Extremely happy with the sales advice, Judy, and the entire team. Our living room and dining room are perfect. A minor flaw was repaired in a couple of days. We are looking forward to enjoying our furniture fir many years.We searched every furniture store to make sure we got the best - and we did!!

Kudos to Kathy McFarland for superior customer service and attention. She was a wonderful host to us when we were couch shopping and had a wealth of information. Ultimately, helping us decide which couch to buy. Would definitely shop at her Ormond Beach store again in the future!

Based upon the longevity of earlier purchases (18 years) we chose two sofas sight unseen from their sales catalogue. Absolutely gorgeous, top quality examples of what Ethan Allen is known for arrived within the month. Delivery guys indulged my indecisiveness of where to place them with good humor. We are thrilled with the results. We think McFarland’s, Daytona Beach is simply the absolutely very best ever.

The salesperson never informed us that we had a choice of fillers to be used in the cushions of our furniture. She simply ordered the upgraded selection, I never was given a financial choice either.It is not about the extra charge it is about my allergies. The higher cost option included the cushion fillers to contain 5% feathers which I am allergic. The corporation would not replace or redo the cushions and indicated by mail that I did not state in my $40,000 furniture contract not to use feathers. I find this response to be unconscionable. No one called me from McFarlands. We received only a letter from someone named Kathy indicating we could pay for new cushions if the feathers bothered me. You would think a reprimand would at least be initiated towards the salesperson in error.If you enter a contract with Ethan Allen/McFarland you had best worry about what is not in it, rather than what is.

Stopped in to look at some bunkbeds for the kids great selection

The sales lady was nice but the furniture quality is terrible. We bought two bedroom sets as well as a large dining room table and 12 chairs. In the first week the table was badly scratched from slight contact with my sunglasses. We brought this to the attention of the owners/management asking for some kind of solution or a return. The owners were rude, completely unhelpful and told us all sales were final and we were stuck with this poor quality furniture. It turns out the finish on all the wood is a thin paint coating which has no durability at all and not the normal stain we expected. We went as far as contacting Ethan Allen directly and they were no more help than the owners of the store. Avoid this business at all costs!
