This is an amazing dealership with some great people! I ending up buying my first Ducati from Hudson Valley Motorcycles because I could not find a white V2 anywhere. This dealership, Andrew specifically, helped me through the buying process and shipping options as I am from Texas! Due to some unfortunate events I ended up driving up to New York from Texas to pickup my bike (3300 miles and 53 hours). The whole time the dealership was very helpful and responsive and there for questions all the way through the process. Even after getting back to Texas with the bike the dealership still checkon me and the bike! Great customer service and I they will be getting my business again despite the long distance!

As a first time rider and buyer of a motorcycle I can say that there was no better place to start seriously considering where to buy my motorcycle than at Hudson Valley Motorcycles. My review is based on my experience at the store in March and April 2021 and I hope it describes the great service and attention I received from the whole team throughout my visits there.A visit to the store is a must-do first stop, it is fully stocked with all the different motorcycle models that a beginner rider will need to see before they set their eyes on the motorcycle for them. The gear section is very well stocked and you can start to get a feeling for the equipment that you will need. My most important contact at the store was Andrew who was with me all the way from the initial questions I had about motorcycling all the way to the actual delivery of my motorcycle to my front door. He was attentive, responded to all my questions, and thoughtful. Most importantly, him and his team walked me through the different options I had when it came to either buying my bike outright, financing it, fees and taxes, and insurance documents needed. I would always have my questions answered through text on the same day. I decided on one of their spectacular Ducati Scramblers which Jimmy delivered on time and in perfect condition. They also have the own service area where I highly recommend to take your bikes to for routine maintenance and parts.To all the first time riders still undecided about where to start their motorcycling journey, the best place to start is at Hudson Valley Motorcycles!

I traveled 300 miles and can say before my pick up,and day of pickup It was the best dealer customer service,transparency,follow through on terms,communication everything was excellent.I was treated like I was a local regular and Im 300 miles away Andrew my salesman was great, service was immaculate and accomodating, parts was excellent in answering all my questions things I asked for they could of sold me I didnt need and things I didnt know I needed they offered choices without pushing.My only regret is Im not local and Im too far to use them regularly for services etc.But I damn sure would buy another motorcycle from them and make the trip.I am impressed how well I was treated coming from so far.Id recommend them to everyone.

I called and spoke to Andrew and told him specifically that I do not have the appropriate requirements to test ride the motorcycle, that I am a beginner rider and do not have my motorcycle license.I then proceeded to ask if someone else that meets your requirements can test drive it for me. I am very aware of your policy and its requirements. Andrew never offered that my friend would test drive it for me, I offered because I understood I did not meet the conditions of the policy to test ride the motorcycle.The issue was that Andrew was very blunt and said that You do not need anyone to test ride the motorcycle, the bike is in great mechanical shape and that there is nothing that my friend would be able to give me after the test ride. I told Andrew as a consumer I have every right to thoroughly check/inspect any product before finalizing a purchase. Unfortunately, that’s not how I do business. Andrew had a problem that someone else would be test riding it for me and you can tell by his response. Once he knew I was a beginner rider his whole demeanor changed. Yes, he agreed to my conditions, but he also stated to call ahead on Tuesday to ensure the bike was still there and not sold. He was extremely arrogant and cocky. This has nothing to do with test riding or his recommendation because I did not take anything offensively, hes a jerk and only does business the way he wants to conduct it. If its not going his way, then youre a nobody to him. First impressions are lasting impressions.

Fantastic experience so far with the sales and service team at HVMC. I came in with an awkward situation (trying to trade in a bike I had just bought elsewhere) and they calmly guided me through what could have been an ordeal. I got the right bike for me and have absolutely no complaints about the final deal we agreed to. Also want to note how responsive the team is! These guys deserve praise for being the rare dealership that doesnt practice sleezy tactics. Highly recommend.

Just had one of my bikes in for service. As busy as this shop stays they always give realistic times of when to drop the bike off and when to expect it done. Steave in service is a pleasure to deal with returning emails when information and pricing is needed on product.Owning a business myself I understand the importance of taking care of the customer and this shop never fails to do just that.

One of the better retail experiences I have had. Was able to make a purchase remotely, with help through phone calls and texts and it was seamless. Great customer service, and when I picked up the bike I was also very impressed with the dealership and their inventory. Although I decided not to purchase the bike, he was not pushy in any way and respected my decision. I bought a new Ducati Scrambler from these guys sight unseen and had a great experience all round. The customer service from the sales rep, Andrew Sedo, was excellent - I used the direct text msging feature to contact them about the bike’s availability and they were super responsive and organized from beginning to end (unlike a lot of the dealers in NY). In just a matter of texts, I had a new bike delivered right to my door in NYC - complete with all the paperwork, new reg, frame sliders (they helped order and install these as I’m new biking), and a quick demo of the bike’s features on the side of the street. It was awesome.

Hudson Valley is the best Ducati dealership. They are always packed tells you a whole lot.I went to Rockwell Cycles and made a huge mistake by letting them work on my bike. They did a job that caused oil to get all over my bike,tire and me. My leak got all over my friends front tire and him. Could of killed us both. They told me I worked on my own bike liars thay cause the leak liars. The owner told me to fix it myself. Also they are over priced and have bad attitudes.Go to the professionals Hudson Valley.

Ive been a customer of Hudson Valley Motorcycles for close to 15 years now. In that time Ive purchased several new and used bikes from them. Theyve always done right by me in terms of pricing and trade-in values and the guys in the service department go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right and to address any issues or concerns I may have. Bought my first cylinder motorcycle here mid June 2020. I went from a BMW G310 to a Ducati Panigale V4S (big jump I know 😆) I couldn’t be happier with my purchase first you can’t beat their prices or customer service. My sales person was Teddy, he was patient and answered all my questions; at the time of delivery he was very detailed and helped me understand the electronics of the motorcycle. After I bought my motorcycle I bought all my accessories and parts (see my sweet TT limited edition Arai Helmet) from here again EXCELLENT Customer service. The bike went for her first service after a month (yes I rode 900+ miles in a month) they gave it back to me quickly (made an appt) and squeaky clean. Did I mention they also custom paint motorcycles???? Definitely recommend tell Teddy Javi sent you.

Excellent dealership. I went in here looking for a new adv bike. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They arent pushey on selling you a particular bike. They want you on what is going to fit your needs best and arm you with all the knowledge you need to make that decision. I am disappointed that I didnt get my bike from here because thay just didnt have it in stock. I definitely will be recommending people to this shop.

Honestly this place is the best. I recently moved back into town and first stop I made was dropping by Ducati for service. Steve is a consummate gentleman and highly knowledgable. His communication skills are 10/10. Its so hard to find someone that does what they say they will any more. STEVE! This guy is so good that I sent him a picture this morning of a bolt I snapped on the bike and with in hours he replied said he would put aside the bolt for me and to come pick it up at my convenience. A1 people. Not to mention the mechanical work I have had done is amazing. Great shop cannot say enough good things.

I just returned from spending 6 hours at HVMC, which was no fault of theirs but rather a testament to their professionalism. This is my first time using their service following many years at BMW NY and a few at Triumph of Westchester, both of which are respectable and fine establishments. The service professionals at HVMC waited all day to access a password in order to reset my odometer. This was not their responsibility, but they embraced the task and would not surrender. HVMC is head and shoulders above any motorcycle shop Ive ever dealt with. They had the patience to instruct me on my Multistrada instrument board after already completing their tasks. MOTORCYCLE WHEEL FELL OFF! I had my tires replaced by this shop and the axle bolt was not fully tightened when wheels were installed. After 68 miles the bolt worked its way to the end of thread and fell off on the highway forcing the axle to slip out of frame. Luckily I was going slow and was able to control the bike.The owner had zero empathy for the situation and did not give me any indication that he would address this issue with his staff.

Saw a beautiful low mile 2015 Ducati 899 on their website and contacted the dealer. Edwin Tomayo contacted me the next day and we talked about the bike. Within hours I wired the money to them and they arranged shipping. The whole process was effortless and the entire staff at Hudson Valley Motorcycles was amazing. I would recommend that anyone looking for a bike, even from out of state, give them a try. The shipping service they used had an amazing truck and treated my bike like it was their own.

They sell dirt bikes, sell dirt bike tires, service dirt bikes, they would not mount my dirt bike tire. They said they dont mount tires. I guess because I did not buy the tire from them they would not mount it. I have bought a bunch of things from them, no more.

My experience with HVMC has been nothing short of stellar. I inquired about a Ducati V4S Corse on 11/1/19 and spent many nights exchanging emails with Duane about the bike. I visited the dealership to take a look at the bike and I was greeted by Duane who was extremely friendly, not pushy and attended and answered all my questions. I was coming from an 899 Panigale and Duane took the time to get an understanding of what my wants were in a motorcycle. He couldve sold me the bike on the spot and be done with it. But instead Duane talked to me about the V2 and let me go home and think about it. I thought about it for a few more weeks and decided the V4S was the bike I wanted. Duane made the process so easy and seamless. I couldnt believe how straight forward the process was. This was my 3rd motorcycle and this was the most pleasant experience. All my emails were responded to within minutes! Duane was so helpful in explaining Ducatis warranty process and the cost to purchase the additional warranty instead of trying to push me to buy something I didnt understand or want. When filling out the paperwork I was speaking with Teddy in the back about my purchase and he knew SOOOO much about the bike. NEVER have I met someone so knowledgable and so passionate about Ducatis. He even stayed with me an hour after the dealership closed to talk to me about all the features of the bike. The excitement he brings with him made me super excited about buying a high performance motorcycle in the middle of winter. The day after Thanksgiving, Duane arranged for the bike to be delivered at my home because I was worried about the cold weather. He made it happen and even the delivery guy was excited for my purchase. When you buy a bike from this place you not only get the service but I got a stellar deal that you couldnt find across the entire country. I was thinking of selling my 899 Panigale because of the hassles of riding and this dealership found me a bike that made me fall in love with riding all over again. I live an hour away from them in New Jersey and Im really happy with my purchase and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Edwin is the man! He found me a great deal on a 2019 Ducati Scrambler and made the entire process of purchase and financing as easy as possible. Their truck was broken but the owner Rich kindly gave me a ride from the Ossining train station to the dealership. If you want no bs or run-around, go to these guys. I didn’t know it at the time, but Hudson Valley has been doing business since 1966. Quality and customer care are what stand the test of time.

I am super unhappy with my experience at this place. My husband and I are new to motorcycling. We didnt have the home dealership yet- the people you always go to and trust. We truly have an opinion now after our negative experience with Hudson Valley.Background: We decided to take a Saturday trip up to the Bear Mountain area for test rides and shopping. Hudson Valley was our first place to visit on the trip, but we werent allowed to test ride because it was raining. So, we went to Rockwell (LOVED THIS PLACE). If Rockwell had the motorcycle my husband was looking to buy, we would have signed the papers right then and there. Since they didnt have what we wanted, we went to Gold Coast where we ended up deciding to sign the paperwork. We LOVED Ben and the people at Gold Coast!!!Now, to present day... My motorcycle is on its way to Gold Coast. I called Hudson Valley to see if they had one that Gold Coast could possibly trade so I can get it quicker from GC (everyone knows everyone in this business) and I literally got the longest speech from Romy about how I used dealerships by going to test ride at dealerships that we didnt buy from??? No, We didnt use dealerships for their test rides. We just didnt know who to buy from yet..... thank you for clarifying things for us though. We already knew we felt more comfortable at Gold Coast, but the speech I got on the phone today only solidified our feelings.

I had to call the dealer with questions about a rare Ducati custom motorcycle. Romy was super helpful, taking the time to explain details and important considerations. Super easy buying experience. I knew what I wanted and contacted a few different dealers. One replied saying they wouldnt give a price quote online/over the phone.. other places didnt even bother replying to me at all. Duane, however, contacted me promptly (way sooner than I expected!). We worked out a deal and I got the bike the next day. Very low pressure, well organized, and I was riding home 20 minutes after arriving. Highly recommend HVM!

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Great experience with Romy & Duane with trading in my old bike towards a new Ducati. I also brought in my ATV and my kids dirt bikes for service, and everything went smoothly from drop-off to pick-up. Prices are fair, and they got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Its nice to have a shop actually explain different options and make you feel comfortable, rather than like a victim. Couldnt ask for more, I will gladly do business with them again.

I stopped at Hudson Valley Motorcycles on my return from a vacation. They are not my local Ducati dealer as they are several hours from my home. I did buy an Arai helmet from them, but no bike...yet! Great place and great group of people.

I had an unfortunate experience with a recently bought bike from another NY Ducati dealership. Mechanical issues had me stranded and in need of a tow on 2 separate occasions (not the bikes fault it was due to mishandling at the dealership/ improper assembly after service).Both times I had the bike towed to HVMC and Steve and the crew were able to diagnose the issue and have me riding again incredibly quickly. Despite the issues not being their fault they went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make sure I was happy.Theyve definitely won my business (I should have purchased the Ducati there to begin with).Extremely professional and polite, as long as I have a motorcycle Ill be returning to HVMC. HVMC is fantastic! I was in touch with Corey for 2 motorcycles, he was very kind and amazingly helpful to the point I didn’t even get any of those instead I went home with a Monster 797 after they took my Can Am RSS Trade in!
