Literally the cleanest and most organized dollar store I have ever been to! Friendly employees that strive to provide great quality customer service and a safe enviroment. Oh and they have cleaning and paper products too!

Employers here are terrible,, I had gone in to buy laundry detergent, it rang up more than the shelf price. I mentioned that and the rude girls said it went up but just hadn’t changed shelf price yet,, a male young employee went back to check and said it was what it rang up as.. I said “you guys need to get it together here” the shelf price I saw was correct,, I checked on their app.. it was the price I thought.. AND they weren’t giving reciepts because the printer was not working,, I quit going there for a long time because of lack of caring about customers, I only started going there again for convenience, but I would rather drive to Walmart than be treated ungrateful and lied to and cheated on prices! Where do they find their employees.. 🤦‍♀️

Today my fiancee went into the family dollar (780 Nova rd. Ormond beach) to do some lite shopping. A girl with blond hair and glasses approached her and accused her of stealing makeup. She claimed another customer saw her. My fiancee was shocked and denied the claim. My fiancee offered to let them search her and her purse. They declined. They took her upfront to the manager. She was just rude and demanded she leave and never come back. At the same time the other employees were harassing and mocking her. I will not repeat the names they called her. This type of treatment is just unacceptable. We visit this store 4 to 5 times a week as it is the closest one to us. I can honestly say we will not be shopping there anymore.

Its very very clear that these ppl r getting paid minium wage.......when u pay minium wage u get minium effort.......I gave up going here bc they dont know how to stock the shelves

I always stop at Family on my way home. Quick place to pick up milk, frozen fruit, vegetables, chips, to, or just about any thing else you might need.

Had paper bounty towels, good scotts toilet paper and bleach whips. Along with coffee. Store well stocked and great service.

The cashier with the black hair was extremely rude and Im assuming it is because I was carrying a backpack and riding a bike. She needs to stop judging people. I ride my bike back and forth to work. I just stopped in to grab something on my way home.

This is a pretty nice place. The workers are very friendly, (they have to deal with a lot in this location) prices are good, and its easy and quick to get in and out unless you go right around 5 when they are most busy. My only complaint is that because of its location and the fact that the are a lot of trees obscuring visibility, a lot of people hang around outside that I would rather avoid waking near to. But they usually are around the side of the building or the back of the lot, so as long as you park in front of the door, youre good.

Terrible customer service from the cashier working on Saturday, 1/5/2019 at 4:55pm. Young, fair skinned female with long brown hair. She was argumentative with me about the price on the water that rang up differently in the cash register. She didnt even bother to look at the posted price because she was too busy having a personal side conversation with her male friend visiting her at work. She proceeded to argue with me about taxes on food and water, stating that the taxes are needed to build the Mexican wall. Her attitude was poor and her behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable. She shouldnt be interacting with customers if she hasnt been properly trained.

Dollar is the cleanest most organized store for a Family Dollar Store mr. Melvin Carolyn and his crew and her crew do an excellent job of updating and refacing the store pretty much instantly I love shopping there

Really enjoyed the place close to 4 and things that we needed to do over at Florida Regional Hospital clean clean and everyone at the desk was very helpful thanks again 225 Kim Mills and Cheryl Roberti thanks again for all your help to all the staff members at the Comfort Inn happy holidays to you all

Never in my life have I ever seen a place close more than open . Because the machine is down always . This is just ridiculous . If they cant fix it . Then closed that store down.

Employees r very kind. Food is fresh & 9nce I forgot my wallet & they said Dont worry, I se u next time of course I came back & made it right! Great place to relax.

I would give this store no stars but I have to give at least one star just to write something on here. Ive already contacted corporate but I figured Id write on here how unprofessional one of the managers is named Amanda the tall skinny one and then the little short stubby girl who works there. How they both talk s*** and laugh about customers underneath their breath and then when you call them out on it they say theyre going to call the cops on you. But yet they let bums sit outside of their store all day and drink and they dont do nothing about that to clean up the area. But they want to call the cops on people that are paying for their things and just asked for a simple little return and had the receipt. Very unprofessional manager and these two people definitely should not work in customer service. Hopefully corporate will handle their manager Amanda appropriately :) I on the other hand will never shop here again its a disgusting store and a disgusting area with nothing but bums.

Their ok some staff are pretty rude, and their return/exchange policy sucks. You get what you pay for, attitude and ignorance. They also need to do something about all the bums they have living in their bushes, its uncomfortable when you have people constantly begging for money when your getting in and out of your vehicle!

I hide in the back of the store and eat raw bacon.

Poor customer service always bss not doing there job lock bathroom doors saying out of service cause no one wants to clean them . this is all the time not just today I will never come here again all employees need a course on good customer service or your losing alot of business sad but true very poor store manager is just as bad no customer service at all shoukd NEVER be a manager

The store manager was very rude. I walked in and was looked at as if i was from outer space. No hello or welcome to family dollar. I was watch as if i was a thief. Even after i made my purchase i was not thanked for being a customer. Very bad service . Never ever again will i walk into those doors . I do think they meed another manager if she can not for fill her job.

The store manager was so rude and unprofessional. She had 6 customers waiting in line while following me in the store every aisle. I purchased all my items she NEVER spoke not when I came in or left. This store needs new management asap. She shouldnt treat customers like thiefs.

I only go in for coffee or last minute things because it’s so close.. however the store is so filthy dirty and the last two days the outside trash can next to front door is literally spilling over trash .. not very friendly employees at all.. I don’t anticipate doing business there anymore.. just can’t stand how dirty it is..
