This is our first time here. The employees are nice, but the drinks are super sweet. I like sweet, but this is beyond the limit. 😫 My daughter ordered Taro milk tea and she drank only 1/4. She cant drink them because of the sweetness!! I gave 4 stars for the variety of drinks and services. I didnt get a good picture, sorry.

You can ask the staffs about how down to earth the owners are.Chinh and his wife Van will take their time to describe the menu for you and help you to make your decisions on desserts and drinks.Especially during these hard time of Covid, their staffs went above and beyond to keep the place clean and cozy looking.They offer deliveries and will remember your faces everytime you come in. The staffs are always friendly and welcoming. They have varieties of different drinks and new seasonal flavors like recently you can get a cherry blossom drink with cute stickers collection. They often have waffles, macaroons and crepes. The durian crepes and ube waffles are to die for. Even when they’re busy, they will make sure your order comes out right and in a timely manner.Some tips when you order from Kungfutea- make sure you download their app for discounts, you can order ahead to avoid the line, ice/sweetness level can be adjusted and if you don’t drink your boba right away, substitute regular boba with crystal boba so it won’t get hard. I ordered the Honey Green Tea this time with the Mango popping bubbles. I love their popping boba. The green tea flavour was also soothing. I have tried other bubble tea here too and they were good. The place is small but neat and clean.

I went here yesterday and ordered the Coffee Milk Tea with coffee bobas and i was really disappointed. The drink was terrible! I got a large because I expected it to taste good and like coffee but it did not taste anywhere near what coffee tastes like. I had someone else taste it and they agreed with me. Others may like it but i did not agree with it.

Absolutely amazing, have not had one thing there yet that I did not like. Will definitely go back for more and definitely recommend!

I came here for boba as i always do. i absolutely love this place. but today was not so great. i went in and had ordered pretty quickly. but then proceeded to wait almost an hour for my boba. and the people behind me with like 4 drinks got theirs before me and i had one thing. everyone who had ordered after me also got most of their drinks before me. it’s an amazing place but it was just a bad experience this one day.

Stopped by this place in the middle of a long shopping spree. I was surprised to see a boba place in Omaha!I ordered the Thai milk tea with bubbles. Tasted great, the pearls were cooked decently, and the service was quick!The shop is really cute and has lots of light and windows. There were a couple of people working/studying and it seemed like a nice place to hang out for a little while.I will definitely be going back the next time I’m in Omaha!

I like that we have a unique bubble tea shop in Omaha and they have a really great selection of drinks. I gave it a three star rating because the boy behind the counter is very pushy if you dont know what you want. Otherwise the couple times Ive been here the drinks have always been great.

So I just became obsessed with Boba about two weeks ago. In that time span I have went to literally every Boba tea spot that we have here in Omaha, I’m not proud to admit it, but I’ve even gone to the same place three times just this week. Some places the boba consistency was too mushy and flavorless others were just extremely undercooked and very firm and some places the tea flavorings were just downright nasty or very watered down. I thought I found my holy Grail and had gone there three times this week although I had to substitute the Boba with crystal boba because theres was slimy and flavorless- the drinks were however decently sweet but since I like milk teas- over time I realized it was just too “heavy” That is until I found kung fu tea. Their Boba has the best consistency ever it’s extremely flavorful and bouncy and slightly firm and the drinks are just sweet enough without being too over bearing and not extremely thick even with the milk cap, Not to mention, everybody at the front counter was extremely friendly and helpful and it was overall an amazing experience. I tried the winter melon milk tea as well as the cocoa wow and they both were amazing, sweet- but not too sweet, and I will most definitely be back again....and again lol

This place no doubt has great boba teas! One thing that I noticed recently is that quality has gone down somewhat. I pay close to $7 for large milk tea with Boba and a milk cap... the milk cap used to be made fresh with each order but now the milk cap is pre-made and poured out from a large container. Aesthetics-wise it’s not just not that attractive to look at old foam and it doesn’t taste as good since old foam is not as creamy. If one goes to Starbucks and order cold foam drinks, it’s always made fresh.

My co-worker (a lover of boba tea) says this is the best boba in Omaha. I got the milky winter melon and loved it!

Love my experience every time!! They always make sure your order is right and if not they will fix it no problem. I lost my card and asked if they had Apple Pay and he said they will have it in about 2 weeks but I was unable to pay and he gave me the drink for free just because I was a regular customer. Ive only had great experiences here! Not only are the drinks yummy but customer service is excellent. I was especially impressed yesterday when the owner made special accommodations for me to enjoy a drink without a straw as I had my wisdom teeth out this week. He also was considerate to make the oreo chunks small and blended so that I could enjoy those as well.

Great boba options, okay prices.

Im very sad to say that my visit to Kung Fu Tea was very disappointing overall. After seeing it suggested to me, I was pretty excited because I love boba Tea and it sounded like a great treat to have. I finally saw it the other day, the location is not very obvious from the road, so I went in to try it, thinking I could relive the one really good milk boba tea that Ive ever had. Unfortunately, that experience will not be had today.Getting in line was no problem. The restaurant was busy and had a posting saying that theyre hiring, and me being someone looking for a job, I thought perhaps I would even ask what it would mean to work there. at very least, how would one go about exploring the job offer. however, once I started asking simple questions about the product, I realized that we werent really in a position to have a complex conversation.I asked questions such as what does milk green tea look like and if I wanted to just have a sweet green tea with boba, what should I choose no one working the register could answer these questions effectively. I kept getting three or four different suggestions and none of them sounded right. I told them I was trying to get something that would actually be a milky green color, and asked if that would be the matcha. They were so confused by my questions I basically gave up. I was holding up the line, and I felt stupid, even though being a new customer, it makes a ton of sense for me to have questions about the product.I ordered a cold Kung Fu tea + milk green tea, with bubbles, low sugar, with a milk cap and light ice. This order was because I was told that this tea was simply green tea with milk, and that a milk cap was sweet with a little salty. I didnt want it to be watered down so I got it with light ice, but this was a mistake.What I received was a cup of what looks like milk with boba on the bottom. The milk cap was a mistake because I got it with the impression that it would be sweet. It tastes like they poured salt in a thick foam over the top of my drink and there is not enough sweet to balance it. The drink was too warm as well; I didnt realize light ice would be only a few cubes, and the liquid was not super refrigerated. Its not a good set up to adjust after receiving your order... And they also demand to see receipt upon pickup without telling you that you will need to present it. All this plus boba that tastes like licorice, Im not too thrilled.I ended up obtaining ice and flavor help from somewhere else. Had I not spent $7+ on this drink, I would have just tossed it. For a boba shop, I was surprised that the boba is extra. Also, the counter menu process dont match whats on the wall. I wish I hadnt paid a tip, I dont know what I really tipped for. I do not plan on returning.For what its worth, I eventually finished it, though Im pretty sure it was heavier on the sugar than expected. My mission continues, I hope to someday find my green, smooth treat.

Kung Fu Tea outdoes themselves every single time. The drinks are always beyond amazing, but on top of that the customer service is absolutely. 100%. unmatched. The owners are for sure up there in the sweetest people I’ve ever met, and the drinks are beyond worth driving 20 miles round trip for. They take the time and effort to make each experience its own, and their friendless and care is obvious every time. As someone who works with guests in customer service, the hospitality is incredibly its own and so far beyond anything that would be expected. My wife and I have tried many places in Omaha to get boba, but the first time we tried it here, we knew this was by far the best and there was no way to get better. My wife now has me stop every day to pick her up some Mango Slush with Boba on my way home. All the workers are incredibly kind and sweet and the manager is a genuinely nice individual. I enjoy my daily stops, not because they know my order or name by heart, but because the environment is friendly and enjoyable.

I usually go to Thirst Tea in Midtown, but this was on my route today so I stopped in. I got the taro which I normally enjoy, but the flavor was too strong for me this time. It was very sweet and the boba was hard which isnt what I am used to. I like the unique selections they have but just not to my liking. I would try it again but a different flavor.

This place has become my go-to for boba tea in Omaha! I have no complaints (except that it took forever to open but that doesn’t matter anymore). The location is great since I am a student at UNO and are on the Scott Campus primarily. The team that works here is extremely friendly and helpful to someone if they aren’t sure what they would like. I really appreciate how good the customer service is and I think that is what sets them apart from other stuff laces in town that sell similar products. The location is also very clean. The tea itself is also really good and refreshing! I think Kung Fu tea provides a good variety so there is something for everyone. I recommend checking it out if tea is something you are looking for.

I walked into kung fu tea and was immidiately greeted by chin and his wife van. I asked for some time to charge my phone and they welcomed me with hospitality! Good service, weird product. This was one boba roller coaster I did not want to ride. I ordered a red bean wow milk and ugh was more like it. Too many temperatures and textures clashing. The same could be said about my husbands lychee punch. Bits of shredded lychee were competing with thin bits of jelly. The tea was good. Textures were terrible. The establishment was clean and easy to access. So points for that.
