1 month after this review wich was 5stars the alternator clunked out and when i called they were on a long vacation to there country which is fine but I couldn’t leave my wife stranded so i had to buy another alternator and when i called them i was given attitude by the sales rep about how I should of waited till they came back cause i ask for my money back or portion of it cause of the inconvenience and i wanted to return the alternator they said no so i just said ok and returned it to autozone and recived a corecharge money back i had also purchased another alternator from Lutone at the same time and that one is reading a little lower than usual still works but amperage is lower than normal

Great products, great service too .First I took the wrong part, they change it to me and then after few days I gave them back the core and get my refund . Ask for Cindy, the best you can talk to !

Do not go to this place their parts do not work properly I brought a starter and a alternator from them and both times I had to take the parts back and pay for the labor all over again the starter I had to replace starter 3 times after being told me they ran a test to make sure they are working properly the same thing happened with the alternator a well and when you attempt to take the part back they are gonna charge a 35$ restocking fee knowing damn well they parts always having a malfunction this company is a rip off never taking my service here again
