Inconsistent in giving veterans discount. MyDrivers license has the veterans designation on it to get it on my license I had to provide proof that I was a veteran Florida motor vehicle agency required my DD214 Home Depot would not honor it.Lowe’s has no problem honoring it and they thank me for my service. Lowe’s also has veteran parking spaces

It was a pleasant experience. The person who help me was nice and helful.

I placed an order over the phone 9/22 for 2 large items that were in stock at the time of order. We placed them on a will call/HOLD for up to 7 days. I hired a courier to drive the 2 hours from Gainesville to Palm Coast only to be informed that the items were not available and were sold to another customer at some point. The manager on duty (David), has put in a satisfaction issue to corporate to see if he can reimburse us for the gas and time. If everything works out we will adjust the review to satisfactory but the 2 items will not be available again till next year and we were given no option to obtain more for us.

The Palm Coast Home Depot is a warranty repair center for Ryobi tools. I had a 18 volt garden sprayer that failed within a year. This was a special order item that was ordered online. Ryobi is also experiencing problems with the supply chain but customer service at Home Depot was able to come up with an equitable solution.

I probably spent in my life more than $250,000 at the home Depot. I am no longer going to spend one penie ever again. Lows got my entire business now.

My online order showed delivery to be Aug 21 - Aug 25. Once I paid for the 2 items, the date showed Aug 25. Online, the order showed delivered to the store. When I arrived at the store and waited 20 minutes in line at customer service, they only had one of the items. I left without my items due to their incompetence after driving 20 miles.

Seems like Im there almost every day. Great selection. Have been having better luck finding store representatives who have been able to guide to the correct products. Thanks

I shop on line a lot. Because i am disabled . My friend talked me into going to Home Depot. That was my biggest mistake ever. First they said my generator would be in by Friday ( 3days ) So I decide to buy from them and not the one on Amazon because Amazon had the same for same price but they said by Wednesday ( 8days) . But after I paid it changed to the next Wednesday 8 (days). So I complained they gave me a $30 discount for the trouble, so i said fine. Then Monday came and they said it was in, so I was happy . But after wasting gas to go down the store i find they put my label on someones faucet parts . The girl looked at my order on the computer she saw a Generator and hand me 6-inch x 8-inch box. ??? So after waiting a 1/2 hour they say there was a mix up. But it will be in Wednesday. Well Wednesday no Generator. Now I was very nice and Polite with all of this, until now. Because now I cant find that generator even on amazon . I wanted this generator cause of hurricane season in Florida so i would be prepared.And since being on a fixed income I have limited money to spend. Now I am scrambling to find one at a price i can afford. I will NEVER shop at Home Depot again especially on line. They are the worst. I am going to go back to Lowes . And I will never doubt Amazon again.

So I found out today that the paint guarantee that they try to tell you they do is totally a scam unless it is untinted paint. In other words, plain white paint (?). Very disappointed, felt scammed. A customer for 35 years and never had to return anything but then this. Hope I never have to return anything important or valuable. LOL

I recently purchased a home in Palm Coast and have been remodeling it. The manager of the Palm Coast store is exceptional. He was attentive and patient and took care of my problem.. He even helped load the item into my truck, which is unheard of for a store manager.hats off to you Anthony.

At first, it was getting frustrated of being misdirected by associate for an item then a friendly young man Associate Timothy approached me and asked me if I needed assistance. He took the time to escort me to the item that I really needed and made good suggestions. Timothy was very nice, polite and helpful. I really appreciate his assistance. This store is horrible, too many employees doing nothing, just hanging around. Tool rental people have nasty attitudes, very badly trained, don’t know how to use computer and spend half an hour serving just 1 client. It all managers fault. Linda, the manager, is the wrong person to be managing store. Employees are not cross trained to help in other departments and all she does is trying to please “woke” clients.

Disappointed in the lack selection of shelf liners including lack of widths.Associates are polite on the plus side.(Thank you!)

I give home depot 5stars for the home depot credit card promotional offers up to 24 months zero financing and the project loan cards they have helpedput tremendously. The customer service is lacking especially badly. I spent a little of $30,000 on kitchen cabinets from America woodmark at the home depot. Ordered in September several soft close hardware are missing from the doors and lots of imperfections in the duroform have reached ou to Home Depot Product Specialist numerous times, spent lots of time wasted calling leaving voice mails, emails without response for weeks. Its been 5 months and the defective duraform doors and missing hardware issue has not been resolved and I honestly feel nothing is going to get done unless I start calling the store every day and writing email after email....Just Exhausting....I spent roughly 140k to 150k in the past 3 years on materials at the home depot and feel like I deserved to be treated better. 5 months is ridiculous. I even had to order all the scrib and trim pieces after cabinet installation was done. It was never in the order which should of been add by our kitchen designer. When I ordered the scrib and additional trim needed to finish installation I also ordered 3.5 in crown molding and wanted to return the 2.5 in crown originally ordered. The product specialists orders 5in crown delay the kitchen installation roughly 6 more weeks. The store manager provided a price adjustment on the extra material which I appreciate but I feel like for all the time and energy wasted and still cabinets and hardware issues not resolved 5 months later is unacceptable and I would be greatly appreciative if the home depot provided $1,000 home depot gift card for all the stress, wasted time, and inconvenience this matter has caused. I also attached a few photos showing the duraform peeling from the edges and the hinge area where soft closed hardware missing. I made countless attempts trying to get resolved. Sent photos and door locations and list of what needs to be replaced. 5 months not cool at all. I know I repeated myself several times but 100% not cool

This is the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been in. We’ve moved here from Daytona, & originally spent thousands or dollars (and hours) at this store for home renovation projects. But we quickly found it the people are MIA when you really need assistance. The last straw was when they lost my entire pallet of flooring we ordered. Someone stashed it up on their shelf as “excess stock” & when WE found it (after several employees searched but came back empty-handed) they proceeded to argue with us, that it wasn’t our pallet. They had a long spiel about how they’ve worked there 26 yrs & it’s never happened, they have a process blah blah... and yet our pallet of that flooring was “missing”. It took arguing with the manager, to attract the attention of the guy in a suit, before he made them check it. One forklift later, behold our names on the back side of the pallet!! All it could’ve taken was a simple “I don’t think it’s possible, but let me check for you” and the issue could’ve been avoided. Instead they begrudgingly loaded it into our truck. We haven’t stepped foot in there since. Lowe’s has loved taking our money & actually helps when we need them.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO KEITH WALKER IN PLUMBING!!!!He is a lifesaver and he came in big time for us over here across the street at Discount Tire, we needed a pipe fixed to keep our repair tank going. He had me fixed up in 15 min and back in service. Kudos to you Keith!!! Yall have a great employee!!

Went in for a left swinging side garage door with a half screen. None on the shelf. Only had right side swinging. Staff person went to order us one and ended up finding us one that wasnt on the floor. Helped us load in my SUV as well. 5 star service all the way. Way better service than back home. Nice store, simply wish self checkout wasn’t the only option during a pandemic. People worry so much about mask and forget that touching things spreads the virus just as much if not more. Humans touch their faces many times per day without thinking about it so making everyone touch a kiosk that barely works as it is with finger prints all over is it not very clean... wear masks but everyone touch this screen lol!

The flooring department is excellent.Andrew and Mary Ann assisted me with my vinyl and tile floor purchase. They were super helpful especially trying to coordinate this purchase from another state. Andrew got everything situated for the contractor to pickup.

Great staff at the tool rentals. We rented a trailer and the trailer was in great shape and fully functional.

Unless using curbside pickup, dont go here. The store is dirty, cluttered, disorganized. I shopped in a rolling walker, and not one associate offered to help me. Associates roll their eyes and avoid any contact with customers. Terrible location. Handicapped wagons are not charged regularly.

When is the administration at this H.Depot Palm Coast is going to take action about the trailer parking area to mark and put signs for trailer only, is VERY VERY frustrate to come here with trailer on your back and have to park at the end of the parking lot because the trailer parking space is full of small cars and pick ups without trailer on their back come on do something about it!! Learn from home depot Port Orange please well mark trailer space area . Please do something about it Tks.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only complaint would be that the order of french doors that was purchased from home depot were never on time. Manager kept saying next week they would be delivered. Finally after months of calling and getting told next week I canceled the order. No issues getting a refund which made the whole ordeal not unbearable.

Get to buy top soil for plants

No one to help me. Walked around 10 minutes looking for help for Christmas items. Now realize why I always shop the competition, but thought I could get this item needed there, because it is where I bought this Christmas item last year

We went in to the store to purchase a washer, dryer set when we asked for assistance the employee that we spoke to was not helpful at all he said to scan the model number and purchase on line. The message the employee gave was he had better things to do than help a customer I thought is this how home depot would want he to direct an in store customer to on line shopping if we wanted to shop on line we would have not made the trip to the store so disappointing

An employee at the Pro desk named Adi or similar, was rude when we approached to collect our lumber order (previous interaction said please come to Pro desk to collect the order). He in poor manners directed us to the pickup desk, where we were told to head back to the Pro Desk to receive our order. A young employee named Quan or Kwon wasnt wearing a mask around other employees and customers. Only singling him out because he was the one fulfilling our order, he was generally friendly and prompt. Mask use at this location is limited.

Tried buying a riding mower...Garden guy send me to pay at Rental desk. Rental guy send me to Pro Desk guy. Pro desk guy rang up at cash register and send me to pick it up at service desk. Service desk send me back to Pro desk because he didnt ring up as a will call. Pro desk guy does not know how to undo his mistake, so we both go back to Service desk who now decides to help. Now, nobody knows where the key for the thing is. After a good couple of hours Finally got to pay for it and got it home. What a circus...people working agains each other, and unwilling to help the customer. Absolutely a joke. Bought the thing because I saved $400 other than that would have bought it somewhere else...

Great service and help finding what I needed

This is the worst run STORE ( in any category) I have ever seen. It must be the worst run Home Depot in the country. No one seems to work there or assist at all. No one has any knowledge of the products, materials or anything if your are a DIY person. For the life of me and almost n hour in the store I received no HELP with anything! HD should fire all workers and hire a crew of people that want to work, that have some basic knowledge of products, materials and a bit of how to knowledge as well. The manager Ms. Watson should be terminated immediately with a complete review of all staff! I am NOW a Lowe’s and Ace hardware customer! I advise STRONGLY THAT YOU DONT GO HERE TO THE HOME DEPOT IN PALM COAST! Single worst store experience EVER!

I was recently there with my daughter to purchase a fan that showed in website 13 available At this location. Once I got to the store We couldn’t find the fan. We looked and looked all over the store and we were sent to different areas but we still couldn’t find them. We then asked and employee whose name was Nick and he Directed us to where they probably were. After going around the store quite a few times we bumped into Nick again because he noticed we were still in the store looking for this fan. He pulled up the item on the computer verifying there was 13 in store somewhere and he mentioned a truck was just delivered and it could be in there. Nick went out of his way to go look for the fan. We were so happy with the customer service we received the fact that he took the time to find the fan for us even though I offered to come back later that evening. I’ve been coming to Home Depot since I’ve lived here the last 6 years have always had great customer service. But when an employee really takes the time like Nick did for us, makes you keep supporting stores like these to shop for your household items. Thanks Nick for your help that day!!!

Waited 20 minutes in the 2 awhile somebody to come help me I ask 3 different people they were gonna send somebody to 20 minutes and then they didnt have what I wanted

If you want to go to Depot for everyday materials, great. If you need to special order items and have them installed, then stay away. Their service and follow up are absolutely horrible. Ive engaged them twice now for special orders and installs both with disasterous outcomes. Buyer beware.

I spend thousands at Home Depot every year. (I was a home flipper ) so I go to return some things and THEY SAID NO. It was always easy without a receipt now I am denied? Lowes it is till they take back the $100 of electric items I wanted to return. Plus the sign said wear a mask and there own employees were not all doing so.

Came to this particular Home Depot the Sunday after 4th of July and was very clean. They had large selections of flowers and plants still available. They are also having a sale on large bags of mulch. 4 bags for $10. I specifically came in looking for a pegboard and some other items. There were many people staff and more than willing to help. Self checkout was. Available there was only one register open, but we didnt have to wait any longer than 2 minutes. Overall it was very clean and the employees are very helpful.

Woman in paint department EXCELLENT

In spite of sign outside requiring masks, about a 1/4 of employes and customers did not wear masks or did not cover the nose. I asked to speak with the manager and she (nose not covered) said she cannot enforce wearing masks, but in fact clearly she did not care and just walked away from me. On private property the owner can off course actually set requirements. I wish people would be less selfish, wearing a mask is not a big sacrifice to protect the vulnerable. Its doubly concerning because those that insist on not masking are also more likely to be contagious.

The lady in the plumbing dept. Was great. She knew here where everything I was looking for was exactly! Shes the next best thing to Coach Virgil!

They had an announcement in the store over the intercom about how they want to protect customers. Big sign in front of the store saying masks are mandatory. First time I have not seen an employee stationed at the front door and of course the bottom line.....all kinds of customers running around without masks on. For me, thats a weak management ... talk the talk but dont walk the walk. Costco seems like the only store that backs up their talk.
