I’ve purchased cars from dealership around the country. I have my cars serviced in Orlando. I go to Toyota Of Orlando, Porsche of Orlando, Fields BMW, and now Automation Chevrolet. Autonation Chevrolet is honestly the first dealership I have ever been to where as soon as I walk in the door I’m engulfed by an atmosphere of people that clearly hate their jobs. Whether it’s waiting for service, or waiting for parts, I can’t even expect a call back once something is finished. I have to call in myself over the span of weeks (for items I’m told should take a couple of days) to check the status of things. Customer service isn’t helpful, and actually expresses annoyance for calling in. I’m forced to speak to someone that again obviously hates their job. This is a disgusting dealership, and that has nothing to do with cleanliness. Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced at a dealership. I’m so glad I did not purchase my vehicle from here. I will gladly take the 30 minutes travel to find another dealership when I’m in need of service/parts or future car purchases. Be weary being a customer here, and if you already are I’m sorry.

Service tech Chris was easy to talk to and explain why I had brought my truck in for service. he answered my questions . I had my first oil change and wheel rotation an although there was a sensor light on the dash it was addressed. I was informed that the sensor had to be ordered. I was satisfied that the issue was address and the it would be taken care off whit in a few days.

I spent 3 hours waiting for a scheduled oil change before I noticed that my truck hadnt been worked on yet. While waiting I visited the quick appraisal desk - I never received the appraisal (my truck was ready (he had 2 hours to complete the appraisal) so I left my email with the man at the desk... no response). I also asked for a print out of the CarFax before I left - to ensure that the work was reported - again, I left my email, no response. They did however offer me a free car wash because of the wait.

Service department hours in their automated system stated opened hours when they were not. When I came to pick my vehicle, they were not able to help.Update: the managers called and rectified. Updated from 1 star to 5 stars as they went above and beyond and understood the issues. I would recommend them and they will help you if anything goes not according to plan.

Working with the staff, especially Kenny, was a pleasure and seamless. Coming out of a lease with a previous dealership where all the staff was pushy and unhelpful and left a bad taste in my mouth, autonation was the exact opposite. I don’t recommend coming here. They lie to you to get you inside but when you get there it’s a whole other story. Customer service here is horrible and when the manager inspected my car, he didn’t say anything to me but just take one swoop around my car and then that was it. When I made the appointment I ask how long would it take was told 1.5-2 hours which I told myself this is something I can do even though most dealers only take about 1.25 hours. But the worse part is that they took almost 4 hours and this is unacceptable. After waiting 3 hours I asked the service Rep how much more time he said will be out in a few minutes which became like an additional 45. This does not provide customer satisfaction at all.Thanks again, hopefully next time is better!!!

Im sitting here with my bumper hanging into traffic, crammed in a disorganized mess of vehicles, trying to drop my car off for service. Appointment was for 7am. Its now 7:03 but the entrance is blocked. They apparently block the entrance until around 7am or whenever someone decides to show up for work. Would have been nice if someone had informed me of this practice when I scheduled the appointment. Id recommend that someone unblock the entrance at least 10 min before the first appointment of the day.

Work was done in timely manner. Tom is always very friendly, helpful and professional! Love that my car got washed too!

I came in for an oil change upon receiving my vehicle back i noticed something that was in my middle console on driver seat when i got in car. CLEARLY upon opening my middle console it was gon through in dept like WHY is there a need to go through my personal belongings?? This has happened at another chevy dealership and i stopped going there. There is absolutely no reason for that and they cant even state they were looking for rim key because I DID NOT get a rotation!! I would like this matter addressed with service department because its really disgusting that i cant even take my vehicle to get serviced without getting my personal things ransacked through!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH once my free oil changes are done i DO NOT plan on returning to this dealership as the last one that did the exact same thing!! They didnt even attempt to at least put the things back how they found it!!! This behavior is really ridiculous!!

I had been rating this dealership highly. Unfortunately, I will not recommend them anymore. I purchased a brand new Silverado 1500-Blue from them. The sales floor manager Safaa Slimani had promised me she would process a GM Card Points redemption after the sale because I was having an issue. The GM Card Points redemption center knew of the issue and stated that this process is done frequently and can be performed ONLY BY THE DEALERSHIP. They do not send money to the customer-EVER! Again, She stated that after purchase redemption was ok by her and would be performed.After the issue was resolved, I approached Safaa several times about the issue being resolved and that she could perform redemption. In a text message from Safaa after several texts her response: just tell GM Card to send you a check and then refused to accept anymore texts from me. So basically, once they promise you something, they cant deliver because they are not trained properly, then jettison you as a customer and are politely rude and think you will just go away.I will NEVER recommend this Autonation, nor any other from this point forward. I have contacted their main offices and reported her. I have also reported Autonation to the Gm Card Points redemption center.Safaa had also agreed to a $250.00 refund on a bed cover for the pick up and has also reneged on that arrange also.So all told Autonation has cost me nearly $1000.00. It is true, buyer beware of promises by Autonation as they jettison you once they are done delivering the car to you!Shame on Autonation!

I had an 11:00 appointment and was there 10 minutes early. Took over 2 hours to get a oil change. I was told when I asked the service desk employee that 90 minutes is normal. I have taken my truck to several different dealerships for oil changes and it has never taken this long. Thought I would try Autonation because it is close to my work but ended up taking up about 3 hours of my day. I will go somewhere that can get it done quicker next time.

I had a 8am appointment for a oil change. Showed up at 7:45 and left around 9:45.I asked around 9:15 (90 mins later) what was taking so long and the service advisor said they are doing recalls. I said all I need is a oil change right now and to please ask me if Id like other service done next time. When I paid, I asked what recalls were completed and to my surprise there were none completed. So in other words my car and myself sat there for 2 hours when all I needed was a 20-30 minute oil change. I will come back just because I prefer Chevrolet dealerships for all my service work but the service is subpar and the writer needs better communication.

What a great experience!! Jon was so easy to deal with. I called him at 8:30 (30 mins before they open!!) when I saw the brand new Trail Boss on his lot. Within 45 mins he’d called me back with a great deal.An hour later I was down there. The slowest part as always is working through the finance paperwork but even that was easy! The whole process from start to finish took about 4 hours.The trucks great and the service Jon provided was great too!

I bought a used E350 van. I had to drive it back to Indiana, about half way there I had to replace the rear shocks. I bought the van in March and here it is the end of July and I STILL DO NOT have tags. I leave messages that no one ever returns.I sent documents they said they needed for the tags then I headed to South Carolina. I called again about my tags. I was told they needed more documents and a vehicle inspection report that could only be done in Indiana so I had end my visit to drive all the way home for the inspection. The Van I bought to vacation with has been a nightmare.

I had an appointment for an oil change and whatever maintenance was required for 50,000 miles. When I arrived the rep told me I “missed” the 30,000 mile service.I told him I did not miss it. I purchased the vehicle from Auto Nation with almost 36,000 miles so the previous owner missed it. I also asked why it had not been done prior to Auto Nation selling the vehicle.He showed me a maintenance schedule and asked if I wanted the 30,000 mile service. I declined. He asked if I wanted the copy of the schedule and I said no. As I walked away he said, “great.”I asked why he said that and he told me I was being rude. I told him I could take my business elsewhere and he said, yes you could. The only reason I did not walk out was because I’m taking a road trip in two weeks and had no other free time to get my oil changed.I did leave on good terms with the rep after speaking with him, but really don’t know if I will return. As a customer service person he could of handled the situation much better instead of insulting me a calling me rude.He did give me some kind of coupon for something, but still don’t know if I will return.

From inexperienced employees to a very cutthroat and unprofessional finance manager, my experience there was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I got to the dealership, I knew something seemed wrong when over half of the car spots were empty. From that moment on, I had talked to 5 people and 4 of them, minus Luis (who was an absolute gem and kind person) knew nothing about what it was like to be a good car salesman. When we got down to trying to make a deal, the finance manager was extremely abrasive and did nothing but fought me on every valid point I tried to make to her. Completely rude and even raised her voice to me many times. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Ended up at Boniface Hiers in Melbourne and got a better car for a better price. Enter here at your own risk.
