Had brought my Toyota in for service and asked them if they where going to wash it for me. I had bought my vehicle else where and i was told that if I where to bring it to a different dealership for service as part of the Toyota care plan that they would wash and vacuum it for me. They said I would have to walk to the main dealership to ask the head sales rep if they were going to do it for me! And he informed me that it was at the dealerships discretion weather they would wash them and that he seemed kinda bother by me asking him about washing it so I walked back to the service department and told the lady what he said. All in all not happy with there service they seemed kinda lazy and unwilling to work with me I will not be back there for anything!! Called two separate dealers in the area near me and they told sure it would be no problem to wash it with no hesitation no asking head sales rep or nothing!! Bottom line is some dealerships like to make the costumer happy and some are just collecting a pay check!

Avoid this dealership. When you need help with a car they sold you, they run you in circles. I was a first time car buyer, but now I am filed with knowledge. I will be going to them with facts they did not tell me including the following: 2-4-15 structural damage was reported, same month on the 18th the transmission module had to be fixed under the first owners extended warranty. The transmission problem occurred again Aug, 3 2015 and unbeknownst to me, the car was sold back to ford motor company. move to 2018 and Cecil Atkinson bought said car from auction. 3-8-18 I purchased car, my first car by myself. I asked many questions, such as why the car kept doing some sort of kick back, and vroom when I hit the gas from park. Normal they said.Long story, not too short, sorry, DO NOT Trust this dealership!pictures are from when I first got the car. now it sits in my yard.

I have never in my life seen a finance manager do less work to try to get a customer approved in my entire life! I left there yesterday afternoon being told I can get approved this morning it took me 30 minutes to get a deal on a truck twice as nice as the one I was trying to buy from them but they didnt even have for me to look at they had to send for it so I didnt get to test driver anything I had to fill out paperwork first.. I would not recommend this place they will not do anything for you everything is about lining their pockets with a large down payment and over priced vehicles..

Saw a cheap truck for sale online. I emailed the dealership as email is easier with my busy and erratic schedule. No response. I email again, get a generic response saying to call them. I call and get placed on hold for an extensive amount of time. I hang up. I get an email saying it had a personalized response. Wrong it was a generic automated response. I finally get an email from Kyle, no information about the truck and just a few pics. I am out of town and there was no pictures on the website so I am relying on the salesman for info. I email him back asking for the condition of the truck as it looked pretty rough in the pictures. No response to multiple emails. I call back and get the same guy. I ask him about the truck and all he said was I dont know, we dont check them......So I asked how it was mechanically as it obviously had body issues. He said well people have test driven it so it drives. Thats all he had to say about it. I guess because it wasnt a $60,000 vehicle he didnt have time to be bothered. What a complete lack of any form of customer service.I called back trying to get a different salesman. I told the receptionist I wanted to speak to sales, she transferred me to service, told service I wanted sales, they sent me to a finance directors voicemail.Way to go. What a bunch of all stars they have working there.

Bought a 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport. They helped me when no one else would even bother do to my credit situation. Kyle helped me the whole way through even when I was undecided on what i wanted. The whole sales team was great. Jeff and Blake didnt stop calling the credit companys until I got approved. You dont have to have good credit to be treated like family. The service department is awesome. They got me set up for my first service appointment. The staff is great. Very friendly and fun. Tracy was very nice. All of the employees are very professional. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

I would Never use this place.My husband called 2sx this morning to try and get in, finally got in touch with the manager,and got an appointment at 2 this evening.My car was showing ( need matinance). When they finished,the woman there told me it needed alignment, I told her it should Not cost anything because I have Everything on it to be paid for,well she argued with me.So I called my husband and while I was on the phone with him,she called someone that works there and saying things I did Not say.So I told my husband what she said about the alignment,and he said yes that is paid for,well I told my husband, I dont think they know what they are doing,and she said to me, I would appreciate it if you didnt talk about my employment,I told her Its the truth,we had to call several times to get in here and now your telling me that if I would have told you my car was pulling,well I told her my car is Not pulling and I didnt bring it in here for that.I was about to leave and she told me that I had to sign release papers, I told her to get them together.Then she started Again On Me,I Told Her DONT, Dont Do It,I told her I Will Never be in here again and left.When has it come to that you cannot even go to a store,car places,etc.without the workers starting on you,that you have to Defend yourself against someone that dont even know you.She is the Only woman in the Orange Toyota Parts Service.I dont know your name since you didnt have a name tag,but You Should be Ashamed Of Yourself talking to anyone in the manner you did.I Will Pray For You!!! Oh and this happened on 12-7-2019. Oh by the way,the Alignment Is covered,so You Dont Know what Your talking about!!!

Liz deserves 10 stars. She is extremely sweet and helpful. She takes her time and gets you the best deal possible and will go above and beyond to make you happy with your purchase. Ive been here a few times for service on my prius and they schedule appointments around my available times, the car service is excellent, the front desk is very helpful and will look up ways to save me money, and they talk with me about how my car did on its tuneup (instead of just handing me the sheet and pushing me out the door). This may not be the fanciest car dealership in town, but they really do care and take the time to make sure youre happy with your car....I was here again recently for service, 5 stars again! Scheduling an appointment was easy, being seen at that time with no wait, checking on warranty for a future visit...They take care of it all :) The waiting areas nice, I was able to entertain my baby with some cartoons on the big screen and enjoy a fresh coffee.

This is a small dealership. The service is good and the waiting area comfortable. The day I was at the service center it was very quiet. Im not sure about their depth of knowledge.

Tried to get an oil change. Two young guys were working in the service dept and I saw one car in the bay but they were too busy eating to help me. Basically told me they didn’t have time to do an oil change. Thumbs down. Forget this dealership. No friendly greeting. I was a burden to them. Not Great customer service

A few months ago, my 86 year old daddy got a flyer in the mail from Cecil Atkisson Toyota in Orange, Texas. It looked as though he won a car so he and my mom went to the dealership to collect. Looong story short, they some how, and we cant figure out how, cheated them out of their two year old Avalon. The car they were given in exchange is worth less than the car they had. They confused an elderly couple. They held them for HOURS with no food or drink. (And my 80 year old mama is a diabetic). They literally BLOCKED THEM IN so they couldnt leave in their car. The police were called. Told my parents they needed to get charges filed...they tried. They were told to hire an attorney, they did. After they retained him for $250, now he refuses to help them. (Paid off maybe? Or was he bullied?) No one will help them. They refuse to drive the Prius, which carries a $600 note. (They live on a fixed income.) Theyve been depending on my daddys work truck to get around which is next to impossible for my mom. She has fibro myalgia, plus her spine is extremely messed up but nothing can be done. This ordeal has drained them. It is breaking my heart. Now toyota is giving them until June 6th to pay up or have the Prius confiscated and sold at auction. They have threatened my WWll veteran daddy that they will sue him for the difference. Please Ellen, can you help them? Every single time I pray about this whole situation, all I hear back is, Ellen. My parents, Jo and Cecil Laroue, need a miracle. I want to keep them here with us as long as possible. This has taken a huge chunk out of their stability. The shop manager is a liar. The fat one in the shop is a thief and steals from peoples cars, just check with former customers about things coming up missing in their vehicles.
