Ready Gunner has the best selection of guns and equipment in Utah. It’s also the most wheelchair-friendly range I’ve ever been to. Easily one of the best gun shops in the Country.

Having never purchased a firearm before, I really didn’t know what to expect, but I definitely wasn’t thinking “family atmosphere”, yet that is exactly what you get with Ready Gunner. The store is welcoming to all with comfortable seating areas and a Black Rifle Coffee shop inside, the staff is eager to help (and very patient with novices like myself), and the range is super clean. After I told my BIL (who lives out of state) about them, he decided to order some things online and said it was super easy and delivery was fast. I won’t be shopping anywhere else!

Everytime I go to Ready Gunner its a smooth process. Im in and out of the range with relative ease. I get any questions about firearms answered and since theyre all gun nerds, I get honest, educated opinions and friendly chats. Any work Ive have done there on my ARs has been decently fast and pain free.Any negative gripes I have are usually derived from there being a lot of people in the store and theyre busy. Totally not their fault at all.Id definitely recommend stopping in and checking out their stock.

I have purchased a few firearms from Ready Gunner. There is one sales associate Willie who stands out as being very knowledgeableand very helpful. He knowledge regarding firearms is amazing. He also has a great sense of the customer, the needs of the customer, and how to help the customer. I have always appreciated his help and have found his advice to be reliable.

Ready Gunner is a tactical paradise with good staff available as you need. They could benefit from a larger selection, but they are excellent at managing what they have.

I recently bought an NFA item through Ready gunner. They were easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and the paperwork was done quickly. Willy is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. One other plus is that you can use that NFA item at their range until it clears. I will be going back to them for more items.

Ive wanted to get a gun and conceal carry for years, this place was perfect! My husband and I walked in and had all our questions answered by people that knew what they were taking about and had hands on experience with all their products. I would highly recommend for all your self defense and sporting needs!

Honestly I tried to give the benefit of the doubt the first time visiting this store, but the staff is a joke. They never greet you, ask how you’re doing, or see if they can help with anything. I’ve come in 3 different times now and receive nothing but attitude from the staff when asking questions. The staff is always sitting around talking with one another and not putting forth the effort to assist their customers. I do enjoy what products this store has. Unfortunately, I will no longer continue to go due to my latest experience. However, I hope management can add structure and customer service skills for their staff.

Recently purchased a firearm here and ran into a price difference issue. I was told a price over the phone for a firearm that had to be ordered in, so I agreed and gave my payment info as request to order the firearm. Fast forward a week when I went to pick up the firearm. After payment I realized the price was noticeably higher than what I was told over the phone. The next day I went into the store to talk with someone about it and was told it was an “online only” pricing. The employee and I looked online as saw the item was “available online” but nowhere on the website was there a disclaimer or difference for online only pricing.I’m a firm believer in supporting local but this was frustrating to say the least. Enough so that I can’t recommend shopping here. The two stars are solely for the quality range (it really is nice), the customer service both during the initial transaction and follow up payment questions were both lacking severely.

Great gun store, very modern and clean inside. The employees at the gun counter were very helpful with me and helped me purchase the right gun for me. I came in with a general idea of what I wanted, and they helped me narrow it down without me feeling like I was “being sold” something. I love that they have a range, I haven’t used it yet but next time I’m there I hope to try it out.

Bought a Mossberg shotgun from here and its been great. Nathan is one of the most professional sales guys Ive ever met at a gun store. Hes a huge asset to the Ready Gunner team.

I pass this store often so it’s convenient. The owner knows guns (but rarely there understandably). Of the dozen times I’ve been in, if you aren’t buying, you get no effort. 70% don’t know guns, just the cash register. Tonight I asked about a product I grabbed off there shelf and it took a moment for them to realize they sold it. Bottom line is they are too cool for school.

Workers were very helpful and friendly, they were easy to talk with about all their products. Overall just a great team of workers. Will definitely be back soon for more of their products.Update I just came to get my first FFL transfer and it was quick and easy very quick pace and helpful employees. Willy in particular was very helpful in helping me with taking my FFL order home along with great customer service!

Ready Gunner is my favorite gun shop in Utah. The firearms experts and management in the shop really care about customers having a good time. The range is laid back and fun to practice in. The shop runs like clockwork and the range is state of the art and spacious af!

This is my (and many others) go to gun shop. Gun selection is solid and they clearly work hard to get product in. I’ve purchased 2 guns from them and received 2 online orders from them. Employees are real with you and give you good info to make educated buying experiences without strong bias toward specific brands. Highly recommend. Their social media accounts are great as well. Give them a follow.

Neal is an amazing, hands on owner and Mike was great to work with. Mike special ordered me a Sig P320 Texas Rangers Edition (not the baseball team). Ryan meticulously cleaned up my grandpas S&W Model 7. Great shop for all your guns and ammo needs.

Great atmosphere, super clean and the customer support is top notch (not typical for most local gun stores) They have a BRCC Coffee shop with a huge menu of Lattes and other coffee drinks. Since my first review was removed, I will write a second review as my freedom of speech shouldnt be infringed upon. This is the worst gun store Ive been to. When I entered the store, I walked past multiple employees and was not greeted. The store was not busy, and the employees were not helping other customers. The employees were conversing amongst themselves and with the barista at Black Rifle Coffee Co. I stood at the gun counter because I already knew which gun I wanted. It was a Sig P320 X, and was the only one in stock according to their online store. This is the only P320 X in the area that I could find, and Id been looking around for a few weeks. This is the only reason that I drove 45 minutes to this store. The employee that helped me lacked knowledge of firearms. He could not answer simple questions such as whether or not suppressor sights could be added to the 320x (they cant, in case you were wondering). The employee lacked social skills and needs to be trained on speaking with people, and customer service. I was spoken to in a condescending manner during my purchase of the firearm. If this wasnt the only store with the gun that I wanted, I would have taken my money elsewhere. I will not step foot into this store again, and will recommend to friends and family to shop elsewhere.

I built my AR-15 there and they were very helpful with finding me all the parts, people on standby to help with the build. They had all the tools and detailed instructions, very comfortable environment as a first time builder. The store is high quality and the employees love what they do and are always there to help and answer any questions. Their range is amazing, always clean, always safe, great target system, and an easy process to fill out a form. Best gun shop I’ve been to and I would definitely recommend to go there for any of your gun/preparedness needs!

Was worried over a piston-driven ar-15 bolt not feeling right. After a brief talk they had their gunsmith come out and talk it over with me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me solve the issue straight away.

The guys here are always cool to deal with. The range is well maintained and normally not too crowded. Lately there hasn’t been any ammo for sale so plan on bringing your own, I don’t think that’s necessarily their fault but somehow Gunnies down the road always seems to get ammo when Ready Gunner can’t.

Went in for a suppressor and ended up buying a suppressor from Discount Guns.ETA:Problem was that I called SilencerCo to see who in area offers an LE discount. And was told that only RG was able to offer the SPEQ program for our area. Go down there and talk to the red tactibearded dude and he says he has no idea what that is. Talk to some other bearded dude who said RG use to do that but not anymore. Then I was laughed at when I asked to speak with Neal. Send Neal and IG message (no other way to get ahold of him) and never received an answer.

The facility is nice and the price is great. However, I just went about 2 weeks ago and none of the staff (there were 3 employees that I saw) were wearing masks. I asked if the bays were being sanitized between customers and they said no, that they only sanitize every hour or two but not between different customers. I asked for some wipes and they kindly gave them to me so I could wipe down my bay before use. The staff was friendly and Im not blaming them, I think management needs to be more rigid with rules and regulations regarding masks, sanitation, and social distancing in the store and in the range.

When I was ready to mount my optic, I came in and he took the time to sight it in and walk me through his process. Extremely knowledgable and answered all of my questions, before and after the sale. I have been there multiple times, best customer service. They dont treat you as if you are less then them because you dont know everything about guns. Neil is not one of them owners who does not get to know his customers. He is always there and willing to help. I love going to ready gunner. I dont go anywhere else for my gun needs i even drive an hour and a half

This is a nice place to shoot. Just be aware that steel rounds are not permitted. They will test your ammo with a magnet.

Ready Gunner is a very professional store and range! They have a nice coffee shop in-store as well. We took the concealed carry ready course and Sean Burrows did a fantastic job teaching us the legal and practical things we need to know to get our CFPs. We rented handguns for our class and bought ammo there, and everything went so smooth! The staff are extremely friendly and they have a great inventory.

Professional staff with their “sights” on great customer service. They “target” your needs and help you “pull the trigger” on a good purchase. You will be “blown away” with their selection. If you need to find a reason to get a new EDC, they will provide some good “ammunition” to help you go through with it. “Shoot”, I wish I had heard of them sooner! Don’t “conceal carry” your desire for a new “piece”. Give them a “shot” and check out the store.

I came in to practice for a requal event, but was told that Ready Gunner doesnt allow drawing from the holster unless youve completed a special qualification. When I asked when that qualification is offered they said they didnt have one scheduled. I understand that this is a safety and liability concern for them, but its hard to be a ready gunner if you cant practice one of the fundamental aspects of safe firearms handling. At the very least there should be an instructor on staff who can provide the training that they require. Ready Gunner seems to be a bit of a misnomer.

They are very friendly. So much so he the owners wife has a only fans page. Worth the money 😅

I loved my experience at Ready Gunner. Top of the line shooting range. We were able to set the targets to do different things like turn sideways and then appear for 1 second, then turn again. It was fun doing something different than just shooting at a still target.The gun selection and accessories are great. I was also impressed with the customer service. Very nice and patient when answering our questions and those of less experienced shooters.

This is not the review you would except, COFFEE! Yes! COFFEE! If you’re looking for no joke the best coffee, espresso, latte in Orem, Provo and all down here, Ready Gunner is the spot!In addition to the best coffee in Orem they have awesome friendly staff, loads of firearms, accessories, magazines and an entire section dedicated solely to AR builds. Not to mention a massive indoor range with I think over 20 lanes. Did I mention full autos? Welp. Theyve got some of the best in Utah for rent.The party pretty much doesnt stop. All they need is a taco stand and you could from open till close.

I live in Washington and I have been looking everywhere for a particular gun. I was told by a friend that use to live in Provo Utah to try Ready Gunner. Sure enough they had the gun. There are a lot of gun stores that are arrogant and not very friendly. Thats not the case at this store. Because I had to pay over the phone and transfer the gun out of state I ended up talking to a few different people. Everyone of them were helpful, knowledgable and very friendly. I have been so impressed Im buying my accessories from their online store even though I could get that stuff at my local gun shop. I dont write a lot of reviews but when a store is that impressive then I need others to know about it. Thank you to the staff at Ready Gunner.

Not super impressed with this location. Prices aren’t the best and the gun range has never been supervised when I’ve been there. You’d hope that people could use common sense firearm safety, but almost every time I’ve gone someone has muzzled someone else, when I notify an employee they treat me like I’m a snitch and annoyed that I came to them. I’ll just chose to avoid this place

I usually dont write reviews, but my experience here has compelled me to write this one.I had come in a few times debating on buying a fully assembled AR or building my own. Each time I came in I was met by a different person, each one with the same positive attitude and willingness to help. I finally decided to build my own AR with my boys and the experience was wonderful, best decision I could have made. The person who helped us pick out all the parts went into depth on the pros and cons of each part and helped us put together a great AR. Even though the shop was a little busy, they always had time to talk to us and guide us through the build.It was such a great experience, this is going to be my go to place for the future. There are plenty of other shops in the area, I pasted three on the way to this shop alone. But there is something about the personal touch and experience that says a lot about the character of a business.

I cant say enough about this store. They go out of there way to help you and as a new gun buyer treat you with respect. This is what all gun shops should be.

I use the range at Ready Gunner as often as possible (although not as often as Id like), and Ive used them on occasion for parts as well. The Range is clean, modern, and well lit, and the store (especially firearms and parts selection) are well stocked. The employees have always been helpful and courteous as well - never a hint of attitude.Ready Gunner is also notable in that staff are willing to go the extra mile to communicate (I cant hear) without giving the impression that Im a bother, or interrupting their day (an all too common occurrence at many businesses).I wish these folks continued success, and I will do my part by continuing to support their business.

Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Everyone working there is super patient and easy to talk to. No matter your familiarity with guns, you dont feel judged which is super nice- especially for first time buyers. Range is awesome and being able to try before you buy is great.
