Brittany was amazing, she fit me into her schedule and made miracles happen last minute! I came in without an appointment on Saturday. My original dress got lost in the mail and kept getting delayed, and I needed a dress ASAP I was due to fly internationally early Monday morning to elope. Brittany made time to help me after she was scheduled to be off. Not only did Brittany get me into a dress that worked, I was given a bargain deal on the price, AND she scored an appointment to get it altered IN THE SAME DAY! I drove across town to Elsa to get it altered, and had a message when I woke up Sunday morning that she was ready for me to come try it on. Brittany, Sarah, and Elsa helped complete our day in a huge way, and with the skill and ease like they have been doing this for years and it wasnt a burden! If google would let me give them more stars, I would! They more than deserve it!

My fiancé purchased a wedding dress over the weekend and within 24 hours had a change of heart. She wanted to exchange for a higher priced dress not even a refund but was denied. I understand a strict return policy in this business but I think common sense exceptions should apply. I would not recommend this shop.

Kenzie was absolutely phenomenal! Best customer service and truly listened to what I liked and didnt like with each dress. Didnt feel rushed or pressured. And she inevitably found my dream dress for me. The shop is stunning as well. Excellent selection for being off-the-rack. And very reasonably priced. Could not have imagined a better experience!

I had a great experience at Urban Bridal. It was my first stop on the hunt for a dress, and every other place disappointed after going here. The owner, Sarah, had several dresses picked out for me before I even arrived, which helped start the process. She had lots of great suggestions on alterations too. She had a huge selection of unique dresses and was respectful of my budget. I ended up finding a dress under my budget that will be perfect for me. I highly recommend visiting them first.

My fiance went to Urban bridal looking for her wedding dress. she was 3 months pregnant at the time and told them that she was a size 14. she was shown a few dresses and one that she liked was a size 10. the salesperson promised her over and over that their seamstress could fix it and make it fit her. the dress was unable to even be zipped up. not to mention that our wedding was only a few months away and she would be 6 months pregnant. after purchasing the dress she took it to the seamstress the next day. the seamstress words were oh no honey I cant fix this. you need to take this back. when my fiance said that they dont take returns the seamstress said well they need to make an exception in this case. when my fiance contacted Urban bridal they rudely said they dont do returns and that its not their problem. you sold my fiance a dress and you promised her you could fit her into it. you lied and deceived her. you were given the opportunity to make this right by accepting the return of the dress or even exchanging it for one that fits her and you choose not to. you should be ashamed of yourself for taking advantage of a bride in her situation. I wouldnt recommend people doing business with your company and Ill warn them to stay away from your lying salespeople. Over promised and under delivered.

Such an amazing experience! This shop was the first and ONLY place I went to find my dream dress! The staff was extremely helpful and made me feel special and at home. Jenny was literally my spirit animal and picked the PERFECT dresses for me to try on! I ended up choosing the second dress I tried on! She made sure to stay in my budget and was not pushy at all! I am so happy I chose to come here to try on dresses. This was an experience I will never forget and now I have a dreamy wedding dress that I can’t wait to wear when I marry the love of my life!!

Absolutely AMAZING experience here last weekend!!! Sarah was so helpful and friendly, and helped me find THE PERFECT dress!!! I went through breast cancer treatment (double mastectomy, chemo, and radiation) two years ago, and was worried how wedding dresses would look on my body...Especially my now-menopausal-at-age-34 body!!! But I found one that fits my body perfectly, and makes me feel like a princess! She emailed me before my appointment, and asked some questions about what styles I liked, my budget, etc. When we got there, she had a few dresses picked out, and the third one I tried on was the one!!! And it was within my budget!!! 😃 We were very pleased with our experience at this cute store, I highly recommend it for a special experience!!! Thank you Sarah!!!

This is an amazing shop. I went to three different stores locally while looking for my wedding dress, and Urban Bridal was definitely the best in terms of fantastic costumer service, a great selection of beautiful dresses, and just a really nice and clean shop. Sarah and McKenzie made me feel so relaxed and appreciated as a customer. They werent pushy on sales, and were very knowledgeable with every question I had. I was able to communicate by text with Sarah who followed up with me after I came in to help me find my dream dress. The service was great- my mom and I were offered coffee and mimosas both times we visited, and we definitely felt very comfortable. I would recommend this shop to any bride whos looking for a unique gown that wont necessarily break the bank.

I’ll start off by saying I’ve never written a review before, but my experience here was very poor and I thought others should know. I was very disappointed with their service! I went in having an idea of what kind of dress I wanted. I showed pictures and described the type of dress I wanted, but she did not once bring me a dress that resembled the ones in my pictures. When I would try one on, she would leave while I was talking about what I did and didn’t think I liked about the dress I was wearing. At other stores, they would listen to understand what dresses you’re going for so they can bring out the right style to you. After 30 MINUTES, she walked in and said “okay well thanks for coming in today,” and then she left, leaving us in the room confused. It was like she gave up. Maybe they didn’t have the type of dress I was looking for, but if that was the case, she could’ve have easily communicated that rather than leave us confused and disappointed. It was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this shop to others.

If you are a bride-to-be, this is the first place you need to visit when dress shopping! I worked with both Sarah and Jen to find a new dress when having second thoughts about the first dress I bought. They were both so reassuring, helpful, and calming to work with. Their service is so attentive, they go above and beyond to make you feel celebrated (mimosas and the whole nine yards, ladies), and they are so down to earth and relaxed while working hard to find you the perfect dress. Not only are they very reasonable prices and respectful of budget, but also incredibly helpful with determining alterations costs (which can be unexpectedly high). Urban is by far one of my favorite bridal stores out of the many that I have visited.

I walked in with only a small idea of what I wanted, picked out some dresses, and Jen was amazing throughout the ENTIRE process. She styled my hair quickly when I found THE dress, and the pricing was super within my budget! As a bride who ended up looking at about 8 different boutiques before finding the dress my positive experience at Urban Bridal Shop stood out from many of the other boutiques. Sarah, the owner helped me personally, and asked me for pictures of inspiration prior to the appointment and had curated a number of gowns that fit my style when I arrived. She was incredibly kind and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. All of the dresses I tried on were clean and in mint condition- she has some amazing couture dresses in stock at unbeatable prices. Another aspect to consider is that Sarah has probably better connections with seamstresses than most boutiques to make your wedding dress dream fit perfectly and become a reality. Although I did not find my dress here, I would highly recommend Urban Bridal to future brides!

Overall, had a terrible experience at this shop. When we arrived there was very little parking and we had to circle around and ask where we could park. This made some of the party walk in a few minutes late. We were not greeted properly. The host did not ask the name of our appointment but told us just to wait.About 10 minutes later the sales associate came out and thought we were a no-show. Our associate did not offer my group mimosas even though other groups were offered it. (Not a huge deal, but felt a little cheated) Once the appointment started the associate seemed to not know a lot about dresses. I ended up falling in love with a dress that my mother found on the floor. The associate then pulled dresses very different that I did not like.Once I put the dress I loved back on I felt it could be the one but my bad vibes with the associate had me think it over. The associate mentioned dresses were unflattering a few times and it was not the bridal experience I was hoping for. The dress had lots of makeup stains and the associate just said Oh, it will wash out. Not a convincing salesperson.All in all, I am happy I did not purchase the dress I loved from this store because that is not how wedding dress shopping should be. Honestly, the experience was 1/5 but there were a lot of pretty dresses that affected my rating. The dresses are budget friendly and cover a variety of styles that most shops dont carry.

Didn’t end up buying my gown here but wanted to post a review as I was very impressed with this place! They had a beautiful selection that was very budget friendly! The space you get for your party to try on is large and private! I didn’t once feel like I was being “pushed” by the sales ladies which made the experience relaxing and easy!

This is a nice shop if you are looking for sample sale gowns. I found my gown here and I love it! They also have a referral to a great seamstress. My only qualm with them is that it seems that they like to play mind games with brides. I loved this gown and I was torn between two, one from Urban Bridal and one from another shop. I left the shop on a Saturday thinking it over and I made another appointment on Monday to come back the following Saturday. On Wednesday they posted the dress I was coming back for on Instagram. It made me somewhat uneasy that someone who truly should care about letting a bride find the dress of her dreams, wouldnt do that. It somewhat angered me that it happened. I had to rearrange appointments and take off work to make sure that I got to that dress first before another bride. Sarah was nice to work with, but I would have appreciated more professionalism. I would tell brides to not go to this shop, unless they know that they would be willing to buy the gown they could fall in love with.

Urban Bridal is a little hidden gem! Do NOT order your gown until youve at least checked out Urban Bridals selection of immaculate sample dresses. I was blown away by the selection and variety. Since Im fortunate enough to wear a sample size, I was able to try on so many dresses and ended up narrowing them down to 2. In the end, I found my beautiful Eugenia Couture dress for a fraction of the original price.Sarah, the owner, is so kind and sweet. She is very flexible with appointment times (she even offered to meet me over New Years Day weekend in the evening!) and will communicate thoroughly with you.All in all, check out Urban Bridal for gorgeous sample dresses so you can feel assured you at least tried to stay within your wedding budget.

I literally just left and I cant stop smiling! Sarah is the sweetest women I have ever met! Setting up my appointment was super easy, especially since I was away at school! Sarah was super helpful, every dress she pulled I liked and even loved many. She listened to my loves and dont likes and found me the perfect dress at an amazing price! Her expertise about wedding gowns combined with her kind and optimistic demeanor make for the perfect dress-shopping experience. She truly cares about finding the right dress for every bride, not just pushing the most expensive ones on you. I never once felt pressured. It says a lot about a person that can make you laugh and feel comfortable during a time which, let’s be honest, can be stressful in some circumstances. Plus, the dresses were so unique compared to other shops that I visited. I could seriously not thank her enough for her time and effort in finding me my dream wedding dress!

I cannot recommend urban bridal enough, especially if you are a bride on a budget or need a dress quickly! I was in town for just one day to go wedding dress shopping with my mom who lives close by. This was our third and final stop of the day and was somewhat discouraged when I showed up. When we got there the owner already had selected a number of dresses that were in my price range and that she thought I might like (I believe the one I got was one of these) based on what I had told her. When we got there we talked more about what I was looking for and she pulled a few more for me and let us look through the dresses to see if there was anything that caught our eye. The whole experience was fun and so smooth. I felt like the owner really listened to what I was looking for and wanted me to be comfortable. She wasnt just trying to sell me a dress, which is what I experienced at other places. So happy I made an appointment and found my dream dress!

Simply put, you have to visit Urban Bridal Shop. I had THE BEST experience. For one, I found the designer wedding gown of my dreams at a fraction of the retail price (Essense of Australia). For two, Sarah, the owner, made it such a fun and low-stress experience. She went above and beyond.THE dress was the second dress I tried on... It was one that Sarah already had waiting for me before we even met (she checked out my style on my Pinterest board). She has an eye, to say the least. All of the dresses in UBS were stunning.I knew it was the one, my group knew it, Sarah knew it too. But I couldnt believe I found it in Dress #2 of the day. But Sarah helped me do my due diligence to make sure. She patiently taught me about bustles and suggested styling to ensure I felt comfortable with the choice. She even understood when I felt that I had to keep my commitment to visit another shop.... needless to say, I went back to UBS Dress #2 of the day (purchasing it from Urban over the phone immediately after my other appt).I couldnt recommend Sarah and Urban Bridal Shop more. It wasnt pushy like the other shop turned out to be...Sarah was so kind, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable. I also really liked that the dress I tried on was the exact dress I purchased, and I could pick it up immediately. I didnt have to wait months and months for it to be ordered. I saved a bundle on my gown by it being a sample.You need to make an appointment, pronto.
