I told that I have to travel long distance and need to replace anything that needs replacement. They replaced my tires and both of the tires blew up on highway around Indianapolis. It was a terrible experience. Thankfully we are alive. They did not take the responsibility and they didn’t refund me. Only thing I got from them is a sorry. I would not recommend to anyone. I already informed the Miami students in Oxford because I am a graduate student. Later repairs cost me $600.

It’s been a few years. I had an older truck, when I went to Miami, that I took here to have the front suspension leveled and an alignment done. By the way, unless it’s dramatically changed, these guys have the BEST price on alignments in the state. In fact, their pricing is very reasonable all around.These guys are professional and friendlier than any other shop I’ve ever used. There’s definitely a small town, small business feel here.I live about an hour away now, but once my current truck is out of warranty, I’ll be trekking out here if it needs any service I don’t feel like doing myself.

Brought in tires to have installed on my daughters car - NOTE: I bought the wrong size tire, oops. Took the guy (I refuse to call him a mechanic) an hour to determine the tire would not fit. I prepaid for the service ($80), which was not refunded. Their excuse was the time they spent. I refuse to endorse anyone that takes an hour to read a tire size. Honest... not even a little bit. Too many other shops in Oxford who will do a good job to get taken advantage by this place. Its time to call out bad service and bad business practices.

Everytime i go to this place, they always so nice and get it done the first time. My mom and I have been going here since i was a teenager. They are very honest. I do not trust anyone else with my car at all.

Oxford Car Care quickly and cheaply fixed the hole in my tire in the same day after another Oxford auto shop (which was recommended and highly rated) told me that the tire couldnt be repaired. The other shop had immediately tried to sell me a new tire and then performed services which I hadnt asked for. I would highly recommend Oxford Car Care.

Very helpful and thorough mechanics, theyre really down to earth and just want you to get the care your vehicle needs. Theyre all very kind and even though I just had a pm appointment and an oil change I will absolutely be coming back again! The only downside is that because of their fantastic service you *must* schedule in advance but its truly worth the wait!

Took my car to Oxford Car Care for service. Their staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were thorough in their inspection and explanation of my service repairs, and their service prices were very fair. I would recommend them for all your car service concerns.

They do most repairs, nice people, fair prices. Not worth doing an oil change on your own with the reasonable price they charge for one. I have used them many times both personally and professionally. They always provide an estimate prior to repairs and call when work is finished. If they do error, it is made right. I will continue to use them.

I took my vehicle in to have an oil leak diagnosed and fixed. Chip was my mechanic and he said he didnt want to stay on hold with Mitsubishi to order the part, he instead used a perma seal in a part that needed to be replaced. I got my car back and parked it in the driveway. The next morning I came out to find 3 large oil blobs on the ground and oil dripping way worse than when I took it in. I payed $550, for front brakes and an oil leak they made worse! I called them back to talk to them and explained the situation. Chip lied to me about what he did and why then he wanted me to bring my truck back and charge me more for this backpack mechanic.! I wish I could get my money back because he made the problem much worse. Shame on them for horribly misrepresenting Oxford. Be warned.

Oxford Car Care is amazing! Ive gotten my car serviced here several times, and each time, they have been very friendly and helpful. I trust them for all my car issues, and will drive 35-40 minutes from Fairfield just to get my car serviced here. They are also very honest and trustworthy when it comes to pricing. Unlike some other places, they will provide estimates that are fair and will not try to rip you off. Service is timely as well. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Had to have a abs sensor put on and the gentleman had a rough time because it was rusted...while he was in there he found a broken wire and he fixed it for me.. I trust these ppl with my car which is hard to do these days considering another car place i will not name tried to get 500 dollars out of me and added unnecessary work on the bill...These guys charged me less Than 100$!! I truly just appreciate the honesty..i highly recommend if you want the same!

C. on 7/8/2014 Rating: I would like to start by stating every move seems to be crazy, but thanks to my rental experience it became insane. At first things went well I made a reservation and as expected my U-haul was ready when I showed up at 10 am on June 28. The next morning I ran into issue with my help showing up late putting me behind getting my stuff unloaded. I then receive a call from the regional office leaving a message telling me that I was late with my rental and because I did not return it in time two other families were unable to move. I agree me being late is an issue but in NO way should I have been told that or treated that way. A simple Mr. Carter we see that you are late and would like to check on status because other families are inquiring about a truck. Second when my help did show up I had issues with the truck running very poorly, every time I came to a incline and had to stop the truck would stall. I did not have this issue before the truck was loaded. I finally got the stuff unloaded about 230 June 29 and returned the truck to the location. When I arrived, a man was sweeping the back of a truck out; I proceeded to the door not realizing that the location was closed. I went inside and stood awhile, then went back out to look for man in the truck he tried to hand me his keys for his rental unit. I explained that I did not work there and realized that the Manager must have forgotten to lock the doors. I then decided to contact the Oxford Police because I was concerned with leaving the location, considering the location is also Oxford Car Care and has lots of tools and equipment inside. I waited for the police to arrive and let them know what happen I then left. But the final issue was enough; I was shocked the next day to find out that I was being charge for 3 days rental. I assumed that I would be charge for 2 days since I was a few hours late, but not 3. So I called the regional number to dispute the charge. The lady explained that she would forward the information the location to fix the issue. I also explained to her all the issues I had; she said she was sorry for all the issues. A week later I still have not received a call from the Oxford Car Care or the Regional Manger about my problems or my refund. I have tried to call Oxford Car Care to be told every time I call that she is on the other line and will be with me, after holding for so long I just try back later to get the same. I must say I have never had this kind of issue’s with any rental company and as far as ever using U-haul again I will not. Terrible service attitude! I went to this place to check my car and the female receptionist was really rude! She told me that they could not check my car because I did not have an appointment and all mechanics were at lunch, so I said I could wait until the mechanics come back from lunch to take a look. She refused. I told her that I had to go to work in the afternoon and only needed two minutes from any mechanic. Once again, she rejected my request. I told her that this is what other stores would do, then she said she would not do this for me and I should go to another store...

I recommend calling ahead for a appointment because they are very busy . They did a great job fixing my truck and were cheaper than another place in town.

I looked around Oxford and found Oxford car care the cheapest and the most helpful shop around. They gave me a spare tire for a week for free and I return it back after traveling to Detroit and Chicago. I changed my cars front tires with two new one and replaced rear tires with a good price.

I took my car in with a whole myriad of noises. The problem was with the catalytic converter. The mechanic told me what he did to check that, and seemed really excited about the challenge and finding the solution. I asked what the cost would be to do it myself, and they told me the diagnostic was free, since it didnt take too much time. Thats when I really knew that I was dealing with an honest shop that cared about the work they did. I decided to go with the very reasonable estimate they provided, and am completely satisfied with their work.If you have car troubles, go here first! Good staff, honest workers, and reasonable prices.

Oxford Car Care was such a HUGE help to me, and they didnt even charge me for their consultation! This week, my cars temperature sensor went to the red within a couple minutes of starting my car. Oxford Car Care fit me in quickly and found that I had a cracked engine block. They truly went the extra mile and found that I was likely still under warranty if I had the service done not with them, but with a manufacturers service center. They even sent me pictures of my VIN and engine block so I could verify that with the service center that I was under warranty and had the damage. Oxford Car Care didnt charge me a dime for all their help, and they truly went the extra mile. I look forward to returning for routine maintenance and anything else that ever crops up!
