William went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied. We try very hard to shop brick and mortar stores to keep them in business but when we went to get the shoes my daughter finally decided on they were no longer in stock so William ordered them for us but they took longer to get here than expected and my daughter was losing patience. William was very patient with us as we kept checking to see an eta. and when they did come in he graciously hooked us up with some additional supplies. You dont get that kind of service online. I never expected anything extra but he saw my daughters disappointment and he did his best to take care of that. Thank you William and Tradehome, that kind of customer service is not common and it meant a lot to us!

I walked into the store for the first time and was met with the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The employee there was helpful and kind. As I tried on a new pair of shoes, I almost fell over in shock and delight when I turned around and saw the employee CLEANING my STREET SHOES. What service. And then before I left with my new shoes they oiled the leather and waterproofed them. Incredible service. 10/10 recommend visiting this store.

William Wenz was amazing! Not pushy and very honest. His knowledge of the foot, knee and hip anatomy and how each shoe was designed for different types of needs and wants was definitely a breath of fresh air..... we bought 4 different pairs of the Cloud shoe and dont regret it!

The man “helping” us was pretty rude and and would not stop talking about how much he knows about shoes and kinda snapped at us at one point because we “weren’t hearing him”

Very comfortable store. They have shoes for men, women and children. I was looking for high quality sandals and they had several brands to choose from. I purchased one that after wearing a little realized didnt work for my feet. They very kindly took it back even though Id worn it out of the store. Very helpful staff with a comfortable, non-pushy but attentive vibe.

I love this place. Ive bought four pairs of shoes from them and fully intend to keep going back to buy more. The manager especially is very personable and super helpful.I came in about 6 months ago for the first time because I was experiencing severe heel pain and thought maybe buying a higher quality (and yes more expensive) shoe might alleviate some of the pain. They were patient and knowledgeable and worked to find the perfect athletic shoe for me. The shoes have changed my life. Im overweight and I was in so much pain and most days could barely stand on my feet at the end of the day due to the pain. Now I can lift weights, go on extended walks, and function better in general. (This was my experience, please consult a doctor if you think there may be something wrong with you)After seeing how big a change it was I came back for casual and dress shoes and everytime I get taken care of superbly. I look forward to being a future customer.

My daughter and I came into this store and was greeted by an associate and didn’t get much help from her. Caleb was the name of the associate that came up to us and asked if we needed help. Caleb measured my daughters foot and took his time with us. He made my daughter happy. When he made my daughter happy that made me very happy and I bought her shoes without question. I felt like Caleb was genuine about caring for my daughters needs. We will be back for sure. Thanks Caleb.

I stopped by into the store just to see if they carried any leather conditioner/waterproofer. Megan was at the counter when I came in and she quickly pointed me towards what products I should use on my leather shoes. She then went above and beyond and offered to clean, condition, waterproof, and shine my leather shoes for FREE. She showed me how to do it all step by step and showed me which products she used. I bought the products so I could do it myself from then on. When I got home I was curious to see how their prices compared to other stores to make sure I wasnt paying top dollar. I was pleased to see that their prices were much lower than deals I found online. I saved around $10 purchasing through Tradehome. I was also very impressed with Megan. She is very knowledgeable about shoes and was able to answer questions I had about some dress shoes they carried. I will be shopping there the next time I need a new pair of dress shoes.

Great service!! I purchased a pair of shoes (that I love) whose soles began to fall apart after a few months. Was able to return them for a brand new pair, as I just must have gotten a lemon. Logan was super helpful and ensured that I left a happy customer. Love this store!! Quality, comfort and customer satisfaction easily get them 5 stars!

Amazing customer service! William and Megan went above and beyond. Megan asked helpful questions and took her time to get to know me and my particular needs. William sat down and started cleaning my husbands shoes and polishing the leather on mine to be sure we left better than we came in, regardless of whether we bought anything. Megan made helpful suggestions based on what she learned about me but wasnt pushy in the slightest. This was our second time visiting and it wont be our last!

I walked in, and walked around looking for something in particular they said they carried. The employee spent the entire time on the phone complaining to someone how he has talked to management about this that and the other and and everything wrong with the place. Not only did that ruin my confidence in buying from them, but I was not able to ask anyone for help, so after several minutes of looking, I left and went to a better store.

It was really nice to walk into the store, and have them do all of the work. They happily measured our childrens feet, brought out everything in the type of shoe (runners) and size (even 1/2 sizes) we were looking for, put the shoes on their feet, and sprayed a protective layer on their shoes so they last longer. I also paid less than what I was expecting to. Loved our experience!

I was fully expecting an amazing 5-star experience, especially when my brother recommended this store from his amazing service just 2 days ago. I went in looking for help selecting a good dress shoe, since I dont know much about proper fit and styling. The girls in the store were not helpful at all in helping select a good style shoe for me. When I told them I needed a 12 wide shoe, they brought out only 12 regular shoes. They also ignored the only style preference I gave, which was that I did not want cap toes. Additionally, when I asked if the shoes were wide I was told that dress shoes never come in wide, only narrow, but that they could stretch them out for me. I left immediately since it was clear that the staff on hand knew practically nothing about shoes and would not be any help. I look forward to going back when someone competent is on hand and hopefully updating this review.

This place was awesome! Logan the store manager made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Thats big for me Ill go out of my way to shop somewhere where the staff makes me feel wanted, and trade home delivered!They are very knowledgeable about shoes too, I have bad feet, am over weight and stand for 9 hours a day and he found me a great shoe that can take the pounding yet is gentle on my feet. I was disappointed however when the 12 rubbed my feet and the 13 was too large with no 1/2 size in between BUT... Logan to my rescue! He let me know they can stretch my shoes for free for the life of the product. I walked out with 2 pairs and very satisfied. Kudos to Logan and his team for excellent and knowledgeable service!

This is my first review on google reviews, primarily because youd really need to make an impression on me to do so; Tradehome shoes made that impression. Caleb is the new manager and he was incredibly helpful. Shoe knowledge was astounding, and the customer service was superb. Ive never had someone be so helpful when choosing a pair of shoes.

Sat down to try on 🥾 at this awesome store and William legit went to town cleaning-buffing-shining my Eccos like they were his own. They are super pretty - they look new again! Thank you!!

Very friendly and patient staff. Was helped by the manager Caleb for an hour while I was indecisive about which boots to choose and he was happy and helpful the entire time.The shoes sold here are excellent quality but very expensive. The staff makes sure to treat each pair of shoes with waterproofing before you leave the store, and it keeps your shoes looking brand new.Overall a gem of a shop that doesnt require a trip to salt lake to obtain good quality.

You might think that with a rating of 5 stars, I bought something. Although I didnt find the right shoe for the right price, I was really impressed with their customer service. They listened to my wants and needs and brought me shoes they thought I would like. Unfortunately, the ones I liked were too expensive and the ones I could afford, I didnt like little things about them. But it was a pleasure talking with and working with the salespeople. They have some really nice mens shoes for various activities and lifestyles.

I went into the store with a very specific shoe in mind. Although they dont carry the color I wanted they helped me get fitted and familiar with the brand so that I would be able to make an educated and accurate purchase online. If possible ask for Trenton, he was really grate to work with.

These guys are the go to store to go to forboots and what not.The manager there sold me a boot cost 250+They hurt my feet so bad. I even worn them outside cuz wearing them in the house my feet didnt hurt. They were my best boot at the time. But the sec I sit down they hurt Bad. Then I get up then the pain. So three months later I took them back. I never worn them again I know they wouldnt take my boot back cuz I have worn them outside. So Ive been wearing my old oboz boots for 2 years or more i thought i get sawaya boot. They hurt me bad. Took them back. The lady told me they couldnt return them cuz Ive worn them outside I got short with here. She called here manager he drops what he was doin at home on a Saturday to save a customer. Save me from goin elsewhere. See these kind of small stores we need around more. Cuz at the end of the day he ate my 250+ dallor boot and set me up with my oboz boots and 100 caller worth of goodies. Now dont think u can go in and buy a boot and wear them hiking then decideto take them in. That dont work.They will see through it. But tell you these guy are the only boot store around we need to keep them around and get rid of the big stores that RIP u offf. These guys wont.Love this store these are my 2 oboz boots I love them gonin back to get the winter oboz boots just because they got me now.
