Worst car dealership and worst car service ever I had. Today I took my car to change oil and ask them to check my car breaks.My wife took car back to home after oil change but on the way to home she noticed some this is wrong. When she come home I did the test drive I feel same. I took it back to dealership service on the way the car was front wheels was running waggle. When we reached there the service person did test drive we can see front wheels waggle and we found the knot bolts was not tight. All the four knot bolt was loose. I was so upset because how reckless they can be with out checking or doing test drive they return the car. If on the road accident happen or anything wrong happens to us who will be responsible. I don’t feel safe doing car service with this Irresponsible Woodhouse dealership.

Christian is the best salesman ever!!!! I moved to Omaha today and needed the car ready for when I arrived. As soon as I got to the dealership he was joyful and overall gave me a lot of positive vibes after a stressful day of traveling. The car was ready as soon as I got there and the process was super fast. Christian was so helpful throughout the online process before my move and I was nervous about practically everything! This was my first time leasing a car and he answered my every question with so much enthusiasm and will! He made everything so so so easy for me. 100% recommend and trust. Wanted a AWD vehicle for my daughter. Had gone to another dealer, and they didn’t have the vehicle we wanted that showed in stock on their website. They suggested they had some used. Absolutely a waste of time they wanted us to pay new car prices with horrible interest rates for a 3 year old vehicle. I decided to look at different new vehicle with rebates and great financing it seemed like it would work. Unfortunately it didn’t work out they over promised and couldn’t deliver. Sorry for the long story, but it brings me to the 5 STAR rating.Made an appointment to come into see what Woodhouse could do, and within 20-30 minutes we had a done deal. It was the most painless experience buying a vehicle I have had in a while. Great customer service and everyone was professional and nice! Would recommend purchasing a vehicle from them! The salesman’s name that helped us was Robby. I appreciated the time they took in financing to explain to my daughter what different things in the contract were, and about her credit. By far the best car purchase experience we have ever had! Robby was very low pressure and professional, and made the transaction very smooth and enjoyable, rather than a scramble to haggle like you might get elsewhere. They had great inventory compared to the current market, and were able to show and sell us the car we wanted. Greg in the finance department answered all of our questions and was able to direct us to the best financing option for our needs, as well as make recommendations to be sure we maintain the best value for the life of our vehicle. When we are in the market for another new car, we will definitely be stopping at a Woodhouse location first.

I purchased a used 2019 Hyundai Sonata Ltd from Drew and Dominic sight unseen in June 2021. I found the perfect vehicle on their website. The price was outstanding. Drew and Dominic handled the sale to perfection. Everything was done over the internet and Federal Express. I had a trucking company deliver the vehicle to my office. I will not call salesman out because he has helped with last 2 purchases for fiance and daughter. I assume this is a management issue. I spent 45 minutes looking at the 2021 Hyundai Kona. Liked the Ultimate and decided to purchase. After 45 minutes and 2 test drives and a sticker offer(website had it $1500 cheaper) I was told that due to current situation with demand etc. The price would be $3000 over sticker and that the website was wrong. Wait what? I dont care what is going on in the world. No!! So I went to Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue and bought a 2021 Mazda CX 30 that blows the Kona away for STICKER.

If I could give them zero stars I would.Our Sonata needed the engine replaced under warranty. My car sat for 45 days awaiting repair until it was ready. We drove it less than 24 hours and the brand new engine blew because of a mechanics error in replacing a cap! Then another 2 weeks went by while they Replaced the new engine with ANOTHER new engine!Within 24 hours of us having the car back for the 2nd time, it was clear that the car was not fixed properly. Wouldn’t start one day, all sorts of check engine lights on, then the next day ran fine, then the day after same issue so decided to have it towed back with the tow truck that I insisted they provide (I didn’t have it towed back the first time it gave us problems because the next day it started right up- this was the worst mistake)!Now it needs a new battery because it sat for months being I driven on their lot while awaiting the new engine warranty repair, needs a starter for the 3rd time(each time you change out the engine you have to replace the starter)- they are refusing to provide me with the receipt/paperwork for the starter though and starters have a lifetime warranty(or at least mine did before they replaced it when they changed out the engine under warranty). It needs a new ignition and keys cut(which I just had an extra key made at the dealership I picked up the crafter the first engine warranty repair).As demonstrated by their employees error to replace caps and causing a brand new engine to blow, Use caution and ensure the quality of work can be trusted.We are taking it to our own mechanic for evaluation/assessment and repair.

My husband took my car in to the service center today for a routine oil change. He was shocked to see that not one person working at the establishment was wearing a mask. The customers were but none of the associates. There are signs to social distance but you would think they would require employees to wear masks to protect customers. If the service had been exceptional we might be able to overlook it but that hasnt been the case so we will be taking our business to another business that does care about the health of their customers.

My daughter and I started with looking on their website and yes there were a lot of varieties of cars and trucks to choose from. I found that very impressive. Since the website had a lot to offer, we decided to go to the dealership. We got out of the car and started looking around. And for over 20 minutes, we were not acknowledged. So we came inside the showroom. There were four salespeople in the building. They looked at us, and then walked away. This is my daughter’s first experience for looking at cars and this dealership ruined it! I called and left a message for the manager to tell him about our bad experience. But he never returned my calls. So my daughter and I took our business elsewhere. I hope no one does not have the same experience my daughter and I had at this dealership.

Watch out, these snakes have green eyes. They offer a young millennial sales force who dont take the time to explain features of newer cars. They refer you to watch YouTube videos vs spending their own time on a Monday at noon to help you to understand features & setup. The finance people are not trained and ignore details when I found a $500 mistake as they offer money from every sale to help meet local hunger needs. A court summons got their attention but were still slow to take responsibility for good ole boy mistakes they would have ignored otherwise. Great cars with greedy, lazy managers and sales force.

Could not recommend Woodhouse Hyundai more. Came from viewing a car at Edwards Hyundai in Council Bluffs where we had a less than stellar experience. Going to Woodhouse was a complete 180 degree turn as far as experience.Found a good deal for the car I wanted (that I’d seen the previous day in Council Bluffs) on Cars.com, called ahead, asked if that specific price was available, was told it was. Came in, test drove it, they honored the price online, no BS or bait and switch. They even gave me a better % on my APR than my bank was giving me for the same time period, literally could not be happier with the car buying experience I had.They also fully observed social distancing protocols such as mask wearing and protective plastic screen between us and the finance representative, which was comforting to us.We had Robby Swoboda as our car salesman and he was great. Straight shooter, experienced, pleasant, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the process go quickly. It felt too good to be true honestly. Upon arrival for a test drive Nick the salesman decided that we were not fit for his time and that when I roll up in a $50,000 Audi I can’t afford a $30,000 used mustang. He took my ID and went to the manager to tell him that we were just coming to hot Rod cars around and that we weren’t serious and came back to tell us that if we weren’t serious then we need to get lost. He pulled the car up with a terrible attitude and had already decided that we weren’t going to buy the car before we even drove it. We went right around the parking lot and brought the car back because we decided that his attitude selling $25,000 new cars was too good for us. If I were you I would buy a car from Brody Methven at Baxter Ford because his attitude was top-notch compared to Nick’s. Thanks anyway Woodhouse

I called Woodhouse looking for a Palisade for my wife spoke to Danny Combs gave him my wife’s wish list and told him what we were wanting for payments within 10 minutes he was calling me back had the vehicle she wanted he also was able to have all the paperwork done and ready when we arrived at the dealership. He might have changed this old Chevy man’s mind and started making me think more about Hyundai’s for future purchases. I’d definitely recommend calling Danny and seeing what he can do for you.

My engine was knocking. I took the car to this service center. They told me the valve is not looking good. I told I will change the valve the next week and they let me pick up the car. In 2 miles the engine is broken. you would expect a service center explains a laymen the danger of engine failure if driven in that condition. But they didnt. It is the worst service center as far as I know. Thank You Josh Ridpath, now I dont have a vehicle to pick up my kids.

EDIT: After receiving my feedback, Woodhouse immediately set me up with another leasing agent who is very polite and capable - Thanks, Danny!When it works, it works. When it doesnt, its a nightmare. Im jealous of the folks giving Monte Davis glowing reviews because I have not had a similar experience. When I leased originally, Monte was a very helpful salesman, though I made his job very easy by coming in and immediately saying Im driving a car out of here today and that is the car I want. After the contracts are signed and folks are locked in, attitudes seem to change, though. After receiving an email that claimed my lease would ending in months rather than the couple years I knew it should be, I tried to contact Monte. I was met first with unclear emails, then when I got him on the phone, he was incredibly short with me, rude honestly, by any customer service standards. I simply had some questions, but he seemed angry and annoyed that I needed some clarity and spoke over me. He grudgingly and sarcastically took responsibility for the error of not keeping my account information up-to-date: This is the first mistake Ive ever made in my life, please forgive me. Honestly I was pretty shocked and quite upset with how he spoke to me. It was night and day from the polite fellow I had sold my business to. But I guess thats all that matters for this Christian establishment. I now have a certain amount of trepidation at the idea of approaching if another issue arises and being mistreated simply for asking some questions. I will not be furthering business with Woodhouse after my current lease ends if this is their idea of a helpful salesperson/account manager.

The Woodhouse family of dealers came heavily recommended by a friend, so I tried them. The experience I had leasing a new Hyundai Sonata from the Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha was beyond any other car dealership Ive ever worked with. There are no games with them, tell them your target price and they will work to make it happen quickly. In a matter of a couple hours I had test drove, negotiated, signed papers, and drove out of the lot and that was on a busy Friday.Staff was very friendly, but not pushy. Once my lease is up, I fully intend on coming back to Woodhouse Hyundai to get my next vehicle. I could not be more happy with the entire experience.

We felt that he wasnt playing typical dealership games with us.Next day i came back & had the misfortune of dealing with a different salesman who started playing games right away.Twice I almost walked out. Maybe I should have. LThen the typical dealership games continued with the sales writer.Guessing I spent about 45 minutes telling him no to the extras that they were trying to push on me.After telling him no on the extras several times, all a sudden HEY I can knock $1000 off. Really?Archer Hyundai never did this to me when I bought a car yrs ago. Shame they didnt have what I was looking for in inventory or I would have gone back to them.4.5 hrs later... :(

My husband and I had a great car buying experience at Woodhouse Hyundai. Our sales person, Jake Seymour, was really down to earth and easy to work with. I told him Id be looking at other cars at other dealerships to compare and he basically told me to go for it and that I should make sure I was getting the best deal. Turns out I came back to Hyundai because I was getting the best deal from them by far! They let me take the used car I wanted to buy from them and get it checked out by my dads mechanic as well. I felt very valued and respected as a customer and was treated very fairly. Jake was always quick to follow up with me when I had questions but I never felt pressured. That made me trust them all the more. We even bought the car in Omaha over our Christmas break while visiting family. We live in Albuquerque now. The whole process was easy, painless and even enjoyable! Thank you Woodhouse Hyundai, thank you Jake and thank you Jeremy in the finance department! A year ago, I flew into town from out of state to buy a car that had been difficult for me to find elsewhere in the style that I had wanted it. Woodhouse not only had a great salesperson to work with for setting me up with buying the car, but all of the other people working there that I either interacted with or who were part of the process of selling me the car - from the person who picked me up at the airport, to the team helping me with getting my lending paperwork straightened out, to the team of technicians who prepared my car for purchase, and everyone else in between - were phenomenal as individuals and as a team.10/10, would buy from again - but Im keeping the N, though. :D

I have had a lot of car buying experiences throughout my 30 years of life. The only place I have ever felt excited to go car shopping has been at Woodhouse (usually Blair). Yesterday we took a chance and went out to Woodhouse Hyundai to look for a Hyundai specifically. It was by far my favorite experience ever. When I walked into the Woodhouse Hyundai dealership, I felt cared for. I didnt feel the shark in the water feeling, and I didnt feel like I was trying to be ripped off. These are so important to me. And they really cared that I was a loyal Woodhouse customer. I walked away yesterday feeling like a million bucks. The whole experience was easy and smooth. I personally dealt with Phil (sales), Azure (add on features), and Vince (finance). They were wonderful to my husband and I and if I need anything again I will definitely visit them from now on. Thanks to Josh i had a great experience at this location. I too work the service industry and was very grateful that I got someone like josh to take care of my Genesis coupe. Throughout the whole process he took care of me. From the initial contact to the warranty company he had to deal with (cars plus). Which no thanks to them I had to pull money out of my pocket. But despite that, everything I needed done was done and my car was fixed and works perfectly except for some things i need to change myself. I highly recommend this location. Everyone who helped me was kind and helpful. Only thing i notice was there was a cloth left in one of my exhaust ends. Which Im not complaining because the service was great. Props to this location and their their facility, they value the customer and the car. Will be going to this location every time. Keep it up.

It is a travesty that Hyundai will not honor the 10 yr./100,000 mile warranty that I received when I bought my Azera. They claim that the warranty begins the day the car was delivered to the dealer, not the day I purchased it. That is downright wrong! Josh Ridpath is an excellent service advisor and has always treated me with respect and honesty. I am really disappointed in Hyundai!

He was willing to go to bat for us to make sure that we received a deal that we felt comfortable with and was able to show us the features of the car we purchased with ease.Joshua the finance guy was also fantastic. He was able to get us in and out and explained all the financing information in a way that made it easy to understand. I have had horrible experiences buying cars at dealerships. My experience last night at Woodhouse Hyundai was AMAZING! Robby worked out all the details of my new lease and trade via email. When I arrived last night, all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. There were no surprises, no up selling, no unpleasantness at all. In fact, both Robby and Rodney (the finance person) were wonderful to work with. I cant express how smoothly and easily this deal flowed. I am truly satisfied and even delighted with the process, the vehicle, and the customer service. I will be back for my next new vehicle.

Literally lied to me about the service my car needed. Rather than try to do the fix recommended by Hyundai which is provided to fix common problems, they told me my entire transmission was shot so they could sell me a new transmission for 7 times the cost to fix it.They also told me my tires were dangerously low to try and sell me new tires when I had just gotten new tires two weeks ago.After they were done, they left my accessories running in my car and completely drained my battery and couldnt even figure out how to jump it.

Best car buying experience I have ever had! Ben Scothorne was a dream to work with. He is young, energetic, and willing to do whatever was needed to earn our business. We were waiting for the new Palisade to come in and he was on top of things letting us know all the details. The negotiation was easy and pressure free. Our new car had a small dent that happened during shipping. Ben came to my work with a loaner car, picked up our car to get the dent fixed, then dropped it off all within a couple hours. Most dealerships I would have had to drop it off myself. Woodhouse is always the best, but the Hyundai dealer was a step above.

Woodhouse Hyundai is first rate in my opinion! From the minute we drove onto the lot to the time we left with our new Santa Fe, we were treated like royalty. Danny Combs was great! He was friendly, courteous, and exceptionally knowledgeable about anything we needed to know about the vehicle we were about to purchase. Furthermore, he was never pushy, which was refreshing since we had never come across a salesman like Danny before! We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay; much to our surprise, Danny came back with a number that was lower than ours! Good job, Danny!Also, Josh Hipsher, the Financial Services Manager, explained the packages that were available with the purchase of a new vehicle, but once we declined his offer, he never forced the issue on us but then proceeded to quickly finish up the rest of the financial paperwork. Great job, Josh!We highly recommend Woodhouse Hyundai to our friends because of our positive experience. I had a terrible experience buying my last car at another dealership and was very wary and put off buying a new car for as long as possible because of it. Woodhouse Hyundai and Danny Combs, my salesman, total changed my perception of car dealerships and salesmen! I went in knowing what make / model I wanted and Danny was awesome to work with. He answered all of my questions and got me exactly what I wanted (and at the price I wanted) without being pushy or making me feel pressured into buying something. I went in and told Monte Davis that I did not plan on buying a car today. It was very hot out. I was just looking. We went on a test drive and I liked the cars but really wanted a specific list of features. And I wanted them at a specific price. He was patient, thorough, easy going, nice, and showed me another car that was exactly what I asked for at the price I wanted. Took that one for a test drive and loved it. I had no reasons to wait - I got the car I really wanted that day! Monte was great - very knowledgeable! I personally recommend asking for Monte!

Wonderful experience here working with Monte! Even car shopping with a newborn and toddler in tow. They provided me with a great deal up front that was better then other places I had been and were so friendly and honest. The best was that all my paper work took less then 15 minutes to complete and was basically ready when I showed up. I would definitely recommend.

My 16-year old daughter and I leased a Tucson from Danny Combs mid-October. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Danny made the experience so fun for us. He was very professional and patient and a pleasure to work with. My daughter even named her car after him. 🤣. If you are ever in the market for a smaller SUV please give Danny a shot. He’s a great guy!!
