This place has a great selection of tools at the best possible prices. Ok, so if youre a contractor using your tools all day long every day, then maybe you dont want to get that tool here. But otherwise, youre in for a treat.

I love harbor freight i go into the store just to browse. The tools here are affordable and it seems to me harbor freight gets just because there in the umbrella of tools that doesnt mean they have to be expensive. I come here to buy gloves, protective eyewear and ear protection often or knee pads. This time i found a good pack of covid face mask and gloves and the staff here is always very attentive

First time visiting this store, small place with lots of tools, for painters, mechanics, gardeners etc. Very well located next to Freeway 22 on Tustin Ave. My experience was good, there was some customers, not to crowded, with great customer service, from the moment I got in an employee welcome the shoppers, the store its easy to navigate well organized.

What what can I say every guy loves a hardware store on a store that sells tools that place is awesome and the customer service is always on the top of the notch

Did not like bate and switch.. When I selected mechanic gloves the pricing was at 17.99 and when I went to check out price the was 24.99. The checker said that the pricing was for club members Friday and the price would be for all others on Saturday. What a way to do business. I believe the law says the pricing that is posted is what you should pay.

If youre looking for high quality tools this isnt the place to go but if you just looking for something to get the job done then without costing a lot of money thats the place to go. If youre looking for good customer service not the place to go either usually only one cashier they have their people walking around in the store restocking or other things but theyre not there to help the customers.

The cashier Sergio welcomed everyone as they entered even though he had a line of people to help. Sergio was very helpful when I asked him about the 20%off coupon! He explained to customers that were checking out the return policy if they were not part of the harbor fright program. Very nice guy!

For you lower budget people this is your place for tools and equipment. The majority of items are the best out there in use. Also the tools I chose were not the top level, but they will give me what I need to get through life! P.S. All you Mac, Craftmen, Husky, Snap-on( my personal fave), And all the other greats I fail to mention. I just gotta say.... I love this store!

Always feels good whenever I get a chance to finally get to harbor freight for my latest needs for work improvement tools and home needs knowing already what Ill be getting and also the best value for my buck.

This Harbor Freight is awesome! Ive been going here for at least 13 years and employees there have always been really helpful and kind. The only downside about this location is it gets really packed sometimes, but cashiers get through the line pretty quickly. Its a great store!

Beats paying 3 or 4x the amt on a Craftsman tool that youll use once in 5 years...All my HF tools have lasted me for years with no problems. HF really needs to work on how they treat their customers. I saw my sister wait in line like everyone else to make a purchase and the cashier asked her if she would step aside and help the people in line first. She claimed that ordering to ship to the store would take some time. What made no sense is when she got around to my sister, it was nothing but her ringing up and getting an email address. There is also a store manager - white man & bald, really needs a training class in service. He is so rude, talks back to you and is so unhelpful. Harbor Frieght is family owned and we wanted to support small business but the way my sister was treated did not sit well with me so I went and cancelled the order. I let another cashier know the reason why Im doing this is because of the way they treat their customers. Not just me but the way I see them talk to everyone.

The way this store is laid out makes no sense, unlike my other Harbor Freight. Lots of items sold out. Long checkout line. Ill stick with my other store.

Got a bunch of great accessories for my Dremel for a very reasonable price! Also, the cashier was very friendly and happy.

Easy to get in and out of the store. Usually very clean and the staff is friendly. Merchandis is organized and shelves stocked, with the exception of latex gloves.

Website is useless!! Store has mostly display product of stuff they sell but not the actual product and dont offer to order the item you came in to get because there website says its in stock.

As an electrician, Ive learned you cant go wrong with tools here that dont have motorized parts. If I need a tool infrequently, its a better deal than renting. This is larger than other stores in the chain, with the corresponding better selection.

GREAT DISCOUNTS BUT POORLY TRAINED NEWHIRES THAT DIDNT KNOW THE ONLINE COUPON CODES I TRIED TO USE, TO THE POINT WHERE SHE LOOKED ANNOYED THAT MY PHONE WAS DYING AND IT TOOK A FEW SECONDS TO PULL UP MY COUPONS. MANAGER WAS SUPER COOL THO.

Very hard to get someone to help me! When I was finally able to find a store associate they directed me to where they might be and didnt bother to walk me over to show me. Not very good Customer Service, very unfriendly people that work there!

Harbor Freight is my go to guilty pleasure. If the wife buys another pair of shoes, i go and add to my tool box (while not having to break the bank.)

I went in there to buy about $30 in disposable batteries. I realized I forgot my 20% coupon, so I asked the cashier if I could give him my phone number, so that he could look up my account an give me the 20% off, or, if he had a 20% off coupon handy. I have used both of these options in the past. He said he needed the paper couple. I put the batteries back, left the store, and headed to CVS to buy batteries. You may have lost a customer.

These guys are great, best customer service at this particular location over all the others around here. I do get a little frustrated when I have to visit so many stores just to try and find one part. None seemed to have it in stock.. I started considering to grab the one of the other polishers...lol j/k. We all know where that gets us... I asked about a tool I purchased about 2 weeks ago and if I could return it even though the box was kinda messed up and they proceeded to look up my transaction cause thats all they really cared about was that they could verify I in fact bought it, but other than that, they were happy to assist!

What can I say big boys toy store! Love the Coupons, love the prices. If I ever had a problem with any of the items purchased they always take care of me. Love the freebies as well, if youre not on their mailing list you should be!

Convenient location to pick up inexpensive tools when needed however sometimes the savings are outweighed by the headaches when the tools fail. Overall when you know what tools are worth purchasing here it balances out. The staff is always good here even though they are usually pretty busy and deal with more rude people than they should have to.

Smaller location than what Ive visited in the past. Still has a very good inventory. Purchased a gas generator today due to the rolling blackouts. Lets see how it holds up..

Ive had so so luck with the power tools. The hand tools hold up well.

Disorganized chaos. Poorly managed with no service. Outdated inventory management. Shelves stocked incorrectly and merchandise is not in the correct location. After telling 3 people what I’m looking for they ask what are you looking for again? Staff hides out in break room and doesn’t want to help customers. Imagine if 10 blind guys with no hearing and no hands tried to help you and you are at the correct location. First time last time.

The staff here are probably the friendliest of any of the Harbour Freight stores Ive visited. These guys went above and beyond to assist me. Even though its a smaller sure, it was neat and clean.. They have everything you need and if something is not in stock, they will Sub something else in its place... Great place..

They have all kinds of power, pneumatic, and hand tools, for construction and automotive at very competitive prices.The biggest criticism of Harbor Freight, is that they carry lots of Chinese made products. People automatically call them out as being inferior or cheap, but in todays retail market, unless you are buying expensive high grade commercial tools, most consumer retail tools are made in China, including Craftsman which used to proudly carry the Made in USA stamping. For most mortal beings, Harbor Freights products will do the job. Many of their hand tools carry a lifetime warranty.Harbor Freight has a helpful staff, but they can be quite busy at times, making assistance tough to get during busy hours. Its a great store to visit for everything from tarps, to step stools, to power impact drivers.They have an email list for product specials. I found these specials to have some great deals and who wouldnt want that free mini-LED flashlight!

This last trip to harbor freight sealed the friendship between me and harbor freight. Just had a welder stolen from me that I purchased last week at harbor freight. The cashier Rochelle. heard me telling my story of the welder being stolen and when I get up to her she found a discount which saved me $45 off of new one I had to buy. Weve had our ups and downs me and harbor freight but I really like the service and they always do take care of me.
