This place is AMAZING. The customer service is incredible and the prices are so affordable. We’ve been so impressed by their quality.There’s really no reason to shop at the big box stores. Most items can be purchased here at Imeca for less with the same or better quality than Home Depot/Lowe’s. It’s our new favorite place to shop for our home remodel.

First time shopper, permanent customer. Like any rookie wood worker, Ive been buying 8x4 plywood sheets at the big box stores. In these places, the wood is usually not flat and sometimes you are going through a couple sheets to find the best one. At Imeca, all the wood looks great. Their low quality is the best Ive purchased so far and it cost less. Ill be back for more as I continue to work on projects. Cant wait to work on projects with their higher end wood next and its affordable.

This is the worst company we have ever purchased lumber from and we order from a lot of companies. We were promised a unit of USPly brand birch plywood and received a non labeled cheap Chinese brand that splintered and shredded as it was cut. We were promised a new delivery over 15 times and were lied to each and every time. We opened a complaint with the BBB in which they did not respond. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

The place is very busy, and all the employees speak Spanish and or Portuguese, with English as their second language.

You arrive at this place and you waste two hours of your valuable time here to be served and to get what you ask for, bad salespeople !! To be such a small place and to get to buy few things, they do not attend you quickly, the sellers start talking and laughing, the customer can wait at least three hours.
