Car sales guy, Derrell, was willing to answer my questions about a Honda Ruckus. Then he asked me questions about why I wanted a Ruckus, and what exactly I wanted out of a vehicle. He showed me some other options and help me to fine-tune my dream. He took my number down and promised me hed give me a call when the bike he thinks is better suited to my dreams will be in the shop for me to try out. I think thats pretty cool. He could have tried to sell me a Ruckus that very day, knowing full well that it wouldnt have the guts to get me up the hills in my neighborhood.

Ive been a customer of Monarch Honda for 3 years now and Ive always had great experiences there. My loyalty started in 2018 when I came in with a tire that had been balanced by someone else but kept losing wheel weights.I asked the service desk for a quote to rebalance the tire and instead of giving me a quote, they took the tire, rebalanced it and sent me on my way, no charge.Every year since, I have used Monarch for all of my service needs, including my latest tire mount and balance just today. The service staff and technicians are always really helpful, quick to answer any questions and never look down on me for not knowing everything there is to know about my bike.I highly recommend Monarch Honda and look forward to visiting them again in the future.

I came to check out new bikes, Im switching to dual sport riding. While I was there, my Harley died and they helped me get it started so I could ride home. Great people, super helpful. You meet the nicest people on a Honda. Definitely going to pick up a Honda to start riding off road.Edit: I ended up getting my first Honda through Monarch. They were incredibly helpful with the financing and I was able to get the bike I wanted along with some protective gear. Great guys, Ill continue to support them.

I took a small like new outboard in for estimates of minor repair. Their estimate was almost half the price of a new motor so I told them not to make the repair and went immediately to picked it up. They then sprung a estimate charge of $100 which was not mentioned prior to estimate. They had only taken off the starter rope cowling (4 easily accessible screws) and it cost me $100 bucks. They should make sure customers are informed up front of any Estimate Charges.

I was having a difficult time finding Elite 4 tires for my 2018 Goldwing. Called and Monarch had them. Talked to Rudy in service and he told me to come up the next day. They put the tires on while I waited. Rudy the Service Advisor was very friendly and helpful and made sure I was satisfied with the service provided. Will definitely use Monarch again.

They staff here is super friendly and accommodating. All were eager to help us. We bought a Honda gold wing. They invited us on a ride they were sponsoring. They made us feel welcome. I recommend this shop.

I got a Honda generator from these guys and was treated fairly. They sell everything at list price($2-300 over Home Depot or Lowe’s) but you can buy it and drive it away. There just wasn’t a super compelling reason to buy from them verses buying online besides immediacy.

I recently went in to have my motorcycle serviced and to have the tires changed. Everyone there are some of the nicest people Ive worked with. I took in my bike and the tires and they got all my info down very quick and said it may be about a week to get the bike done with the rest of the projects they had but will get it in wherever they can. 2 days later I got a call telling me it was ready to be picked up. Amazing service and amazing people.

Derek was a pleasure to work with and got me everything I needed. He is a true professional and class act. I love my bike & will definitely go back to monarch if I ever need anything in the future!

I stopped by to look at a used bike without an intent to purchase and ended up with a very fair price on the used bike and was able to secure financing at a very good rate through their preferred lender. (Much better than my last bike loan).They offered me a very competitive price for my trade in, even though I didnt take the offer.I noticed a couple of minor mechanical issues with the bike I purchased. Which they volunteered to repair on the spot, free of charge, no hassle.I would definitely recommend this dealership and first place Ill check when Im looking for my next bike.

Just finished the Trans American Trail on an Africa Twin and the front breaks seized up on the Oregon coast. Heading back to North Carolina, I road from there to Salt Lake with the calipers zip tied to the crash bars. No one in town would see me, let alone help. Kelly told me to bring it and hed do his best to get me on the road. They got my bike on the rack, bled the brakes, sent a runner to another dealer for front pads, and swapped out my rear pads. I called at 9 am, they had me ready to go a couple hours later, same day. Kelly, Roger, Brady, Rudy, incredibly helpful and just genuine folks taking care of riders, especially in transit. Go to Monarch!!!

Our visit was awesome because of their employee Brady. It has been years since Ive had to purchase a motorcycle helmet, so with my recent purchase of a motorcycle I was in the market for a new helmet. Like anybody I wanted a good price with the stylish look that was appealing to me. Brady was crazy knowledgeable about the different types they had, what their ratings were, what pros and cons they had, etc. They had good rating helmets that were just over a hundred and fifty bucks, all the way up to the top rated helmets at six hundred bucks. At no point did I ever feel Brady was trying to push me one way or the other. He had great things to say about all of them, he knew about ways you can modify certain helmets, the different face Shields you could buy, and wasnt pushy at all. It was really nice to have someone who is knowledgeable and seemed like they were truly there to serve us and help us with our questions without being a pushy salesman. I would definitely go back just to work with Brady again.

Im an adventure traveler riding a CRF250L Rally. I needed some service to continue my travels. I called in advance to make the appointment with Ty, order parts from Brady, and then I was helped on arrival by Rudy. I dont know the name of the tech who worked on my bike, but I enjoyed our brief conversation. Everybody did a stellar job and I was very happy they could get the work done in one day. Thanks guys!!!

Then suggested equipment that was specific to the answers I gave them which was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend these guys.

I experienced what felt a lot like fraud--or a lot like getting bent over a proverbial barrel.Yesterday I was quoted $128 for work done two months ago. Today I was charged over $450 for the same work.Let me explain: I inherited an old Honda motorcycle that had sat in a garage for 7 years. I worked on it a bit, and it didnt start. So Monarch came by and picked it up to get it running. Their estimate came back at over $5000 on a $4500 bike. So I asked if they would buy it for the price of the diagnostic ($128). It took them two months to decide (after five phone calls from me).Yesterday, I heard from Rudy that they WOULD buy the bike from me for $100 so all Id owe was $28 on the balance of the diagnosis. I decided to pick the bike up and work on it myself, and hopefully sell it for $500-$1000. To my surprise, when I picked up the bike, Rudy wanted to me $600 and proudly told me he had discounted the $250 of accident repair. I asked what they repaired, and he said nothing, so it didnt feel like much of a discount. I asked what the other, nearly $450 over the diagnosis was for, and challenged, he waived another $128 of fuel system flush (that I hadnt requested), but wouldnt waive a new battery and the labor to install it ($100 labor to install a battery?!). In all, yesterday when they were going to buy it for $100, I still had to pay $28. Today, when I was picking it up, the price and inflated to over $450 like magic.DONT TRUST THESE GUYS.

I came in to look at options for a motorcycle and to buy some gear. The entire staff was friendly and worked with me to find what I was looking for. I checked out some options for bikes and got a helmet, jacket, and gloves. Break helped me get fitted for all the gear, and even installed a Bluetooth system that I bought inside my helmet so it is ready to go. I was really impressed with the great customer service and his knowledge. He explained features and pros and cons of multiple choices so I could decide what was best for me. Great experience purchasing my 250 Rally with Rob! Being from southern Utah, he was super helpful in providing information and video on the bike for me prior to making the trek north. He was even more helpful with helping me getting it loaded on my trailer for transport safely for the 3.5 hour trip back home once I purchased it. Definitely went above and beyond! Highly recommend the dealership and would happily return if/when Im in the market for another Honda powersport product!

John stopped and ask if I needed any help I told him I wanted a 50cc dirt bike for my boy every Honda store had been sold out he knew that there was a couple that just got off the truck and had one put together for me in under a hour. TIP If youll able. Come here Tuesday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday are always busy.I shopped around and they had the best price for tires on my motorcycle. They helped me work through several issues on my modified softail Honda Shadow to get it back on the road. Sold me the wrong carb rebuild kit but they took it back opened and used because I tried to install it. A bit expensive on the parts, but tires and install made up for it. Good customer service and the have a few guy that really know their stuff

I just took in an ATV that was having an issue to the Monarch service department. I didn’t have an appointment, but Rudy Martinez and team jumped right on it. The amazing thing is he was able to get the problem diagnosed and fixed in the same day because he knew I wanted to take my family riding the next day. He worked so hard to make it happen for me. I just purchased my 3rd ATV from Monarch and would recommend them and their service department to anyone!

Took My bike in for a simple service, they found a bigger problem and wanted to charge my $3,000, i said no thanks so i picked my bike back up, they charged me $250 to find the problem and they did not put my bike back together just gave it back to me in a box. I went down the street to a different shop and told them about what was wrong and they fixed it right up and only cost me $350. Bike runs like brand new. CANT TRUST THESE GUYS!!

I did not enjoyably service here. My fiance and I came to get her a new helmet which they did not have much variety so we ordered one online with them it was an orange HJC Max 3 galant with 2 cardo freecom units which was about 400 dollars. They told us it would be in 4 business days so on the fifth business day I was worried we were not going to make our road trip. I called them and they told me it was backordered when I bought the helmet which was news to me. I wondered why I was told to pick it up next week and paid all that to find out the day before our road trip that it was backordered. I got my refund without hassle but we did not make our roadtrip.Eventually went to leatherup.com and got the helmet for cheaper and amazon for the freecoms which were way cheaper as well.

I leave two stars because although the staff was extremely friendly. But I told them what needed to be done to my bike. They proceeded to tell me that they fixed the issue of my starter not working. I told them EXACTLY what kept happened and MUST BE FIXED before it left the shop. They promised it was taken care of..... nothing like being stranded on your bike because they did NOT fix the problem as stated and after the bike turned off it would not start. Will not be going back and they have completely lost my loyalty.
