Ordered a direct port kit from them, arrived without any nozzles. After trying to get in contact with them for over 2 weeks by phone and email hearing nothing back, I gave up and ordered a competitors nozzles. Still haven’t heard a word 3 months later.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Totally non existent. Had to cancel my order by disputing it with my credit card company. They don’t answer emails, phones, or even Facebook messages. They post fancy stuff but can’t even answer a phone. I’ve called every other day for 2 weeks. All I wanted was an answer to a question and I would have been willing to order everything I needed. Well over 500 I stuff but oh well now. I have never had to dispute a credit transaction like this in my entire life. They take money no problem that’s for sure.Go to snow performance they answer phones and questions.

All of the other reviews are correct. I spend Over $700 over a month ago and the order still has not even been shipped and i cant get a hold of anyone.

I waited over a month, contacting them through facebook, email and their website chat and got no reply. Ended up disputing the transaction with the CC company, prometh didnt even respond to the bank.Clearly a scam.

Ordered from the UK spending 550 for 2 meth pumps, no reply after weeks, emails igonored, phone not answered. I threatened forcing a refund from my bank then miraculously was told they had a last minute delivery of pumps. I reluctantly agreed to proceed with the order. Then again silence for a month, no reply to emails. Eventually I had to force a bank refund. When Rodney did get in touch they said they didnt have every component of my order. Unacceptably poor customer service, no communication and no product.

DO NOT BUY ANY PROMETH PRODUCTS!! I recently bought a methanol tank from them and it arrived defective. The holes drilled for the injection lines were bored out incorrectly. The company blamed their vendor that they didnt fill in the tank properly and claim they air leak test them. The tank leaked 4 gallons of fluid into my trunk. The company customer service is none existent. They played games and said my messages were going to spam and ultimately even refused to provide a replacement tank. I have cancelled the charge with my credit card provider. This company is a joke and their products are cheap at best and likely defective.

Been waiting 2 weeks to ship out an order, every time I call they have some excuse still haven’t sent anything they created a shipping label and nothing has happened do not by from them!!!
