Jonathan and his manager were super accommodating and offered to bring the car to my home the next day after work to see if its right for me.We ended up not doing that route but my Mother was able to go and trade in the car. She drove it back to the house and Jonathan followed with the paper work to our home. I was able to sign everything during my work break and see the car. You tell him what you want and dont want and he will tell you straight up if he can do it or not. This dealership is awful. I walked into Nissan interested in a Used Lexus they had. I purchased the car and returned the following day with concerns. Dealership offered no assistance assured me car was safe 10 days later, not so safe at no fault of my own. I was told accidents happen by Nissan. I had not had the car in possession for more than 18 days. Luckily for me I purchased a used Lexus. Lexus of Orlando( BEST DEALERSHIP EVER) Stepped up to the plate... I had an appointment to get my car serviced. When I arrived I was told to wait for an adviser. I basically waited 30 minutes to be told they can’t take my car today because I couldn’t drop it off. I explained to the adviser that I needed my car to get to and from work and I can’t be without a vehicle. He suggested possibly bringing my car in on a Saturday. I told him that when I called to make my appointment I was told that they only do express work on Saturdays so I was not able to make an appointment for Saturday for the diagnostic that’s why I made my appointment in the week. Apparently there’s a third party company that books their appointments, if that’s the case they should have an idea of the workload the service men have so they’re not overbooking.I’ve been coming to Universal Nissan for years to have my car serviced and this time got me really upset because I had to take time out of my work schedule to sit there to not be seen even though I had an appointment.

My experience of buying a vehicle at Universal Nissan made purchasing a vehicle was very easy and my salesman, Sarfaraz Ahmed made it an experience It was hassle free and I instantly felt comfortable and trusted him throughout the entire process. This is the 3rd time I have been here to replace a switch. Have 12 hours and 180 miles traveled to fix this problem. Would never recommend this place to anyone. When you arrive on your appointment time they tell you it will be a 2 to 3 hour wait. Before they have even looked at your car. Terrible customer service.They are very polite.

Far and away the worst Nissan dealership in Florida.. bought a car a month ago and it has a full warranty… needs a new battery ish happens not mad at it but their customer service is atrocious. They tell me they have no availability for days to change the battery and when I suggested I go buy a battery myself and put it in myself and they just reimburse me since everything is covered under warranty he keeps giving me the same unfortunately we have no availability speech for 20min … it’s a simple 10-20 min fix and I even offered to do it myself… what a joke

I recently went to Universal Nissan to turn in a fleet car and pick up my new vehicle. Sarfaraz is the greatest salesperson in the dealership. I had been dreading going into a dealership to deal with the barrage of shady salespeople. Not so much with Universal. Sarfaraz took his time with me, answered all of my questions and gave me a fair deal that didn’t leave me with a bad taste in my mouth. I’mGoing to see him when my next kid turns 16 for sure!

I have bad credit because I co-signed for friend. Now, my car broke down, I couldn’t get a car for myself. Everywhere I went, they said: I need $3000 to $5000 or a strong co-sign. I went to universal Nissan and my salesman was Sterling.As a matter of fact, with a $1000 down, I got a new versa. I love it cause I don’t have to call somebody else to pick me up.
