The worst service ever.I took a walk in appointment for make up and they told me it will take like an hour to have a spot for you,,, i said ok...So she asked for my phone number and said that they will call me when they will be ready for me,and asked if i will be around,,, i said yes i will be around here drinking a coffee (inside the mall)I did explain that is very important for me to have my make up done that night.The girls said,,, ok,dont worry we will call you.AND THEY NEVER DID CALLED ME !

Ive been wearing Mac for quite sometime but Ive notice that I get better service from the Mac store than Mac counter located in Macy

Do not like the vibe of the store the evening we came in. Mac used to have way more professional artist with apparent talent. These days I’d rather go to sephora. The associate Margie had an attitude as if she did not want to help me. The Mac downtown Chicago is way better and more professional artist with more talent not just employees who cake on layers of makeup and call themselves artist because they walk around with all black on and a few brushes on their belt. Won’t be returning here.

I LOVE HEATHER💛. She was extremely helpful to me today. I have never met a MUA who was so patient friendly fun cool and knowledgeable. I did not have an appointment and Heather delivered phenomenal service to me. Thank you so much girl, I truly appreciate you. Besty is the most helpful beauty consultant I ever have encountered. She was so helpful and made me feel gorgeous just by applying some fancy lashes on me and she slays with her eyeliner. Go check her out !

Today I called the store and spoke with Cruz to set an appt today for my daughter to get her makeup done. She told me that they’re only taking walk ups and I gave her my name and told her we were on our way. When we arrived, Cruz told me that she decided as a manager that they decided to cancel walk ups and they wouldn’t be able to take care of us. She then changes her story that she is a 3rd key and not a manager. There was a very nice lady there named Michelle who unfortunately was limited with a wrist sling in what she could do and offered to help but couldn’t do eyes, eyeliner, etc. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience like this and Cruz is definitely not customer service oriented. We walked up to another counter and the girls were more than happy to help us!!!! I have been going to this Mac counter for 30+ years and I’ve never been treated like this!!!

Customer service ? Finding employees enjoy talking to each other, than the customer. Why should I have to ask for help????

MAC has some great products to choose from. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable as well.

Cruz is the best she knew exactly what I needed and what worked best for my skin! She is awesome!!! If you ever need any help and not sure what works for you,ask for cruz😁

I always feel like they are willing to help the people that are not going to purchase anything but the people that are going to purchase everything are always told to wait. Become so discouraged that I go elsewhere
