target is the instore pickup. They’re practically walking out the door as you’re pulling up to the parking space. I’ve never had to wait for more than a 2 minutes to get my items. I wish the other big box store across town would adopt this type of customer service.

Your return policies are useless as I spend close to 3 to 5 thousand a year on food and toys for my family and was told cant return a lousy 49 dollar game. So I am so glad your company is doing so well to allow a few thousand dollars a year go somewhere else to get there goods from this point on.

Went to pay my bill. It was very easy and fast.

Came in and planned to buy my daughter a few clothes items and grab some stuff from the grocery side BUT they had every lane closed except self check out and there was a very long line. Nope not today!

Drove 200 miles to find Pokémon cards for my 3 sons and I to open. They would only let me buy A TOTAL of 3 booster packs and wouldn’t let my kids or girl buy any, tried to have a friend get some for me, they wouldn’t let him buy any. There are 10 cards in a pack, 3 packs is 30 cards, split between a household of 5. The new set is over 300 cards. Cant even enjoy hobbies anymore, Target is promoting drug use and violence by not letting me use my money to enjoy pokemon cards. Can only imagine someone with 10 kids, okay we could only get you three kids packs today, tomorrow we will go back for you 3 and then the next day you 3 and then hopefully they will still have some in 4 days for the left out child.

Used their ATM and it asked it I wanted my balance on the receipt. I selectedyes. It then gave me a paper with my balance on it. It asked me if I wanted another transaction without ever saying anything about being charged yet. Then I selected the amount of money for withdrawal and it asked me if I accepted the $3 withdrawal fee. I accepted and got my money. On my bank statement I saw the amount that I agreed to as well as two $2.50 charges labeled withdrawal and balance inquiry. Pretty shady in my opinion. Im sure if I go back and look, there will be some asterisk and small print, but if you have to hide what youre doing, you know its wrong. I barely shopped at Target before because of their artificially inflated prices, but I draw the line at blatant theft. Shameful.

I placed an order Online for pickup. I had a question about it because it was for a birthday that was coming up in 4 days. I tried calling 7 times and one person at the service desk finally picked up and said she was going to transfer my call. I told her not to do that because no one in this store answers the phone! So she put me on hold and after a while, the phone again began to ring. After a few minutes I finally hung up. I decided it wasnt worth it and for $400.00, I cancelled my order and bought it somewhere else where they think that their customers phone calls are worth answering.

Selective politeness at Target! I was shocked at the treatment of the woman in front of me by the cashier tonight. After being friendly to the couple in front of her, she was very rude to the woman in front of me, Im not sure why(?). The woman, who seemed to be a bit baffled, just stood there for a few seconds after, with no acknowledgement from the cashier whatsoever, but eventually walked away. There was no thank you from the cashier at all or any words spoken. She did greet me normally, but I must say, it was a bit embarrassing for the other lady, who seemed nice enough.

The cashier Andrew was very helpful with my order and helped me use the Target circle rewards, also the store is very clean and the associates are helpful.

I was shopping couple days ago in this target (Palm coast, Fl). I have to say how amazingly organized and clean it is. All employees are wearing a mask, they are constantly cleaning the store. My cashier was the pretty girl with tattoos. I think her name is Tatiana. She was so friendly, kind and very funny. What really caught my attention was how well organized she packed my groceries and she was fast!! Usually you go to a store and they throw it all in the bag, but I just had to compliment her service. I never had such amazing service like that. This store is always great to shop at! Thank you so much Target!

It’s just so easy and convenient. It’s super easy to see what’s available too drive up pick up on the app. Every associate has been kind and polite. Each one is wearing a mask. They only get close enough to scan your bar code and with Target eliminating the need to sign, it’s easy to stay distant. I really couldn’t recommend this service more!

I love that you have Canyon Bakehouse gluten free bread in stock. You sell Cacique Queso Fresco also. The store is always clean, organized, friendly.

The store is clean and well organized. But what I appreciated most is the diversity represented in your staff. There is a Deaf cashier (Jason). He is very personable and helpful and is able to do his job just like any other employee. I am fluent in sign language and unsuspectingly was in his line when I realized he was Deaf. Now, when I go back, I look for his line. He is a great employee and nice guy.

I love Target, I get my groceries and prescriptions every time I go. Staff is friendly, the store is clean and everyone goes out of their way to make sure you find what youre looking for.My only complaint is Loss Prevention follows me around the store every time I go. Im there 3 time may once a week getting prescriptions. I feel racial profiled and have mentioned it more than once.

I like shopping at Target generally, but its been months since Ive been able to get disinfecting wipes and shopping amid so many people who are not wearing masks and not observing the 6-foot rule is unnerving. I do appreciate the manager making an announcement reminding people to keep their distance, but I do wish you would require everyone to wear masks.

Emaly was so kind & patient! She told me about the Circle app to get 20% when I had a cart full of baby clothes, and waited to help me scan my items. Definitely appreciated!!

Great team members

I wish I could share a screenshot! I love target but today really upset me. I was on hold for 37 minutes with customer service and then I could hear someone picked up then hung up on me. A young girl asked me to hold at first and I understand they are probably busy with other customers but it wouldve been nice to be told ‘sorry, it will be a little longer’ halfway through holding. I have a newborn and I have a simple question to ask and didn’t want to drive all the way there if it could be answered over the phone.

I have not been to this target for the past 2 months due to the current covid 19 virus. Today I went early in the morning in which the crowd was small. I was some what appalled at the number of customers walking through out the store with out face covering. Because of the few people in the store I was able to keep social distancing and went to the soap area to get my item and left quickly. Will be a long time until I return because I do not feel safe. Did note that all the employees did have face covering and appreciated that.

I just witnessed someone get their pickup in less then 3 minutes! NICE!

I was able to be distanced from others, my items were readily available at the desk, and the clerks were extremely helpful.

Staff is usually polite and helpful. The store has always been in a clean state whenever I have gone there. This location, however, still (1) continues to stock their shelves with items (well) past their sell/expiration dates and (2) there continues to be pricing differences - in the stores favor - between the prices posted on the shelves and what customers are actually charged at the registers. I have not had too much difficulty when requesting refunds, as I address discrepancies real time.

I have been shopping at Target since they opened. I have never even one time seen the store less than immaculate. Staff is always friendly and go out of there way to not only direct you to the right aisle, but accompany me to the aisle where the product I am looking for is, almost always. I’ve only encountered one single employee who was rude indifferent and even very unfriendly. I haven’t seen her in quite a while. The one criticism I would say is that sometimes the sale prices don’t ring up accurately which causes me to really watch when they are rung up. While this has improved vastly it still happens.

Try to call and talk to someone!! Wont happen. No one answers no matter what department you are calling. What a joke!

Pleasantly surprised. For a Saturday morning/afternoon right before Christmas, it was going smoothly. Not too crowded at all, check out was fast and many registers were open, store employees were all around to help and stocking up, and it wasnt freezing in there like other places. Just a great overall experience

This target always has such helpful staff. On Christmas Eve around 3pm in the afternoon Amy was super helpful while she was stocking the shelves. When the gf pancake mix I was looking for was gone she went out of her way to pull up the back stock. When it proved not to be in the store at all she went out of her way on her own to help me find something else to serve my family for breakfast Christmas morning. Any helped me settle on French toast. What a fantastic experience! With the holidays wearing heavy I don’t think my kind would have been clear enough to think off the top of my head. She was a Christmas morning lifesaver!!!!

Got there at 8 and had to sit outside for 30 mins because only 65 years and older were allowed in. Not a great start but I can live with that. Once inside the almost completely empty store the staff I asked for help were curt and not very helpful. All over a rather disappointing trip.

Convenience

Vanilla cupcake with unusual filling!?! My husband picked up a vanilla cupcake for my birthday and when I removed the lining I saw that the cupcake was dark on the side. I proceeded to cut it open and found a very nasty looking center, not sure what this was but on the sticker the cupcake was listed as vanilla with buttercream icing, it did not include a brown center. This is absolutely gross! I threw it away immediately though my husband said to take it back I did not. This is the second time Ive had a terrible experience in this Targets grocery section. The first time was in the deli, I bought a pound of Turkey breast that was completely spoiled. That I did take back. I gave this place 2 stars because I do still shop there just not for their deli or baked goods.

Ask them a question and they just send you to someone else then they send you to call corporate. Waited on hold 3 separate times over 20 minutes with no luck of reaching anyone. Never thought I had to waste an hour of my day to try and spend more money at thier store with no cs. But here we are. The store is nice just watch the expiration dates.

Recommend them for some merchandise but not everything. Tried to buy a phone there but the employees in that department said even though they handle Consumer Cellular, they dont carry much inventory of those phones. They dismissed me by telling me I should instead buy the phone at the Consumer Cellular website. I expected more service than that, like giving me information to help me make a decision on which smart phone would be best for me, and/or letting me place the order through them instead of having to go home. The encounter made me feel like Target really dont represent Consumer Cellular at all; they would rather sell you Verizons or another big companys phone.

Terrible store conditions. Produce not filled. Fresh bakery empty. Grocery shelves empty. Never a manager around. Embarrassing store conditions. No employees working.

Targets prices along with service are overall better than most stores. Not to mention the 5% Red Card perk. On this trip our cashier went above and beyond to help us and ensured we received all of our cartwheel offers, discounts, gift card offers, etc. I would have given it 5 stars, except for Targets new policy of lumping all of the gift card rewards into one. When they did $5 at a time, I used them as incentive rewards at the schools where I volunteer. I am going to try and see if a manager will let me turn them in and split them up. Wish me luck!

This is a very nice store! Very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit high in my opinion, but they do have a great selection. Never enough registers open, but that is a problem wherever you go these days.***BUYER BEWARE***If you buy something in this store that is on sale you might want to take a photo of it before going to the register. The register NEVER charges you the sale price of an item on sale. It will charge you full price and you will have to miserably wait for an employee to come and fix it. This is ALWAYS the case for any sale items that I purchase here. Same goes for any of the online sale prices for the IN STORE products. Ridiculous!

I just love Target!! When you walk in you see the beautiful display of fruits and vegetables. You take a slight right and theres the meat section always stocked, always fresh. The isles are always stocked and organized. Great place to shop for groceries.

Great store, but when we were trying to get a cake and a picture on it they said we needed a 24 hour notice beforehand. We checked the time and we had exactly 24 hours until we needed the cake. They refused to give us the cake. We chose another cake and the writing on it looks awful😤 what the finna target

Last year I sat at Walmart for 30 mins. and the employees were rude. This year I shopped at Target to see how it was. It was a very good experience. Everyone was pleasant and nice.

Came in to look for a really special birthday card for my mom. They have a line of cards called Papyrus -- absolutely amazing little works of art!! Pricey, but special cards are hard to find these days. I wandered over into the spa stuff collection....oh my. What a treat! I bought some gel slippers that claim to soften your feet and moisturize. I wore them all afternoon and they were wonderful! Diabetes especially who need to pamper their feet should check these out. Overall experience, I felt like a Queen for a day. :)

Target is for people with more money to spend than normal. Some things they are high and some they are competitive with Walmart. The cashiers are usually very nice. My cashier last time was Wilmette. Shes great. She was friendly and helpful.

Entering Target, we were looking for handicapped motor carts. They were none to be seen. We asked an associate if he would get one for us. He happily found one for us and took it to the car so that are handicapped party could use it. I thought that was very nice and kind of him.

I absolutely love shopping at your store, however, you always have the worst experience when it comes to checking out!! You never have enough cash registers open. Your cashiers are the slowest people in town. No one helps them by bagging to make the process quicker. You get one star because its been going on way too long!!! Get your act together Target! You need better check out services! Faster people please!

Staff is typically friendly. Although they are usually preoccupied stocking shelves they are available nearby to help. Pretty good availability & pricing on products. We love the Cartwheel App and 5% off with our Target Debit Card. :)

Random online order made without my consent at 1:30am. Contacted them and they refuse to refund my money stating I have to wait until it is delivered to the store. Asked for supervisor and was refused by Penny at the corporate office. When I stated I would be contacting better business bureau she suddenly changed her story and said one would call me back within 48 hours. Bank had to flag all Target purchases for fraud. Thank god I got the notification on my bank.

I like the store, but theres never enough registers open so I usually avoid it if I can help it. I would go the a lot more often if I didnt have to wait in line to one of the two out of fifteen registers.
