The installation crew was punctual, efficient, tidy and able to complete it all in a single day. These stairs were labor intensive and beautifully done! We know it is their business and reputation but we cannot thank them enough for the wonderful experience.

I used Floor Coverings International to replace the carpet in our upstairs bedrooms and hallway with the stairs. I had just painted...not a smart move but no worries the installers and Heather were very responsive, careful, clean and professional. They helped move all the big furniture and no scratches on the walls or furniture. AMAZING!!!! The new carpet looks great, and I would highly recommend using Floor Coverings International in Orland Park.

Overall our experience with floor coverings international was very positive. There was never a time when I felt uninformed or did not know exactly what was going on. On the day of the installation the installer was here promptly at 8 AM. I Was amazed that one person by the name of Fausto could install all the carpeting and our bathroom flooring in less than two days. We were both extremely satisfied with the results. The carpet looks beautiful and the new flooring in the bathroom is exactly what we wanted. We also had carpet put on the stairs which just makes the whole area look completely different and beautiful. We used Floor Coverings International to replace the carpet in our family room and make up some area rugs for our kitchen. Heather is very responsive and professional. She was accommodating of our time frame, and sent excellent installers who were also professional and attentive to the job. The new carpet looks great, and I would highly recommend using FCI!

I would definitely recommend working with Floor Coverings International Orland Park, I had two projects completed by them, a prefinished hard wood floor and a laminate installation. Heather the owner was very attentive and responsive through out the project, from when we first met to get a bid to the final touches needed to finish up the project. The customer service that Heather and Rob provided was outstanding and I am very pleased with the flooring.

Extremely helpful working through many issues -- sealing old floor, noise abatement, condo requirements, and then the floor was BEAUTIFUL and perfectly installed, very fast, looks great. We initially had carpet on our main level and stairs. The entry is hardwood. We worked with Heather to explain the look we were targeting with hopes her company can save our existing hardwood and weave in with new hardwood to create one seamless look. Heather is very knowledgeable of the business and attentive to address all our questions and concerns. Her team (Mike) is passionate with more than 25+ years experience. They both treated our home as if they were doing their own flooring. Mike was very patient with me as it took a couple days to nail the exact color we were aiming. I must say, I’m a perfectionist and have an eye for attention to detail. When it came time to sign-off on the job, I searched high and low for errors to find something to correct. First time in history for me to NOT find any issues to address for correction. That says a lot about Floor Coverings International business and character. We had several estimates. While affordability is important, there’s other requirements we look for when making investments for our home. We are looking to continue to foster a longtime business relationship. Finally, if you are undecided in making a selection on which flooring company to leverage, look no further; you will NOT be disappointed and I stand behind my word.

Ive been at this (carpentry, remodeling, etc.) for 50 years and dont know when I have had a better, more helpful experience. Rob consistently went the extra mile to move the project along. Wanted to review my new floors and my experience, but waited until I lived with them for awhile (5 months). Heather and Rob were wonderful in bringing everything to my home and helping me decide to first replace my bamboo hardwood floors with luxury vinyl plank, but also in choosing the best fit for my home with all my animals and grown kids with people over all the time. I have to say I was hesitant in replacing real wood with the luxury vinyl, but I’m COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND HAPPY I DID!!! My floors are beautiful and I get compliments all the time. The best part though is the durability and ease of maintenance!!!! I absolutely LOVE my new floors!!! My dog and neighbor dogs that visit never leave a mark. My kids drop, spill, walk with heals you name it and the floors take the beating!!! The best part is how easy they are to clean!!! I spend so much less time keeping my floors looking their best which is great!! My whole experience was easy and pain free!! The installers were clean, neat, friendly, and professional. Excellent job!!! I would give them 10 stars. It was great seeing the samples in my own home instead of guessing how it would look. Rob explained everything so thoroughly and took a lot of time going over the different samples/ The installers could not have done a better job. Their attention to detail was awesome. They had to correct some errors made by a previous installer and they did a stellar job. Also, I did not have to move anything . They wouldnt even let me move the trash can! I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Wonderful experience purchasing carpet to be made into an area rug. Carefully chosen samples based on our lifestyle were brought to our home so we could see them in the actual light and space they would be used. The style and quality of the rug as well as the service received were great.
