This was a yearly service, but I must say i was treated so well. The process is seamless and I was given a loaner car. I drive up to KC from Lawrence, and this made my trip actually enjoyable and I was able to be seen for an appointment to obtain TSA clearance. Thank you Premier Volvo!

Rather than a painful, cat-and-mouse experience drawn out over hours, my experience with everyone on the team, from Jason to my saleswoman to the tech expert to service pro was wonderful. This was my first experience with Premier Volvo. I had an issue with my brakes. They were able to get my car in for evaluation and repaired the same day. I was impressed with the cleanliness of their garage bays and the politeness and efficiency of their staff. It reminded me of how customer service was designed to be; helpful and convenient for the customer. Today, we so often have to simply take what we can get. Thank you Premier Volvo for reminding me that there are still businesses that take the word professional seriously.

He does a consistently excellent job. He is helpful and knowledgeable. I have relied on Zach and the rest of the staff at Premier Volvo for several years and they never disappoint.

I was thoroughly impressed with Premier Volvo! Dennis was a fantastic salesman and representative for the brand. He was friendly, professional, accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and gave us many interesting facts about the Volvo lineup. I came to see 2 vehicles (a 2017 V60 and a 2017 S90). I test drove the V60, but unfortunately the S90 was in the shop waiting for tires to be put on. Dennis allowed me to test drive a 2020 S90 Polestar to get the feel of the interior and drive, and I can came the following day to test drive the vehicle I originally came to see. Dennis, my girlfriend, and I had some fantastic conversations about vehicles, world travels, coffee, and more during my time at the dealership. Premier Volvo gave me a great deal on the 2017 S90 sedan, gave me the trade price I desired on my Jeep, and gave me an awesome warranty. All of the individuals I spoke with at the dealership, including the girl at the front desk, the guy in the financial department, Dennis on the sales floor, and Omar in the business department were extremely genuine, honest, and friendly. I am very happy to have joined the Volvo family and will likely be back to Premier Volvo in the future for other vehicles! Go to Premier Volvo and ask for Dennis - you will not be disappointed!

A seamless experience the whole way through. We live in Springfield so we bought the car via texting and ONE phone call so it was a perfect experience. Drove up on a Friday morning, got there at 8:30 and left by 9:30 including the test drive. Very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend.

I usually have a wonderful service experience, but not this last time on 9/4. I asked for all lights to be checked, as I was getting an intermittent message on right turn signal. Tho assured it was part of service, they included it in work order just in case Came home (80 miles) to find my right rear turn signal bulb was out. Pretty disappointed. Have had 8 years of wonderful service prior. Grrrr!

My wife and I were driving across the country when our car starting having a really strange issue. Essentially the car microphones were stuck on and would play any noise through the car speakers. So if we opened a bag of chips, it would play that sound. You talk, it played it. Very strange and super annoying.Well, thankfully the great team here took wonderful care of us. They saw us right away, Aaron fixed the issue in 10 minutes and my wife and daughter had a clean/safe/comfortable place to rest. Not only did they fix the problem, but they did it as a courtesy. I was very relieved because we had just spent $2k on routine maintenance and didn’t want another huge car repair bill.Thank you for taking great care of us. Much appreciated!!

Went in for an oil change. Hector tells me it is time for my 48,000 service. I ask him what it entails. He tells me its your typical oil change, tire rotation, check all fluids, suspension and All Wheel drive service. I ask how much that is and he quotes me $450.00. Well, if that is what the 48,000 mile check up calls for then do it. I then go home and something doesnt feel right. I read my car manual pretty well and dont remember seeing the All Wheel checkup at 48k miles. Hector then calls me and says that they need another hour or so to wash my car and make it look nice. He then asks me if I got my new tires from Volvo. I say no because I wanted a tire Volvo didnt have. He then wants to know if they did an alignment because they recommend one in All Wheel Drives. I tell him that I pass and am pretty sure I got one with the new tires.I then get to the dealership to pick up my car and the service lane manager checks me out. He is a really nice guy btw. I ask him, tell me because I dont remember reading this, is the All Wheel Drive service part of the 48,000 mile service? No, he says, it is just something they recommend as a dealership. Well, I say, then it should be clearly stated that way so as not to come across misleading....which it did. When you boldly say that something is part of the manufacturers 48,000 mile service, then it better be.I then picked up my car.....unwashed.This is my first time with this dealership as we just moved here. This is not the way I like to start off new business relationships. I wont be working with Hector again and am not sure I will give this dealership another shot. 3 stars is probably a little kind on this review. I did like the manager though...so who knows.

Great service!!We’d had my wife’s XC-70 serviced at the old dealership on Metcalf in years past and the service was okay, at best. After buying this Volvo from Vroom, I was a little skeptical of how the new shop would react to caring for a car they didn’t sell and a warranty they weren’t responsible for. Boy was I in for a surprise! Andy (my Service Manager) made me feel welcomed from the moment I pulled into the service bay. They chased down the electrical issue I was having, worked with the warranty company, recommended a few other minor service issues, and got the car back to me in a reasonable time. Fast and friendly service… can’t ask for more than that! I will definitely be making this the home for my Volvo’s care (and may even look to them when it’s time to trade-in again!)!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. From the very start when I showed up to sign the paperwork to purchase a $52,000 Volvo S60 T6 from Premier Volvo I was told that I need to go park my truck in the mud with the construction parking, to the many times I’ve had to take the car in for warranty work despite only having 32,000 miles to date. Part of the package they sell on is having a complementary service loaner although in the seven times they’ve had to work on my car due to faulty equipment I’ve only been offered a service loaner twice, only to be told the other five times that I would have to wait two weeks for one to become available. They keep your car an average of five days to do something as simple as replacing two tires. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

We tried several Volvo dealers along the way but none could see in the time period we needed but while we were in K.C. we were finally able to schedule an appointment. They did not try to sell me but to pamper me with the sweet vehicle and all that it does. Thanks Ron! Also Courtney is excellent at teaching you about the computer on board. I researched and searched, and test drove a myriad of SUV vehicles to find something with ample room for 3 car seats without folding a seat down and room for a stroller. The Volvo XC90 hit all the marks. It’s an exceptional vehicle with a smooth sweet ride. I love it and am so happy I didn’t have to wait on the car to be ordered and produced. They had exactly what I wanted on the lot. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a SAFE, dependable ride.

The employees at Volvo always make me feel as though I am being taken care of when I bring my car in for service. I was a little disappointed though when I was quoted one price over the telephone when I made the appointment (2 days prior) and was quoted a higher price the day of service. No worries though, because Volvo honored the original quoted price. I was happy also to notice no damage done to my car as this has happened in the past when I have left it overnight. No major damage ever to my knowledge, but a ding here and there, a scratch here and there adds up. Thank-you!!!!!!

A nice experience. Zach and the whole service team did a great job, started right on time and completed everything efficiently. Except for the tire rotation, the regular service was covered and “in the system” even though I purchased this Volvo through a different dealer. I chose to wait and use the wi-fi connectivity to get some work done; the environment was very clean with plenty of room for social distance while still offering accommodations like snacks and drinks.

I found the used Lexus RX 350 at Preimer Volvo in Overland Park. I had been looking for months like the one they had just traded for, the price was great. I had them take a lot of extra photos and they answered all my questions. Remember I had not personally seen the vehicle and commented to purchasing it by the photos, vehicle history and their answers to my questions. We drove 4 hours from southern Iowa to the dealership and when we arrived they greeted my wife and I right away and the delivery went quickly and very smooth. The RX 350 was in better condition then I expected and my wife loves it. Thanks Dennis.

Mostly satisfied with this dealership. My wife and I enjoyed interacting with our sales rep who demonstrated good listening skills. We had done our homework prior to our initial visit, which expedited the process. We have returned for our first scheduled maintenance and that, too, was a satisfactory experience.I would have given a 5-star rating had it not been for the marginal effort for instruction of the technology. The rep responsible for this spent less than 30 minutes for a run-through, which was probably sufficient for the initial pass. But there has been no follow up and we definitely need it. One of the more annoying aspects is that the previous owners preferences have not been cleared from memory.This may be a reflection of the auto industry at large. When will these businesses realize they must modify their practices in light of the advances in technology? As it stands now, I dont know when or why the seat position changes from my preference to my wifes. Or which flavor of dashboard instrumentation and/or radio station selections will appear.

I was in the market for a vehicle to commute in for work and wanted something safe and comfortable. I have always been a German car fan and was new to Volvo but the gf had a Volvo in the past and loved the vehicle. I decided to take a look at Volvo and from the start of entering the dealership you are greeted and helped right away. I appreciate this because if you’ve been to some dealerships, you get there and don’t get acknowledged and helped until a few minutes later if that. I was greeted by Molly who was very helpful, patient, and not pushy at all through this whole process. She set up multiple vehicle test drives and after leaving the dealership, answered all of my questions promptly via text/phone calls. I returned again for another test drive and had my heart set on an XC60 and was then introduced to the general sales manager, Jimmy. Jimmy not only was friendly and of course helpful, but very down to earth and transparent through the whole process and genuinely just wanted to make sure I get the vehicle I wanted. Even when I wasn’t sure about the harmon kardon sound system vs the Bowers and Wilkins, he brought vehicles with each sound system to test side by side and see what I liked and to see if the Bowers and Wilkins was worth it. I wasn’t sure about the color of an XC60 (the color was pine gray and appeared different in different lighting and it was dark when I saw the car) and he took the time to bring the car into their service shop to take a better look at it in brighter lighting. He then brought in a black XC60 as I was deciding between the 2 colors just to have a side by side comparison and to help me with my decision. This was all at the time near the end of closing or when they were already closed but he did not mind at all and was super patient. In short, I believe Jimmy and everyone at Premier Volvo went above and beyond what was needed to be done and I appreciated that and ultimately their patience helped me figure out exactly which vehicle to go with. After the decision was made to go ahead and get the vehicle, there were no surprises afterwards with numbers as Jimmy went through all of this with me and even gave his honest opinion on any extras to add for protection/wear. Ashley, the finance manager, was friendly and made the paperwork process smooth and painless. Dennis and Courtney also helped me with getting the vehicle ready to take home and what’s great was that after a few days of having the vehicle, I had follow up from Dennis, Courtney, and Jimmy to see how it was going with the new vehicle. I have leased from Baron BMW in the past and had horrible customer service after I leased my vehicle from there. To compare the process of purchasing/leasing a vehicle between the two, I would say my experience was still better with Volvo than with BMW but I hope the experience after getting the new vehicle continues to be great which was the main issue with BMW and what made me ultimately avoid going back to them. As much as I like BMWs, customer service is more important to me and I couldn’t be happier with my new XC60. From what I have experienced so far with Premier Volvo, I don’t think that will be an issue and the way my experience so far has gone, I would definitely go back and purchase from them again.

Husband took my 2014 XC60 in for the seat belt recall only. Was told that one of the break pads was low & really needed to be fixed right now. The seat belt is no where near the brakes! Every time we bring our car in their always seems to be an expensive part that needs to be done right now. Last time that happened I was told I needed a motor mount right away got a second opinion & found out that they were lying. To think my 5 year old car is falling apart so. I love my Volvo, and have had excellent service all over the world. This is the only service center I just dont trust.

I had an appointment to get my 2 key fobs for my 2008 S40i reprogrammed because they stopped working and replacing the batteries didn’t work. Resetting the keys according to online instructions did not solve the problem either. Was advised the service shouldn’t take more than an hour, then after two hours was told that the keys could not be reprogrammed, I would have to buy new fobs and pay to have software downloaded to program the new keys to the tune of about $800. Next they said they only had one key in stock, so if I wanted 2 key fobs I would have to come back and pay for the software to be downloaded again. What? They said the software expires after 24 hours. Really? If I pay for it on my car, why does it expire. Total scam, service department could care less, no sense of doing what’s right, must have huge commission incentives from Volvo to load on the fees. Good luck caring for your vehicle at this dealership.

Scheduling was super simple. Had my first scheduled factory maintenance and hadn’t been to this dealership before. Staff was really helpful about the timeline and keeping me up to date and getting me out of there on time. No surprises, overall a very pleasant experience. My wait at the dealership was great as well. No one bothered me and I was able to work in peace during the work day.

Premier Volvo exceeds expectations. Brought my car for diagnostics and they kindly made a temporary adjustment until we can come back for permanent solution. I’ve never dealt with a dealership that accommodates its customers this way. And for the record, we didn’t even buy the car from them. We bought it used from another dealership. Still, they treated me with great service. We will definitely consider Premier when we are ready for a new car.

I recently bought a used car from premier Volvo cars in overland Park off Metcalf and 79th Street. I found the car online put in all the numbers put in my trade value of my car and everything worked out to a T. Theres a no hassle, no pressure sales team that is great. The finance guy was amazing thanks Jason, you should ask for him by name. He does a remarkable job, even stayed late an hour past their closing time just so we could get in our vehicle that day. They had several used cars to choose from and we bought a car that wasnt even the brand that they sold normally, but we are very pleased with the MDX.......and the flashlight😉

I have used this Volvo dealership for over 20 years as I typically receive pleasant, efficient service from the people and I do appreciate the convenience of the loaner vehicle. Hector was my Advisor on this particular service and he was incredibly helpful, he called several times during the day with updates ~ he advised replacement of the battery which was done and when I picked up my car he helped me re-install phone access for “hands free calls” and he also helped replace my fob battery, so I was in a good space by end of day! He was kind, helpful and pleasant which made this trip for maintenance a really good one! Thank you!

Simple, clean and friendly staff. I stayed for 2+ hours for service since they dont have available car loaner. They have snack, coffee and wifi. 4 stars because I couldnt find an outlet to charge my laptop while working and waiting since no car loaner available to go back to office. I waited for 2+ hours. Overall, the advisor is great and approachable even after I went back after the service because the ride experience is kind of odd due to newly rotated tire. Good and well explained why it does like that. Will observe for few days and see how it goes.

My advice is to avoid this dealership. I love my car, but wont purchase from this dealership again. I have repeatedly told the service department that the radio will arbitrarily start playing when no one is in the car and the key fob isnt near the car and this hasnt been fixed. Additionally, I recently took my car in for service. I told the service advisor about a rattle the car makes. He told me he would drive the car and listen for the rattle. Later, he told me my car was ready. I asked about the rattle and he said the technician said there was no rattle. I asked if he (the advisor) had driven the car to hear the rattle. He said he was too busy and that specific issues were handled during the week. My expectation as a customer was 1) make promises you can and will keep 2) dont dismiss your customers experience. The car actually does rattle - I have heard it and other drivers of my car have heard it.

I totaled my car one week before Xmas I had to make a auto purchase without a plan. It was a stressful time for me but I decided to go check out the Volvo dealership. I made an appointment with them and when I walked in Nick Kost greeted me soon as I walked in. I told him I just wanted to checkout a few cars and that I won’t be buying right away. Nick was very professional and friendly. I have purchased many cars in the past and Nick did not act like the salesman I’m use to dealing with. I had many questions to Nick and he was very helpful when he wasn’t able to answer them he took his time to find out for me. I left the dealership that afternoon but went back the same evening to test drive and met Jerry the manager for more questions I had. I ended up purchasing my first Volvo that night. Both Jerry and Nick made this car buying experience and decision very easy for me.
