Possibly one of the best, if not THE BEST, experience at any Lexus dealer that I’ve ever had in the 20 years I’ve owned a Lexus (4 in total and I currently own two - a 2014 ES350 and a 2020 ES350, both bought new) Service writer actually listened to my concern and attempted to resolve the problem with the aid of a Lexus expert mechanic who also listened. Who knows, maybe someday we’ll all be able to identify the cause and correct the problem.I believe this experience represents a distinct change for the better in Lexus of Orland’s customer relations. My car wouldn’t start so it was towed to Lexus of Orland. I explained to my service technician, Dave that I had a death in my family and needed my car returned as soon as possible. Dave called me and patiently explained everything that needed to be done to my car. He kept me informed and explained about the battery warranty. I was very satisfied with this service and highly recommend Lexus of Orland for purchase or service.

We came here for service on our car and what a wonderful experience that was! Nicholas was awesome! It was definitely a luxury experience. The wait wasn’t long either.

On (8-27-21) my 2016 Lexus Rx350 was in at 8:30a.m. for a regular maintenance check. At 9:55 I was notified that I needed four new tires. When I tried to contact my serviceman to discuss the issue he wouldn’t return my calls, even after the manager instructed him to. It took eight hours for this, and no one called to let me know that my car was finished.

The service was great, didn’t give it a 5 star because I did not receive a car wash or vacuuming the inside of the car. I feel like with the amount of money paid to repair, I should have received that complimentary service or been give a voucher to have it done elsewhere.

I love the way Chris answered all my questions and gave me assurance that my car will be taken care of. Thanks to Chris and the whole Lexus of Orland team.

As a Lexus customer I have always thought that going to the dealership was the best way to ensure the best for my vehicle, but after my most recent visit, I was left feeling completely robbed. Went in for what should have been general maintenance and was charged over $500, with more than half categorized as labor.

Made an appointment for oil change and replace battery. Both services were completed very fast and efficiently. Service advisor was very personable and professional. He let me know the status of my car. The only issue I have is last time I had my car serviced, there were several items on the recommended list. I did not have them done, yet today, nothing was recommended.

Aiman was my salesman at Lexus of Orland Park. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and most of all patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided details about the car. The store closed while i was there and he never made me feel rushed. I highly recommend Aiman if you visit this Lexus dealership location.

It was a really good day. David was very helpful and arranged for a loaner for me when it looked like a longer waiting period. My only problem was my handicap tag got lost and I will need it again. I called to see if it was found but I havent heard back

The service rep, Mark, was most informative and provided great service. However, over an hour and a half for a pre-reschedule appointment to rotate the tires, provide and inspection and car wash is too long.

I needed my brakes repaired as I was leaving town the next day. Chris and the repair staff took care of me efficiently and effectively. I’m very satisfied with the service.

Excellent experience with this car dealership. I was quoted a price of $160 something but, it turned out better than I could of expected it only costed my self $80 something too my surprise. On top of that they washed my vehicle and the time spent there was minimal.

The Service Technician was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Even with the additional repairs, I was able to pick up my vehicle by the evening. The technicians forgot to reset my warning notices tho.

Very disappointed in the lack of attention to customer service today. I shouldn’t have to go hunt down the service rep to let him know my car is ready. It was NOT busy and the fact that I found him in another office sitting and chatting with coworkers speaks volumes about priorities!

Mark kept me informed from the time we got there too the time we left. I promise you he kept coming back every 20 minutes so it seem . Now that’s the way to fo business.

I love my Lexus and this dealership is top notch! I had use of a loaner car while my work was being done which is a bonus! My car was cleaned so well at completion when I looked at my rear cameras while backing up I thought I had new eye glasses!

I had service done twice at Lexus Orland- one was about $2700 and the other was around $500. I received my car back unwashed both times and dusty from the repairs. They use to wash your car after repairs. The service person was nice, polite and didn’t force recommended service. Other then receiving a dusty car they do good work.

I always have a great experience servicing my vehicle at Lexus of Orland. I took my 2011 RX 350 in for 95,000 mile service yesterday. My service advisor was Tony Cesario. After they had inspected the vehicle I received a text with a video of the inspection and explanation of what they had found. Almost immediately Tony came to get me and explained everything to me. I never felt pressured to agree to the service. Tony is always professional and knowledgeable. I had the work done and left knowing my vehicle was properly serviced. I would never take my Lexus anywhere else for service.

This was my second time there. The first time all went well. This past Saturday was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I pulled into the service department and was completely ignored by the two young men that were there. Not once did they acknowledge me while I stood there waiting for their assistant. The worst part was I’m standing there by my vehicle and an other car pulls in behind me and they run to assist the person in that car without giving me a second look. A young lady that works there Chris, saw I was upset and did everything in her power to apologize and help me feel better . She succeeded but I asked her to please bring this incident up to management so it never happens again .

Great experience!! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, when I arrived Anthony took all my details, explained what my car needed and provided a loaner. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I received a text letting me know that there was a few additional issues that they would be happy to take care of them. A few hours later I got a call to say my car was ready. I picked up my car and was on my way. This was a wonderful experience and Anthony was a delight to work with.

Tony was a great service coordinator. My Lexus clock stopped keeping time And Tony was able to activate my extended warranty to get it replaced. He also went beyond by researching whether or not I could have time shown digitally on my dashboard. He even By looked through my car manual and checked out options on my dashboard display. I really appreciate the time he spent in my case. He was always polite and pleasant to work with. I would like to work with him again in the future.

I purchased my car from Lexus and bring it in for routine maintenance, what I love is while my car is being serviced I get emails with updates as well as photos of any recommended additional services I need. It turns out my tires were quite worn and I had the photo to prove it. They also attach an inspection report AND video, what great customer service!!
