Absolutely painless process to get my truck inspected, scope of work and cost estimated, insurance approved, and work completed flawlessly and expeditiously from/by Orlando Auto Body.The list of shops that my insurance company told me to visit in order to get an estimate proved to be fruitless. I found this place with help from my godson. My carrier approved the scope and cost the same day.The final product looks great. The color, metallic, and color flop of the replaced panel matches perfect with the rest of the 5 year old truck. I had to resort to photos to remember which side was damaged.

A review from my other half:Ladies you know how it is going to any mechanic or repair shop alone. There is constantly scare language directed to you for an estimate. I went to 5 repair shops looking for someone to help me immediately with a rental car repair that was keyed on both sides due to vandalism. I was quoted prices from a few hundred to over $4500. With various colorful language on why it was going to cost so much. Even with me saying the manager at the Rental car place stating to me clearly, Dont let anyone tell you that you need a new paint job. You just need a good buff out. Be sure to bring the car back if anyone tries to scare you into painting a rental car. Each shop I said the same thing after they gave me their reasons why they cant buff it out and why it needs to be a new paint job on 6 panels. One of the 5 shops recommended this place Orlando Auto Body. He gave me their card and said Brad and Ron are really good hard working honest guys that should be able to help you out better for your situation. So I went over to them and met Ron. Ron LISTENED to what I needed, and what I didnt need. He still wasnt sure he could help me, but gave me an honest assessment of what he thinks they can do for me. He didnt promise me the moon, and he didnt scare me into something I clearly said I dont want and the rental company doesnt want either. He said he will try his best, but even at that level the job might only come out 75% better than it looks now, which was already bad. IF they started the work and they realize it wont look at least 75% better then they wont do the work, and I wont be charged, and then we can discuss other options at that point. I agreed to this process and went home and hoped for the best, but was doubtful after the 5 other shop experiences I had that morning. A few short hours later I get a call from Ron Come get your car. I was shocked it was done so fast. Still worried how it looked and if it would pass rental return inspection. I go over there, and we look at the car together and I was and everyone at the rental place was beyond impressed. Without a doubt it was 95% better. If you knew where the scratches were and you really inspected it closely in sunlight you could see a few small area that couldnt get buffed out. If I couldve kissed this mans feet I wouldve. lol (ok maybe, slight exaggeration) The cost was reasonable and beyond lower than all other quotes I got that day. So moral of this long winded story, this is an amazing shop, with fast hard working guys, who are honest and sincere, helpful and respectful to women and their intelligence. A VERY HARD FIND. Run dont walk to this shop. Brad is the owner, and Ron is the estimator. Ron is who worked with me, and youll be luck if he can help you out.

Best Quality, Service & Experience Ever - If I could give 10 stars I would - I have classic muscle car that I had restored years ago that was in need of some TLC. It had a bent frame and needed some body work to the front end done. I was shopping around for over 6 months looking for an auto body place that wasnt afraid to do frame straightening AND that knew what they were doing. Based on the reviews on Google I decided to pay the folks at Orlando Auto Body a visit. Upon my first visit I wasnt treated as a customer but as family, they spent a lot of time with me understanding what I needed done and took time to look over the car, in detail. Brad Chesney and Ron Barger helped make me feel comfortable about fixing my car and they were very thorough with sharing cases that were similar where they were able to fix bent frames in the past. I decided to give them a shot. Not only did they get the frame back to factory they went above and beyond to make sure that the look of my classic muscle car was restored. The amount of detail that Brad and Ron put into fixing my classic car means more than anything. I felt like I was back in high school seeing my car come out of the paint shop for the first time. Since then I have referred my friends and family to Orlando Auto Body and will continue to refer anyone who needs body work done.

Orlando Auto Body is a top notch business and do not hesitate to use them for all of your repair needs. Brad and his staff went above and beyond after my wife’s car accident. They identified that the vehicle was better off being totaled even though their their eventual income would be less which to me defines integrity. They took their time with me, answered all my questions, we’re transparent about the scope of work to be done and were extremely professional. They use nothing but factory parts (and refuse to use aftermarket products) so when they do repair a vehicle it’s done properly. You’re better off going here than the body shop of the vehicle’s manufacturer since they will use aftermarket parts when it comes to insurance repairs. I can say without hesitation to use these guys. Orlando Auto Body is the only place where I’ll ever take or recommend anyone to get body work done. Ron was the man! Took my car in after a hit and run and my Camaro looks amazing! They were able to match my Camaro’s special edition paint, replace my custom stripes, fix my fender, and fix my carbon fiber splitter as if nothing ever happened. Brought my truck in for some much needed paint work. The staff was incredibly attentive to all my needs and delivered incredible results. Just recently we needed body work done on my husbands truck due to a fender bender. The truck is my husbands pride and joy. I did a lot of research to find a reputable shop that I could trust. Every review I read about Orlando Auto Body was great. It was far for us because we live in Dr. Phillips and they are located in North East Orlando. The estimate was done within 10 minutes and they came in at the same price as the other 2 I had done. When I called to let them know we wanted them to do the work Angie knew who I was and called me by name before I even said who it was. They took the truck in immediately and it was done before the promised time. It came out PERFECT and they even cleaned my husbands fogged headlight. One was new and one was old so now they both looked new. They also gave him a little bottle of paint to touch up a scratch on the back. Ron was the gentleman I spoke with in the office and he was amazing too. That was the best experience I have ever had at a body shop and I have had some bad ones. These guys are rated #1 in Central Florida for a reason. I recently took my 2010 Jeep Wrangler here for auto body repair and it came out perfect. They even went above and beyond by cleaning up my interior, lubricating my clutch, and shining my tires and rims. I recently had my 1985 Monte Carlo repainted here and it turned out great! Ron was the best! He treated me like family and took great care of my car. He thought of every little detail and then some. He truly went the extra mile! The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not 5 was the simple fact that I just got the car back so I do not know how the warranty or the paint will hold up. Based on my experience so far I do not foresee any issue at all. I would highly recommend Orlando Auto Body!

A member of my family had body work done there following a car accident. Even though it took longer than expected to get a part(s) in, they were pleased with the work they did as well as the communication, keeping them informed of the status.

I stopped by after someone scuffed my bumper in a parking lot and took off. Ron came out to evaluate and determined it could be removed with just a solution and did it on the spot free of charge and it looks great. The front office staff was polite and professional and Ron has tremendous integrity and has created a Raving Fan. I had just come from another body shop up the street and they actually tried to upsell me on pulling the entire bumper and repainting it for $400. When I need real body work I will use Orlando Auto Body without hesitation.

Well i havent decided where Im bringing my vehicle to yet. But I will tell you I came to their shop right at closing time after having a hellish day and Ron was super calm and helpful. He got my estimate done pretty thorough, I thought at a reasonable offer too- given the extensive damage to my brand new vehicle.

This is about as best as an auto shop could get. Got into my first car accident and took my car here to get it fixed. I was set up with one of the nicest people I’ve met, Angie. She made everything super simple for me, kept me updated on my car, and made sure I had the best experience working through them!

While Orlando Auto Body might very well do an amazing job in performance, I have not been able to get my car fixed here to verify that. My rating is more based on my disappointment with what seems to be an attempt to charge me, a college girl which they probably assumed has no clue regarding anything about cars, a rather large sum of money and told me there was no way I could get my car fixed for any lower amount but that it might go higher considering it was just an estimate. Exploring my options, I went to another body shop to get an estimate and not only was my estimate $2,800 LESS than the estimate provided by Orlando Auto Body, I was also told I really didnt need to replace a majority of the things included in my OAB estimate in order to get my car completely fixed- and they were right. My car is fixed, running smooth, looking good as new, and I saved myself $2,800 of unnecessary materials. Like I said, their overall work performance might be 5 stars, however, after my experience I dont trust them to be honest concerning the true needs of my car and what they charge for.

From the friendly woman who answered the phone when I first called to inquire about an estimate to the courtesy car wash (including interiror) when I picked my car up- top notch service. My looks better than when I dropped it off. Im so glad I found them. Highly recommend. Hopefully wont ever need them again but will be sure to refer those who do.

I was hit twice in two weeks. Ron gave me an appraisal for the first hit and before I could get my car in the shop I was hit in the back while waiting for a stoplight. When I saw all of these 5 star reviews, I thought either of two things happened: these people spend way too much time/money writing these fake reviews, or they are legitimate. I was in a serious bind, and needed some real help. With no where else to go, I decided to go for it.These guys were so understanding of my serious situation, and literally told me if they didnt help me no one else would. I wouldve been in real trouble (long, complicated story) but these guys really saved me. This was a fairly serious fix that they did for pretty much no profit, just to help me out. Several other shops had quoted me thousands of dollars above what they charged me, and wouldnt help me out with what I had. These guys made it work for me and got me up and running again in no time.I genuinely cannot express how grateful I am for these dudes. They helped me out when no one else would, and did it out of the bottom of their hearts. If you need work done on your car, dont even hesitate. I was given a glowing recommendation from a friend for Orlando auto body and they did not disappoint. I brought my Chrysler PT Cruiser in on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. The passenger door of my vehicle could not open, due to an accident. Brad (the owner) stopped what he was working on to immediately help me. He first quoted me a time of 30 minutes however, it only took him 5 minutes!!!!! I walked in the office with wallet in hand, expecting to pay. However, he told me that there was no charge because it only took up 5 minutes of his time. I could not believe it, I know for a fact that other mechanics would have charged me. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone that is need of auto body work. Brad is AMAZING!

I finally found the best place to take my car if it ever needs dent repair and painting again. I am thoroughly impressed by the service I received. I had backed by BMW into the garage door resulting in dents and scratches. Brad explained exactly what had to be done. His estimate was very reasonable considering the whole trunk and bumper area had to be repainted and a new 328i emblem ordered and attached.I highly recommend this place for auto body repair and painting.

*Update* 11/21/2016*Took my moms car in for a bumper repair since some coward backed into her and took off. Wanted it to be a nice birthday present, and I wasnt disappointed. Car was back to brand new, and they even repaired a hideous dent on a completely different panel and repainted it on the house! Again, customer service like this is so difficult to find, and I will continue to send referrals this way.Heck, if anyone hits my car or truck, itll be worth it for me to take a cross country drive/ship it from Las Vegas to get it repaired here. Ive been proven right in that I dont trust any other company around here to get it done properly, and on time.-Just picked up my car from Orlando Auto Body, and it looks great! Cant even tell it was in an accident. The paint was color matched perfect, and they even washed it before I picked it up.Seeing as I was making a claim through another insurance company (their drivers fault), it was quite a nightmare of coordinating a rental car, getting it to the shop, and getting these guys paid. However, they helped me out the whole way, and took care of the supplement that had to be sent to the insurance agency. Had I gone through my own insurance, it would have been days faster, but I would be out my $500 deductible for quite a while.I have no intention of getting into another accident (even not at fault, this is a logistical nightmare!), but should I need some body work/paint scratches/dings repaired I would return here in a heartbeat, and send any referrals their way. Great customer service, and high quality work.

I went here and Db Orlando Collision Center for an estimate since both had numerous 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, the two were not at all comparable. Db was professional and respectful while here I did not feel that way. I was treated rudely and told that I was wrong about my own vehicle and situation, my car should have been totaled and should still be totaled, it was my fault that my car wasnt fixed properly, and throughout the estimate he cussed several times. As a customer, I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, payment information with customers credit card numbers displayed was laying openly on the main counter. When making the estimate he made it seem like it was a chore to fix my car, isnt this what body shops do to make a living? At any rate, Db Orlando Collision Center was over $1,000 cheaper for the same exact work to be done and was far more professional, had much better facilities, treated me with far more respect, and offered a much better quality product for my money. In summation, Db lived up to their 5 star rating, while Orlando Auto Body did not. I would not go back here, and would not recommend it to a friend. I am sorry to leave such a negative review, but it is clearly justified and I feel that others should know about my experience as a first time customer being that all other reviews on google are 5 stars.

My car was damaged in Hurricane Irma when a tree fell on it. There was an extensive amount of damage and at first thought my car would be totaled. Thankfully it wasnt and Brad and Ron at Orlando Auto Body did an absolutely amazing job on my car. It looks even better than it did when I first bought it. I am one of those pain in the rear clients who calls almost daily and they were patient with me and never got irritated at me for calling a million times. Honestly, I could go on for days at the service and workmanship that I received at Orlando Auto Body. They truly are the best in the business! Thanks guys for being so kind to me and for doing an amazing job on my car! I feel like its Christmas and I just got a new car! :)

They had phenomenal customer service and helped deal with the insurance company giving me the run around. They couldnt have done a better job with their work. A very honest and hard working business. I will be referring them to anyone who asks. Thanks again for the great work Ron.

Ron is great. He is a professional man and he will stand beside you against the insurance company. My experience was positive. A car hit my 2015 accord from the back. The rear bumper suffered some minor damages. The insurance company wanted to install after market parts. Ron did his best and at the end he installed a new OEM part. The color match is perfect and the finish was great. Dont hesitate to fix your car at this place. Stay away from other shops that has direct contract with the insurance. They will try to install used or aftermarket parts.

Wow! I cant say enough about how fantastic their work AND service is. I had to get some major body work done on my car due to an accident and decided on Orlando auto Body based on reviews. You would never know my car was in an accident. Absolutely superb work!I am incredibly picky and surely the most pain-in-the-behind customer a body shop could possibly have. Sorry guys!There was a very very minor flaw in the work (in a place that couldnt even be seen) and I took it back to see if they could touch it up. They did it with a smile!I felt like my car was the most important car they had. Not because it was fancy or important, but because they made me feel they understood how important it was to ME.I will never use another body shop. Dont take your car anywhere else!

Orlando Auto Body is by far the best shop in town. I’ve lived in Orlando for 22 years and I’ve gone to several body shops; I can honestly say that these guys are the best. They are honest, produce excellent work, know their stuff, and will fight the hard insurance fight on your behalf. They ONLY use parts made by your car’s manufacturer- no knockoffs, which insurance companies always want to use because they are cheaper. But these guys won’t use them and will go to bat with insurance over them. The customer service they provide is topnotch. I’ve taken my SUV to Orlando Auto Body twice now after 2 different accidents and have been more than pleased with their service and their repairs. If you want the best parts, the best repair, and the best service, go to Orlando Auto Body. They make the misery of an auto accident easier to deal with and will make your car look great again!

My car was in an accident and I found this place on Yelp luckily. I feel very lucky to have brought my car to them. Ron and Brad educated me on how the insurance stuff works and handled everything smoothly. The car ended up being a total-loss by the insurance company but they did not charge me anything and did not hassle me in any way. Very friendly ownership and they seem to really care about the quality of their work, which is rare nowadays. They handled everything directly with the insurance company and it was a very smooth process. My vehicle was returned to me in great shape and you would have no idea that it was in an accident. I had my car taken here because of their good reputation and I was not disappointed.

My husband and I would highly recommend this place if you need work done on your vehicle(s). Owner is up front and direct with what needs to be done and the cost. They fixed another auto body shops careless “fix” and made the car look brand new.

I had a bad side body scrape and pretty bad scrapes on the rims of my Mercedes. The body shop Mercedes had referred me to wasnt able to take my car for weeks, so I found Orlando Auto Body. They were very professional and were able to take my car immediately. The price was almost the same as the the other estimate I had gotten, so they are definitely fair in that regard. The work was fantastic and looked absolutely perfect. I highly recommend!!!

Im going to jump in with the MANY others who have given Orlando Auto Body 5 star reviews. They replaced the rear bumper on our 2017 Rogue and it looks brand new again. The car was clean inside and out when we picked it up. Couldnt be happier. I did get several estimates and O.A.B. did happen to be the cheapest but that is not why I chose them. Ron impressed me as an attentive, knowledgeable professional and was very respectful and pleasant from estimate to pick up.
