Very good customer service & staff who are knowledgeable enough to suggest different herbs that are best for different needs. They also have a huge selection of herbs (chopped,powdered or capsuled), oils & vitamins. Their selection of natural/herbal books are impressive too. Im definitely going to make this my go to place especially because of the reasonable prices, mass selection & great customer service.

If you need natural vitamins, this is the place to buy it. I was referred by a friend who has been purchasing vitamins from them for many years, after being diagnosed with prostate cancer.The vitamin store smells so good and I feel energetic after a week of using the vitamins. They have vitamins and tea for many health applications.

This place is Orlandos secret gem! I have healed my psoriasis that reeked havoc on my scalp thanks to the knowledge of suggesting burdock capsules. My mom, who is an incredibly light sleeper with a racing mind sleeps better at night thanks to the relaxing capsules. The employees are outstanding as far as customer service. I can not express my gratitude enough for this place and the people apart of this store. They have bulk items, and have guest speakers every now and then. From every day items such as toothpaste and deodorant to amazing gift selections that include jewelry, candles, oils, pendulums, decorative one of a kind boxes, incense holders and more! They have items to help kick start your own business like glass jars of different varieties, tinctures, and decorative bags. I buy my kitchen spices from this store as well as other supplements like spirulina. The gem collection is the best for your buck compared to ALL other gem stores in Orlando. Its a smaller space, but still jam packed in an organized and helpful way.

Ive been shopping at Leaves and Roots for almost 20 years. I even moved up north for 6 months and ordered from them. Ive never once had bad service or been disappointed with my purchase. The people that work there do know what the herbs are supposed to do or what they can do and even how to use them. But the quality of the actual herbs are very low quality. The herbs have been there for too long I bought a hundred and some dollars worth of herbs. Some were ok, but just okay when I started making teas out of the herbs that I bought the tastes of these herbs are not correct meaning either their distributor is breaking down the product and putting filler or they are. My complaint is not about the place or the people its basically only the quality and the taste of the herbs themselves.

Employees are very helpful and dont mind assisting you to find what is needed. The products work if you take them regularly. My blood pressure has drop from 150/110 to 110/71 in two weeks. Very knowledgeable staff with literature to support the different herbs. Whatever ailments you may have, I am sure there is an herb in there to treat it.

Ive been looking for a new all natural store since we moved here a year ago, and I finally found one I like! Such a great array of products and herbs offered. Im so glad they even sell crystals here too. I wish the organizational system they use was a little, well, more organized, I couldnt find what I was looking for in either section I expected it to be in, or the section I was directed to. Besides that, it was a great experience shopping here.
