Opener did not show up for scheduled shift. It is 12:00 and the store was supposed to open at 11:00. A few people came and left because the store wasnt open. Very disappointed. Hiring manager needs to find more reliable and responsible staff. I understand that life happens but you are responsible for finding someone to cover your shift if you cant make it.

I was lucky enough to get a wow 15 make up by a professional for free. The make up was done so good.. also they gave me a complimentary lipstick

A smaller store but thats not why Im giving them a low rating the employees didnt know their own holiday gifts etc and didnt know the specials nor what was online. Really disappointed 😞

Best best best MAC store ever... great staff well most of them theres a few that are tide... Hope you dont get them...They have the lates MAC items plus the cute minis

Shout out to our salesperson Jocelyn, my co worker and I walked in around 11:30AM. Jocelyn managed to greet us, ask us what we were looking for and glady helped us. There was two customers in the store already and she managed to please all our needs. My coworker ended up buying a lipstick, 2 eyeshadows, studio fix foundation and a blush. I only bought a studio fix powder foundation, I told her what shade I thought was and she color matched me to a better shade. Before I forget to mention, there was also a gentleman doing some electrical god knows what work and she was so good about attending to his questions and still managed to greet a customer walking in! Thanks for a great visit Jocelyn!

Great customer service. I cant remember the girl who helped me and my twin sister (really bad with names)but she was awesome! She had dark hair and glasses. And that are pet friendly!!!
