I loved my 17 GMC. A sluggish 6 cylinder, but pretty and loaded. After a 12 hr shift, went in for an oil change, Jessica comes n says suspension...1,800 plus tax etc. Had it said 2+ years? They are overselling, again!! I paid for the oil, went to another dealer and bought a new truck, right then.

Chris was helpful, personable, and efficient. I went to the mall while my car was getting worked on. Chris kept communication open while I was there and let me know when to head to the front to be picked up. My only issue is I’m really bad at calculating when I need an oil change and a sticker with my next oil change date was not provided.

I had a great experience at the Fountain Auto Mall service center. My service advisor Vanessa Vargas and her team did a great job!. While my car was being serviced my advisor Vanessa kept me on the loop and was very helpful and courteous. The team at the waiting room was very kind and welcoming. I had been to other dealerships in the past and i can say that this by far was the best customer service Ive ever received. I plan to continue coming back for my cars services here at Fountain Auto Mall in the future. I would like to thank Vanessa Vargas and her excellent team.

Dealt with Brian G at Fountain Mitsubishi. After a bad experience with another Mitsubishi dealership, Toyota of Orlando, and Greenway Kia, we found a Brian and bought a car in about 2 hours. He was a fair negotiator, a nice guy that seemed to genuinely care about what we were looking for, and I think we got a great car. I absolutely would suggest you find Brian if you want Mitsubishi or a Buick or a GMC.

I had two lovely people helping me. One was a lady named Jessica and another gentleman whose name has slipped my mind. Both took very good care of me. Jessica checked in on me numerous times throughout the process and kept me up to date on everything. When some minor issues were found, she explained them to me and what she’d recommend, but overall left the decision up to me without being pushy. Exceptional team!

I was sold a Mitsubishi by Grant in late February/early March. During the sale I specifically asked multiple times when the car needs repair/service, I would need a vehicle due our jobs. My wife and I both work in the medical field and we cannot miss work due to Covid. She is a RN at the hospital and I fix life critical systems. He said if we work it out ahead of time it would be no problem. Come to find out when the car has an warranty issue there are no rentals/loaner vehicles ever. I then spoke to the service manager which has worked there more than eight years tells me there is no such thing as loaner vehicles/rentals for Mitsubishi at all. I then call Grant and ask him why he did not tell me the truth and he said oh they mustve changed policy, which is not true. He will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale of a vehicle. The classic bait and switch move. The entire sale of this vehicle was based upon the fact of getting a loaner/rental when the car needs service or repair.

Typically I receive great service fromFountain Auto Mall service team however my experience Monday, August 3, 2020 was less than stellar. The service tech flat out lied about the service I requested and an effort to charge me for a part I divider need. Extremely disappointing which is why I won’t be bringing me vehicle back after six years of service and two new vehicle purchases.

I took my car for a diagnosis for a service engine light, after $500. Engine light was still on but I should not worry because everything is fine.... The assistant manager LIED to me over and over again, she questioned if the service light was really on because everytime I will bring the car back, the light will mysteriously dissappear. She will clear the light and pretent my car was fine and would look at me as if I was crazy. I was FORCE to pay to get my keys back. When I complaint and ask for the actual manager, he was busy off course. I waited for hours. The front desk lady asked the mechanic to give me a real diagnostic. And SURPRISE it was for an extra 3k. What did they do before??? Things I didnt need just to charge. But the Venezuelan assistant manager had assured me several times my car was fine and she would guaranteed that repeatedly. I am glad I showed proof to my bank and got my money back. DONT EVER TRY TO USE THEIR EXPERIENCED MECHANICS. Anyone is nice when you are buying but you truly know their service quality when you have issues!

I would like to make it clear that this dealership wasted my time and don’t know how to detract deductions on a tax return. I have applied at other banks and have gotten approvals. Not only did they lie like a typical dealership but they became irate and annoyed when I challenged the deal. First of all I took an extra day off work and lost revenue because they said the deal was done and lied . If they say other wise and try to slander me this is the resolve of this dealership and the reason why Caravana thrives and it’s easier to deal with and no BS.

At the end of 2019 I decided to buy a vehicle in Orlandos Mitsubishi fountain for my wife, I decided on a new mirage. A tire was deflated a month and a guarantee that I had did not cover that. Then after a week the car left me on the interstate, the crane service never answered my phone. I paid the crane with my money, took the car to the seller, and my surprise is that the warranty does not cover transmission, I had a month without a vehicle paying for uber, I had to buy another car of another brand. When I asked the seller named Sebastian for help, I didnt know anything and couldnt do anything. He went to the finance manager who spoke Spanish and I almost ran from the place (I speak little English). I have never felt more humiliated as a buyer in my life, now I have to pay for a new car that I have in the garage since I am defective and they are not responsible.

Not accurate inspection on vehicles. Car was in service for a new battery prior to service I had requested fluids to be topped off service advisor said its a routine all fluids will be topped off. I check my vehicle nothing was filled. Recommendations were made that the vehicle does not need.

I can seriously say that this was the BEST one on one and FASTEST service I have ever experienced and received since I last purchased my new car 14 years ago in New Jersey. To know that there is a company out there that is true and here to sincerely help me was a HUGE relief since I had experienced a nightmare in 2012 at a different dealership in Kissimmee. Brian Garrett of Fountain Mitsubishi did the impossible to help me get what I was looking for. My mother, fiance and I just left this dealership. My mother had Every intention on getting a new 2016 outlander today. We were outside looking around for about 20 minutes and she even got inside of one to test out the feel which was located directly in front of the building and not one salesperson came out to greet us or see how we were doing or anything. First off, let me just say I shouldve heeded everyones warnings about this place being horrible.I called Saturday, October 7th, to order a part for my car. I was told that it could take up to a week to receive the part. I called back today to check on the status of my order and was told that they had no records of any parts ordered. So, I had to order it again and wait longer for the part I need for my car. The man on the phone asked me if I remembered who I spoke to and I told him I didnt remember because I had spoken to him last week. He then proceeded to say to me with a condescending tone well, usually, I write the names of the people I talk to ...are you serious? I shouldnt have to write peoples names down when I order parts from a dealer I should be trusting with my business and personal information! If he had asked out of genuine concern or to help find the order i wouldve understood but he was just being rude. Its obvious they didnt care enough to make sure my order was processed correctly and the man that helped me over the phone didnt care to give me a good customer service experience and didnt even apologize for the mistake they made.Im not one to care too much about mistakes that happen in business or orders because were all human, I dont expect perfection but this pissed me off because you could tell they just didnt care. Dont bother with this place. Theres better dealers with staff that at least make an effort to earn your business with a good reputation.Avoid it like the plague.

Mitsubishi dont overcome objections and dont have a qualified costumer service.I have a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander (never again) that for a second time has the AC condensor leaking and needs replacement. I guess that company expects me to pay ever 1 1/2 year for a current malfunction that they know about it.

It was a horrible experience, I will file a complaint to the business bureau and social media, Van McCray sales lady  she give us a fake smile for  beginning,  then she tried to sell us a Mirage,  the onlin eprice  was $9188, and she was pushing us to buy the car for $15995, when we refused she change her face and she got an attitude with us, and said the manager MJ wont talk to us, my daughter was so sad and disappointed,  she took a day off from work to buy a car,  that was your her 1st time buying a new car, she is 25 years old girl, Instead of making it a happy time for her it was really a sad and horrible time, Its not right to treat people like that, and try to scam us big time.
