So helpful and friendly. The manager went above and beyond to assist me and even price matched what I purchased. I will shop this store over any other electronic store.

Jocelyn was SO mean and rude! I really hope she doesn’t treat anyone else like she treated me. Im in retail and I never would treat my customers like that! If I could give negative stars I would. She needs a write up for sure.

Went looking for a computer desk and was blown away. Chuck was the associate that helped me and found a desk that my girlfriend adores and was able to find 20% off on it. Thank you Chuck, Ill be back for the office chair next.

Doing business with Office Depot is great, when you have employees like Chuck(I hope I got his name right). Because of my deadlines and the machine necessary to process my order being down, it was going to be late. He went above and beyond the average worker, and handcut my cards. I was able to get them folded, packaged, and on display just in time. You should name a day after him, organize a parade or, at least, take him to lunch. I am forever greatful for his help!

Be Leary of the phone screen fix. We had a phone screen replaced the end of Febuary. Already messed up. wont stand behind it. The salesman says we probably dropped it. the screen they replaced is in perfect co dirion with NO CRACKS! Wont be back..

Do not use for any kind of FedEx shipping. I recently used this location to ship some archery equipment home through FedEx, since they where listed as a shipping center and it was right across the street from where I was staying. Not only did it take the kid behind the counter 15min to figure out the system but he also screwed up the information and listed the declared value of my $3200 bows and case as $0!! (So now I essentially have no insurance on it) By the time I caught the error, fedex had already picked it up. Promises where made by a manager to call fedex and remedy the situation.I ended up calling FedEx myself to confirm what I already knew, that you cant change shipping insurance once it ships. Have still never heard back from the manager.

Anything purchased without going through a Corporate account will be marked up as to make an appearance of cheaper pricing via a company portal. Normal customers will not find any deal here.
