We where returning a washer and dryer because we found a cheaper set. Was told that it would be a repro on my credit. When they brought it to our house they would not bring it into my house. Then when to come get it they would not enter my house. Me and my husband had to drag it upstairs when we got it then back down the stairs for them to pick it up. The people that delivered our new set had no problem coming into our house so we didnt have to drag them upstairs. This company will never get my business again and Ill make sure my kids and grandkids will never go here.

Onalaska Get It Now came to our rescue when I had to replace my daughters computer for school. I could not have been more broke, and they were able work their magic so we could walk out with an excellent computer the same day!!!!The staff is fun, polite, professional and extremely helpful....🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩The store its self is super clean, and they even take the time to sanitize everything regularly. As a bonus, they have sanitizer and masks by the door for their customers to utilize.I truly get the impression they really care about their customers and employees as to take so much care and enforce so many precautions in order to prevent and or avoid the spread of Covid-19.😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷Finally, Their selection of products are excellent, and even have fair prices.I definitely recommend this store for anyone trying to rebuild their credit or just does not have the cash or savings to purchase their furniture and or other needed items out right.***KUDOS GET IT NOW.....YOU ARE NAILING IT!!!***

The products are good that they sell and they work with you within reason, it is a good place to get your credit up if you know what you are doing. The really only thing that I see bad about this company is the fact is that they are one of them company that has fallen through the cracks. What I mean by that, is that Wisconsin has tried to eliminate companies like that, so then they stop trying to hurt the consumer. These kind of places do. You can rent at your own risk, because you are risking that if you for some reason cannot come able to pay your accounts, in a case of a pandemic, the only way you get help is if you lose your job, but if not, too bad, you still have to pay, I would suggest buying from here if only necessary or you have the money saved away to pay it off at a later date. They will not help you in cases that you need it, but when it comes to a pandemic, they ultimately do not want to do that either, they would rather send it to collections and ruin your credit than give that extension that you need. They also do not cover special circumstances, meaning like those of you that have a place to be where you may not have access to a phone or even internet for that matter, and you run all the accounts in your relationship, that in return gets you know where, they expect to be paid for that too. They are a company that comes across some cool stuff, I just recommend that you go somewhere else, because I guarantee you can get it cheaper somewhere else, and is it really worth having to deal with an account manager about an issue. I will say if you ever have to deal with the accounts manager, good luck. The products I have currently may be the last products I get from them. Until they can fix their policies, I would rather pay full price or a refurbished price and shipping. Usually the main boss, and the collections lady, along with a few of the salesmen are pretty good, I just would prefer not to speak to the account manager. I dont care for how he would have handled the situation, but I am not going to change where my money goes and who has access to it just to make sure just that bill is paid, everyone else does not have an option, so neither does this company. You will either cooperate, or you will not, either way, if it has to work out one way, it will. If not, then I guess tough luck for you.

The people are very nice.not to happy with the purchase.few days after delivery found damage that was filled in with a black marker so I got burned

I cant say enough about the staff at Get It Now. Some of the nicest, most helpful, and understanding people I know. Extremely accommodating. I purchased a computer from them a few years ago and even though my warranty expired, if I have a problem, they will help to see whats wrong with it. I have referred them to a few people and they LOVE their purchases. I will buy something else once my dining room set is paid off.

There staff is Wonderful!

I’ve been a customer for over two years with payments due on Saturday’s, always on time. I miss one Saturday and they are closed Sunday’s so I was in on Monday to pay it, before hand they were already on top of sending me a letter in the mail for my missed payment. The very next day right away.

Terrible Customer service by Frank rude and disrespectful does not know how to treat a customer get it now will lose a lot of business if something is not done with Frank’s attitude. I’m not sure if he feels it’s OK to just disrespect his customers but it is not acceptable at all I would love to hear from somebody higher or above Frank at this point I will not recommend anybody to go to get it now because of the services received by Frank he literally costs customers to hang up the phone call back and hope to get somebody else I’m not the only one and I know I’m not alone in this he is disrespectful and something needs to happen NOW!

Pay your bills and they will be kind, they work for a living just like you. ;) They know youre human and will work with you. So remember, dont take advantage of that and the wont have to file that you stole from them. :DBuying two pieces of equipment and bought one table... excellent service and very personable.

Ive been going through GET IT NOW since 2010, excellent prices,service and professional courtesy sales staff.I go through One sales Person Dan, its a lot easier going through One sales person, instead of multiple sales reps. They dont hound you to buy or push you to get more. I recommend Get It Now. If you want quality furniture, appliances, electronics,for every room in your home(besides the bathroom) check them out.

This place is ridiculously awesome! The people are great, they help you if you have any problems, and most importantly they build your credit. I cannot say enough about the account managers! Great guys. Both managers are super professional and help with anything. The sales lady seems like she has been there a while because she knows what she is doing. Delivery guys are very outgoing and professional as well. If I could give more stars I would.

We got a washer and dryer from these guys with what was supposed to be an electric dryer. When we got it from them, it turned out to be a gas dryer. Luckily, I have a gas hookup but was out another $30 for a gas line. During the delivery, they broke the washer. I called them to have them send it in to repair it and they said it would be a week before we got it back. When asked what they were going to do for the inconvenience, Amber told me there was nothing they could do. A week later, we did not receive a phone call to let us know when they were going to deliver, so we called to find out what was going on. We were then told that their ONLY service truck broke down and it would be another week. I was upset that no one called and again, asked what they would do for the inconvenience. Again, I spoke with Amber and was told nothing. Their offer was to take the set back, which doesnt help because then we have no set. Needless to say, we are not going to go back to these guys and chances are, they will get this set back. If I could give no stars, I would.

I have gotten 7 items over the last 4 years. 3 laptops, 1 desktop computer, 2 HDTVs, a tablet and a bunk bed. The home delivery was on time considering it was horrible weather. They work on the prices, lowering the payments, down payment, or even lowering the overall price if you ask. To be fair on the bad side I did receive a late payment call and letter in the mail for 20 cents. It was the managers oversight. So he paid it.
