Windura was phenomenal to work with from the level of customer service with every employee was beyond professional and our entire project went off without one issue. We had our single front door with side lights converted to two 8ft double front doors, all new Hardie siding replaced on three sides of our home, front of home is stucco and painted, wood rot and every window was replaced. Kevin and Jeff were nothing but professional and available every step of the way, communicated daily and on the job site at least twice a day. We worked with them planning and executing the project for almost three months start to finish. We are so happy with the outcome of everything and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Windura! We chose Windura to replace 2 of our casement windows with picture windows in our living room. Jeff was able to do what several other companies had said could not be done. The interior trim is stained and we did not want to have to tear it out and replace it. When Jeff and Brett came to measure the windows Brett took a few measurements, said the original trim could stay, no problem. Brett, Dean, Dustin and Mike arrived as scheduled and had both windows installed by mid afternoon. The crew is very professional, careful, and considerate. They know what needs to be done and they do it well. When they were finished the only evidence they had been here is the new windows. They look like they are part of the original construction. I had front and storm doors replaced at my town home by Windura. The process was very easy and smooth. Jeff, Kevin, and team were all professional and great at communicating throughout the process. It took about 6 weeks to get the doors in. The install took about 4 hours and looks wonderful. If I ever need doors again, theyll be who I call!

Such a great experience from start to finish! I had had several estimates (including a few high pressure salesmen that some other companies use) before and Kevin from Windura came in very personable, polite, and very knowledgable about his products. Better yet, the estimate was very reasonable especially for a higher quality vinyl window. The windows came in exactly when they estimated they would and the install only took half a day. The installation team was very respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves once the project was completed. Both Kevin and the owner Jeff came by to inspect the work which I greatly appreciated. I had 10 windows installed overall and the true beauty is my new privacy window in my guest shower. The glass options available were great and the one I went with at Kevins recommendation is truly art! Windura made the whole process so easy and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thank you!

They must not care about getting business. We called them to inquire about Marvin Windows being installed in our house. The guy that answered the phone said that they do not sell Marvin Windows and seemed to have an attitude about it. When it was mentioned that their website says they have experience with Marvin Windows, he ignored that and pretty much hung up on me. I was shocked because they have such great reviews. He was extremely rude for no reason and not helpful at all. Hope others have better luck than I do!

You will not be disappointed in their service, expertise, and installation. From your initial estimate to after the install everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and dependable. Their products are top notch and the installation process was smooth. We had our patio door and storm door replaced. The contractors are not outsourced and you get a warranty for all their work and products. They truly take pride in their work. Cannot say enough about how happy we are with this company. Jeff and his crew were fantastic from our first meeting. Jeff was informative, honest, professional and timely in all of his communications. We felt comfortable with Jeff, Windura and Milgard Windows from the start.During the installation the Windura crew(Dave, Dean, Dustin and Brett) were fantastic. They layed down tarps to protect our carpets and floors, wore masks while indoors (Covid), were respectful and explained the process.They completed the 12 window installation in 2 days and did a great job.The windows look awesome! We researched several leading companies and are very happy that we chose Jeff and Windura, and will do so again in the future.

About 2 months ago, we decided to replace our windows. They were wood, double hung, old, drafty, and had moisture intrusion issues. We narrowed down the choice between ProVia and Simonton. We contacted ProVia and found 3 certified installers in the area: Windura, Bordner, and Johnson County Window and Siding.Jeff and his son came to the residence to measure and quickly sent us a quote. After they left, I heavily researched the companies online reviews, their BBB report, and any potential prior lawsuits though Jocos website.The other two companies wanted to treat the current wood rot on the brick mould and then wrap with vinyl. We currently have EIFS siding, had hired an EIFS inspector prior to window shopping, and he advised us it wouldnt be a good idea to wrap. He said he sees brick mould that rots anyway due to sealant failure and that we would be taking too much of a risk for moisture intrusion if we wrapped. He recommended we hire Windura instead of the other 2 contractors because they were the only contractor that stated the brick mould needed to be replaced with PVC. PVC is compatible with EIFS installs. Wood is not. They were not the cheapest bid, but they certainly were not the highest. I was highly skeptical that the PVC brick mould would look good, but we took the advice of the inspector.We ordered ProVia Endure Vinyl for the upper two levels and Milgard sliders for the basement. We put 25% down, they ordered our windows, and we waited about 9 weeks for an install due to their schedule. I wasnt entirely happy with the wait but it was worth it.The Jeffs team arrived on time every day, were respectful of the property, were careful about not damaging the EIFS (I was surprised how little touch up work will need to be done), were professional, and were very helpful and friendly. They replaced 5 wooden window sills as well that had som wood rot issues due to not being installed to the EIFS properly and didnt charge us for it. And the PVC looks magnificent. Excellent carpentry work. .I would definitely recommend Windura. They warrantied their work for 3 years, the windows are warrantied for a lifetime and can transfer once to a different owner, and if there is a problem with the windows, they are authorized by ProVia to make repairs per the warranty agreement. One company we considered hiring tried to tell us they were the only certified ProVia installer in the area and that ProVia would send them out if we ever filed a claim with them because they are the only ones authorized to handle their warranty claims in the area. This claim was invalidated when I read ProVias warranty and when I placed a call to ProVia to validate the contractors claim. This other contractor also quoted us almost $8k higher for the same windows. . .I wont name names, but if you look up the other 2 companies that quoted for ProVia, you will find how I reviewed the contractor. Scathing.We will definitely use Windura again when we begin to replace our doors. I would definitely recommend them if you want competitive pricing, quality workmanship, and business reliability. You wont walk away regretting that you hired them.

I had a great experience with the team. They dont outsource their contractors so I felt more comfortable that they were invested in doing the job properly. We had nine windows, three sliding glass doors, and some siding replaced. All of it looked great upon completion and you could tell they took pride in their work. They asked for my input several times throughout the process to make sure that the trim and other minor details were to my liking. The job was completed a couple weeks ago and Ive already recommended them to two of our neighbors.

Windura did an excellent job for me. I had 14 new windows installed. There was a crew of seven guys and they completed the job in two days. The guys were incredibly polite, professional and stellar craftsman. They did a beautiful job with the windows and a great job of cleaning up, too. Ive never had a better experience with a company doing work at my home. I would highly recommend this company. Its nice to know that there are companies who take pride in every aspect of their performance. It is hard to find these days.

Windura was hands down one of the best contractors Ive ever worked with. We replaced all 21 windows in the house and I can already tell a difference in the overall comfort level inside. The workers were so nice and did a great job cleaning up every day of the installation. I cant wait to replace my front door with them soon.

Kevin was very patient with all our questions and option considerations. He also reassured us that they would repair any wood rot found and charge us by their reasonable hourly rate plus materials. The installers came out for the final measure and Kevin was with them so they understood what we were concerned about as far as wood rot. The windows came in early and the install went faster than predicted. Anything they found, they reviewed with me or my husband before proceeding. We were impressed with their professionalism and patience! The windows look great and we are relieved to not have to worry about wood rot anymore!

I did a lot of research of soundproof windows and finally found Windura. The noise reduction after the window installation is significant. My bedroom is only a few steps away from Metcalf, but I can hardly hear any cars passing in my bedroom now. The best solution ever for people with noise concerns.
